What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
Everything was fine until I kinged him.. I added all the decorations on him and then when I kinged him one of the decorations disappeared. [GE - Thailand] Malayan Banded Pitta..
It was the last use I had of that also.. And I could not find any other either to add back to him.. :/ Can you help me out here ??

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?
I have not noticed any other with this..

The links I had of him as a cub no longer exist so I only have prof of him with the decor with the wordrob, I have sent it to others when he was a cub..

Everything was fine, after I added all the decor I went to wardrobe to see how he would look and screenshot him and saved that just to make sure he would look fine and all when he would grow up. Then after I kinged him that disappeared :?
