yeah This will be yet another forum project lmaoo (I still need to work on my marking shape guide uh oh it's been a while) I am classifying base genetics differently in a way that (to me) makes more sense. I didn't mess with the rarities too much tbh, I did add additional categories for BO specials and combos. The main issue with me making so many color groups is as some only really have specials in the groups, it may screw with fails, but whatever. Color Groups: ~Monochrome (White/Grey/Black, ex: Albino, Ebony, Pearl) ~Cream (Brown/cream. not quite gold, not quite anything else. just c r e a m. ex: Camel, Chocolate, Fallow) ~Prismatic (PRIMARILY 2+ colors that contrast considerably. ex: Decennial, Jellyfish, Prismatic (dur duh), Halitosis) ~Red (Bases that are pink/red, or orange to an extent. more yellow-orange bases are not included. ex: Cinnabar, Chaos, Fuchsia) ~Golden (Yellow/gold bases, and ones that are more yellow-orange. ex: Goridhe, Gilded, Zivar) ~Green (Believe it or not, there are green lions on Lioden. ex: Moss Agate, Citron, Bushveld, Mistletoe) ~Blue (Bases that are flat-out blue, or perhaps a greyish blue. ex: Platinum, Interstellar, Nadir) ~Indigo (We have a lack of these, unfortunately. Purples/purple blues. ex: Demiurge, Water Hyacinth, Kunzite) Shades: (I mostly kept these the same, tbh.) ~Dark (overall are darker.) ~Light (overall are.. lighter..) ~Medium (lighting either changes throughout, or is just.. medium lmao) Gradient: ~Solid (are pretty much solid throughout.) ~Countershaded (Color changes throughout) ~Pointed (Colors change at specific areas, but not throughout) ~Gradient (Color change is more subtle, but is there) Rarity: (Pass rates are the same, just labelling changed to clear confusion. May go back on the app/BO sep. because it might cause too much confusion lmfao) ~Common (Highest chance of appearing in breeding. All rolled kings/NCLs are these.) ~Custom (Same pass chances as Commons. Only difference is these are the ones known as "custom commons" that cannot be found on rolled/NCLs, only base changers/breeding) ~Uncommon (Same low pass chance as Rares, but these can be applied through base changers) ~Rare (Same low chance as Uncommon. The difference is these cannot be applied through base changers, only through breeding.) ~Special (Any breed-only, non-combo base. I separated due to confusion with newer players thinking combos/BO specials can be applied. It also would make my life easier when searching if I specifically want BO/Applicator/Combo) ~Applicator (Any base applied with an applicator item.) ~Combination (Breed-only. Has to be bred from two "factor" bases in order to have a low chance at appearing.) I will list arguments for why I classified each base as what in each post. 2 players like this post! Like? Chocolate Genetics: Cream Dark Solid Common Argument: I see browns as being more cream/tan. Game lists as red for some reason?? When "black" base is listed as black, and that base is also brown?? I think lumping brown with black makes more sense then RED, but I think brown is more of a dark creamish 0 players like this post! Like? |

Deep Fawn Genetics: Cream Medium Gradient Common Argument: This one tripped me up tbh. I wasn't 100% sure if I wanted to list it as medium or dark, and I wasn't sure if it changed enough to be "gradient" or "solid". I did my best lmao- 0 players like this post! Like? |

Dusty Genetics: Cream Medium Solid Common Argument: How the hell is this black countershaded??? It's so obviously solid and more of a tan then black/grey 0 players like this post! Like? |

Light Golden Genetics: Golden Medium Solid Common Argument: It seemed more vibrant as opposed to pale, so I made it medium instead of light. Also.. piss lion 0 players like this post! Like? |
