Closed to new members. sorry. DM me if you might be interested ^^ Outline : Freshmen starting college on old haunted university with a hidden sorted past. Legend goes soon after the university was built, a student and professor leapt off the bell tower together after their affair was discovered and they both were facing dire consequences. Rumors have been made over the years that she'd been pushed in anger of ruining his life and in regret the professor ended his messy life then and there; his wife was furious, he was losing his career, he had nothing left. The Greek houses do crazy events to hype up and scare the students every year, it's hard to keep track of what's truth and what's hype anymore. But there's more to this mystery... may the ghosts come forth and elaborate on what's really going on here. "Hell Week" ending with one large seance by the bell tower. It ends up going awry, they improperly close out the ritual and let something loose on campus. Students start thinking the sudden freaky things going on around campus as some sort of extended pranks. It gets worse and worse until a student is reported as being hospitalized for unexplainable injuries. Whatever is free is getting stronger and more violent, it's up to someone to figure out what's going on before it claims a life. Welcome to Clocher University! (sry replied before refreshing lol) Jax decided to shoot a quick text to Zak before class got settled- 'miss you already' with a kissy emoji. He caught a whiff off his sweater of him now and again. Putting the phone on silent and shoving it in his bag he got a packet eventually from it being passed about. He had barely noticed the really tall student sit down next to him until the packet had to be passed to him. He totally looked like a talented artist; he was sure lots of the art students also had to take this prerequisite until they could get into higher level, and therefore more exciting, courses more pertinent to their interests and skills. And like that the lecture began, dry as he imagined as they went through the details of the upcoming coursework, tests, midterm, finals. The room grew heavy with dread just thinking of it. And then there it was, the last 15 minutes of class the teacher made them turn to the person next to them and become acquainted, share their favorite artist. Jax turned to face Zero and smiled lightly, "Erm, hi I guess." He chuckled feeling awkward already. "I'm Jackson, and um I'm a fan of miss Artemisia." He gestured to her piece on the wall, 'Judith Slaying Holofernes'. "The dramatic Baroque era is one of my favorites, and her story is incredible." (( Sorry got confused too, will redact previous post. Canon that Zero shares art class. Time skipping to after classes that day. )) Jax got off his class a little earlier than his boyfriend, which gave him a chance to head back to his dorm and freshen up before their date. He kept fussing with his hair finally giving up before it looked overworked. Sending Zak a message that he was in his dorm waiting and ready whenever he wanted to swing by to pick him up. Unpacking his backpack he got his bag ready for his classes tomorrow. While grabbing a textbook he saw his published work and grabbed it so he could pass it along to Zak. It was a little more than a dozen short stories he'd written through various years of his life. Some humor, some mysteries, a romance, and various tragic stories. He'd just hoped Zak would like it, not that he typically needed approval for his writing, he's heard just about every horrible thing from an editor or two that he can. But Zak was different, he was special and his opinion meant so much. He got lost in his thoughts staring at the back cover remembering darker parts of his past he'd dissociated entirely out of the world. 0 players like this post! Like? |

"sounds good babe im just about done with this English class and ill head that way just remember that tonight is nothing too fancy so you dont need to dress to impress" he sent with a koala in a tux gif and some hearts. He was so excited for tonight as this would be his first official date with Jax and he was nervous yet enthusiastic for that night. He wrote in his notebook different date ideas such as the movies, zoo, aquarium, stargazing in the tailgate of his truck in a nearby field, laser tag, and finally a rage room. he snapped back to reality as the teacher yelled his name to answer the question. "Scott Fitzgerald was born in Saint Paul Minnesota ma'am sorry i got a little sidetracked in my mind but i promise i was listening," he said slightly embarrassed but glad it was Jax that got him distracted. He heard kids in the back talking about how drunk everyone got last night at the bonfire in the woods, it was at this moment that he was glad that he was with Jax all last night instead of out there 0 players like this post! His phone brought him back to reality. Setting down the book he grinned at the gif. "We'll see who's surprising whom" he replied with a flirty winky cat. He made sure the flowers on his desk had plenty of water and went over to his mirror looking at his shirt and pants. He considered changing but with what he moved with, he didn't want to go through his whole wardrobe too fast and bore his bf. He decided to at least add a stylish scarf and a beanie for when it got cooler later. There, looking snazzy. He could hear the upstairs kid get back to their dorm from classes making a little bit of a racket as they cranked their radio. Muffled journey playing through the floor. He was sure every night this week would be wild as kids got their first tastes of freedom for the first time and make bad decisions. He was glad they were going out tonight, he hadn't gotten a chance to check out the city just outside of campus yet. It looked like a charming little town. 0 players like this post! Like? |

