What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?
Beetles

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
After the recent introduction of the ability to transfer several beetles at once to another mound, I noticed that if you transfer a mother, her children will also move. Even if the mother and children are in different mounds: when the mother moves, all her children move with her. This works regardless of the age of the children.
If you transfer children, then everything is fine.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Any screenshots you can provide us with?

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
1. Go to any mound with beetles
2. Choose mother beetle to transfer
3. Choose any other mound where to transfer
4. Click "Move Checked"
5. See that all children moved with their mother

Thank you for reporting this Raj, it's been happening consistently on my account, too. I'm experiencing the same on both desktop and mobile.

Update to this!

I just tried moving some of the new Platymeris laevicollis beetles who had given birth today in one of my new beetle mounds to another new beetle mound, and none of their larva followed them into the new mounds!

I'm wondering if the newness of the mounds, or the newness of the beetle species itself is helping with this? The new mothers had their clutches claimed while they were being held in this new mound:

I thought maybe moving the older beetle species around between the new mounds could help, but their larva still followed them. Most of the other beetles in my den had their mothers born in this mound:

It seems that beetles born from mothers stored in that second linked mound will always follow their mothers once they are moved?

Hi again, another update.

Sadly the glitch returned the next day no matter what mound I birthed the beetles from, across a variety of species including the new Platymeris laevicollis. I'm not certain why moving some of the beetle mothers with the mass move tool worked briefly, but it looks like new beetle mounds don't fix the issue as I had hoped.
