I have been extremely happy with my purchases. I am not well versed in pricing, and reached out to Beanie to inquire about the pricing for some of the items I was sent. They responded promptly and happily explained to me the pricing. When I politely expressed mild disappointment to not have received a breeding item (that i was aware of), they also took the time to explain that they had sent me an incredibly helpful item. They, to make up for my perceived disappointment and confusion, allowed me to receive one of their TC lions for free to compensate.