"whatever you say baby boy" he said as he finished the class and started the long walk back to the dorms where his boyfriend was waiting. along the way he took in all the sights of the trees the turning of leaves and the students rushing like busy ants too and from the dorms and class. He took in the sounds of the leaves crunching beneath his shoes and the birds chirping and the occasional honk from a goose flying south for the winter over the campus. It was a pretty day and soon when the sun sets the city just past the tree line will come to life with sounds and bright lights as the nightlife was just waking up this would be the perfect night to set up a sheet between some trees with a spotlight to see what he could catch but he decided to do that after the date. He walked up the steps to the dorm and up the staircase before walking down the hall to the door of Jax's room where he knocked softly just loud enough to be heard over the music 0 players like this post! Grinning ear to ear Jax crossed the room opening the door and embracing Zak. "Hi lovely!" He kissed him on the cheek. "Do you need to run to your dorm for anything?" he inquired heading back into his room to grab the book and his keys. Jax couldn't help but giggle leaning into him. "I read online about this cute coffee shop/ bookstore in the Old Town just outside campus." He looked up at him with pleading eyes to go. "oh! Speaking of," he handed him the paperback copy of his book. "For later!" He blushed and before he got a chance to look at it too much wrapped his arm around his leading them down the stairs and out the dorms. "But first, I want to hear all about your day!" He beamed glad to have someone to share it with, boring details and all. "oooo I forgot to pick this up last night I'm so sorry" he said before packing it into his bag. "I had a great day baby boy I had a weird class this morning with my zoology class it was full of mounts and live specimens which was nice but I was so distracted watching the fish swim that I only heard half the lesson but it's ok I got all the notes so it's all good baby boy " he said kissing him on the lips. He crunched through the leaves enjoying the last bit of daylight left in the air as sunset was only about an hour away before it'd make everything feel like midnight. It was great to hear about his day, his interests, the cute way he'd be distracted. And thus distract him. Mmm his lips were so soft he thought to himself returning the kiss. "Oh! I did overhear something about some posts online having to be looked into. Rumor has it people just got too wasted and then took it out of hand with going across campus scaring and pranking people. Some people said some things got violent and there may already be our first round of expulsions on the way..." He cringed. He couldn't imagine something so crazy ruining one's future like that. He stopped in his tracks and looked around they hadn't made it far from the dorm yet. "W-wait. Where are we going?" He laughed realizing he should not be leading any sort of way. Zak held jax's hands and rubbed his thumbs on his hands "breathe baby boy breathe it's ok I promise it's not that far and you wre already walking in that direction but if you want me to I can lead us there" he said as he kissed his forehead and hugged him tight before giving him a soft peck on the cheek before turning around and walking towards the coffee shop holding jax's hand as they walked through the trees where they found themselves staring at the city skyline just as the sun set on the horizon and made the city glow and come to life as people came out to party and have fun before work and school the next morning. "We are almost there babe just a few more streets and we'll be at the coffee shop" he said smiling as he squeezed jax's hand in reassurance 0 players like this post! Like? |

*edit: OMG thats perfect :D i thought you'd said something in the bio i was like hmmmm))) Jax nodded and gave a smile back to him and squeezed back holding onto him. "T-thanks. Still a little directionally challenged out here." He chuckled nervously and walked along with him keeping his eyes on the skyline, or the crunching leaves, or the way the golden light caught his lovers eyes. He felt calmed again, the buzz of the busier old town city giving him more confidence. As they rounded the corner he caught the whiff of the coffee, the cute brick main street shopping area looked so cozy and quiet. Holding the door open for Zak before he could get a chance to they headed in and got in line to order their drinks. It was exceptionally cozy inside; easy listening music playing on the speakers, lots of cozy looking places to cuddle up, and rows of books on half of the cafe. Holding his hand again he browsed the menu choosing what to get. "Hmmm, should I get a latte or cappuccino?" he asked leaning into him. 0 players like this post! ok now he works at the coffee shop night shift// zero was staring at a couple on the other side of the counter, with no-one else being in line he was waiting for them to order, still kinda jittery from a cup of coffee he got around an hour ago, he just kept staring, fidgetting with the strings on his sweater, twitching slightly\ (edit: sorry it's so short TvT) 0 players like this post!
