howdy! im finn/sketch! im pretty confident in my ability to play this game, as ive been playing since late 2022. this thread will allow me (and anyone interested) to help newbies!

i consider newbies players who have been playing for less than 6 months, but those who have been playing for longer can still come here for advice!

this is based off the adopt a newbie program (and the make a wish thread), just without most specifications on "adopting". anyone who has played the game for a while can help any newbie here, and if you'd like to pair up with someone please reply under their "newbie looking for" message. this topic is NOT for chatting, only for people to get help. if you are giving advice or tips, either PM the person or reply right underneath them!

if you are a newbie and would like assistance in forming your pride, as in getting sb for territory slots, materials for caves, or even for lions you find pretty, i can help. if you request a lion/mutie, i would prefer it if you didn't request expensive lions (hybrids, DUs, dwarves) as even though they are nice to have, they are expensive to breed and are not newbie friendly. the most reasonable muties to ask for are bobbed tails, primal fangs, and (common) mane muties.

if you are a newbie and would like items for your hoard, as in decor and craftables, i can help! it would be better to not request things that are uncommon. things that may occasionally be given if asked for but will not always are: apps, event decor, and oasis items. do NOT request expensive items, as you more than likely will NOT get them from me or others. expensive items include: breeding items (gnawrocks, gmo cows, scrotum), combo base factor applicators.

if you are new, please reply underneath saying "hi im, a newbie!" or anything along those lines, and state what you need advice for or what you need aid in.

if you are experienced, please reply underneath saying "hi, im an older player!" and state what you can provide assistance with!

if you just need advice here, and don't want to request items or aid others, just put what you need tips on in the replies!

after you have helped a newbie, or if you no longer need advice, please edit your message under the "__ players like this post" on your reply!
