Buying nesting material from Monkey Business

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I am having an issue with Monkey Business. When I go to buy nesting material from there, I click on the 10 option, which I thought was the issue, but I've also tried 1 and 5, and it gets stuck in a state of loading and then quicks me off lioden. I don't know what's going on, but the game is great for me otherwise. It would be nice to be able to buy nesting material though from the Monkey.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
1. Went to Monkey Business
2. Selected the amount of nesting material I needed then scrolled down and clicked buy
3. Loading circle came up on the buy button
4. Takes 5-10 minutes and then the game kicks me off
5. Then I have to wait 10-20 minutes before I log back on or else it will be stuck in loading
6. I end up with no nesting material
