Ameris blinked slowly,her jet black eyes admiring his face as he spoke until he bought up something about a gem,in their head. a bit confused and interested,she glances up at the gem that rested upon his forehead. It looked super blue! Ameris smiled in awe,amazed. “woah..that’s super cool! y’all look kinda close to another race here on Pryhhia,the Icewings.” She said. “They have many spikes of the back of their head! it makes them look odd,but they have a strong power too,”

Ameris laughed softly. “maybe you should see them next,”

She muttered,letting out a small sigh before her jet black eyes lit up again with joy. "It's still super lucky of my tribe for you to had come here,"

Chuvonor blushed as Ameris said these things, how she considered herself lucky that the Kingdom of Grysalvi had chosen to meet the SandWings first. He shook his head shyly.
"Honestly... I think my retinue and I are the lucky ones... we had found out about your race of dragons first... we didn't know about the SkyWings, SeaWings, or IceWings until today... it was your grace that allowed us to remain here..." Chuvonor admitted.

A small blush appeared on her face,her heart beating a bit faster..he was so nice for a Royal. She looked away for a moment to hide the blush until it faded away,to face him again. After a few seconds the blush faded and she was able to look back at him,with a soft smile. "well,I hope you enjoy your stay here. Maybe I can show you around,when you're not busy." Ameris suggested,her tail flicking along in the sand as the sun blazed above.

She sighed. "But that could be for another time,I have to go back to my tent since I'm supposed to be watching it and my father will freak out,again." Ameris chuckled awkwardly,still a bit embarrassed about how her father acted in front of a new Royal and almost started a huge scene.

Chuvonor perked in realization as Ameris said that her giving him a tour could wait another time, as she had to get back to tending to her merchant's tent, and there was a massive chance that her father would freak out again.
"Oh.... yes, of course... I apologize for taking up your time, miss..." Chuvonor said truthfully, before saying goodbye to her and following his soldiers to the area outside of town that would provide a good starting neighborhood for the colony.

Ameris watched him leave with his soldiers,leaving her with another blush on her face. He was so polite even if he didn't need to be,since she was used to being treated with much respect in the market business. Watching him for a bit longer,a sigh escaped her mouth as she turned around and made her way back to her merchant's tent,preparing herself to meet up with her father once more.

Ameris finally made her way into the tent to only be encountered by her father that stood behind the table,with many items rested upon the wooden table,ready to be sold. She gulped and slowly wandered behind the table as well,praying to herself that her father wouldn't get mad at her for not following him,when he said so.

Tegu glared down at his daughter,not a word escaping his jaws as the tension in the area only started to rise more,and more without any words exchanged.

As Ameris braced herself for a possible lecture and berating from Tegu for her disobedience, Chuvonor looked around at the place where the SandWings had chosen for them to establish the colony. It had a decent, clean water source, easy access to the marketplace, and had some good potential for building homes. Chuvonor summoned the team of architects from among the soldiers, and asked them to begin planning the start of the colony.
"Start by inquiring every SandWing about their preferred housing, whether they prefer houses in the first place, or tents. Then organize every establishment in ways that are a perfect merger of SandWing and Grysalvi culture on your blueprints..." Chuvonor said.

okay im back !! I'm not as busy anymore,since sports are over !! <3

After what seemed like moons has passed for Ameris,her father finally spoke to her,his tone rather stern while he spoked to his daughter. "I thought I told you to come back here,with me!" Tegu snapped,hitting the side of Ameris's head with his wings as if he was trying to discipline to her,like alwyas. "Yet,you just had to stay with that dragon that's not even from this land! If I see you going around with him,then I can force you to stay in this tent until..that is prince is gone with his other kind." Tegu threatened,a snarl escaping his mouth.

Ameris wanted to protest against her own father,but he always spoke over her and not gave her enough time to even say her opinions. She sighed quietly and lowered her head,listening to her father yell at her more and more,until he left the tent to cool down after yelling at his daughter. She sniffled,keeping her gaze down at the sandy floor.

The Ice Dragon architects and contractors rushed from the chosen camp, and patrolled the streets of the marketplace city, scrolls of linen parchment and bottles of ink at the ready as they interviewed and questioned the many merchants of the Scorpion's Den, while keeping a careful lookout for the Den's many thieves, assassins, and cutthroat pirates. Many of the more cooperative SandWings commented that they'd enjoy more cozy and comfortable huts as opposed to the elaborate, cavernous villas of the SkyWings and the tropical style homes of the NightWings.

But then there were the SandWings like Tegu that were opposed to the peaceful colony promised by Chuvonor, with many trying to inject deadly venom into the architects for so-called "invasions of their businesses and homes". Tegu's tent was the next place on the architects itinerary, and a silver scaled Ice Dragon awaited at the entrance of the tent, ready to ask Tegu and his daughter for their opinion on a preferred living arrangement.

Tegu was exiting his tent when he encountered one of the Ice dragons,that stood in front of the entrance. He stood in front of the dragon,his squinted eyes forming into a glare. "What is it that you want?" Tegu hissed in annoyance,his talons flexing into the yellow sand below,digging some up.

Ameris lifted her head up,her eyes wide with a hint of worry and shock as she heard her father talk to some dragon outside. Who was he talking to? Curious,she stood back up and wandered over to the entrance,to find her father and an Ice Dragon outside. "Is everything okay--" Ameris was cut off by her father,his tone stern. "Shut it," He growled,his eyes focused on the Ice Dragon,waiting for their response. Ameris frowned and stood there in silence.

"Sir, there's no need for alarm. My name is Revuge Zalmarst, and I am one of the architects that traversed the seas with Prince Chuvonor. All me and my fellow architects are here for is to inquire about what sort of housing would best suit you and your family, as well as what street layout and defensive fortifications you and the other SandWings would prefer in your city. It is my prince's belief that sincere cooperation between our species will ensure stronger, more benevolent ties between us." The silver Ice Dragon said truthfully as he showed Tegu and Ameris the rough sketches the more friendly SandWings had provided, some of which were for a honeycomb like street layout, others for large, yet cozy and comfortable SandWing huts, and other's for a mixture of Egyptian and African style fortifications.

Tegu examined the rough sketches that the architect was showing him and his daughter. After a second of looking and thinking,he lifted his head and squinted his jet black eyes,forming a glare towards Revuge. "I don't care about the changes you wanna make,to make us "comfortable". I don't want you and your other species to be here,we don't need y'all here." Tegu growled.

Ameris stood there by the entrance and watched her father and the silver ice dragon talk. She frowned when her father started to get aggressive once more with the new species,even tho they were showing such kindness towards the Sandwings. Ameris soon stepped closer to Tegu,nudging him gently. "Let's just go back inside..you've dealt with a lot today,and you need the rest." She said,hoping to convince him to go inside. Tegu glanced down at his daughter and growled once more,as he turned around and walked back into the hut without saying a single word.

She exhaled quietly before her eyes rested upon the Ice dragon. "I'm so sorry about him.." Ameris sighed.

Ameris chuckled awkwardly,still rather dumbfounded about her father's actions and words. "I can tell..! erm.." She cleared her throat before a small smile appeared upon her face,as her tail swayed along the sandy surface. "Now,what do you need us to see? I saw you showed my father some papers about buildings?" Ameris said,tilting her head to the side a bit,as if she was rather curious about this.
