Incoming stud requests

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I got a stud request yesterday, go to accept it and find that the lioness is already pregnant, but not to their own king, to another lion, which, if I'm correct, should be lmpossible.
The error message said something along the lines of that the lioness is already pregnant. I had to reject it for that reason.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion? No.

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
1: Get Stud request
2: Go to accept it
3: Get error message saying she's already pregnant.
4: Check and find out she's bred to another stud, not the owner's king, so they have sent at least 2 stud requests.
