What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?
Chat Muting feature

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I muted 3 users, then unmuted them but soon changed my mind and muted again in which it will now not let me go through with unmuting, I’ll go to the muted player page , press unmute and I get the pop up saying “ Are you sure you want to unmute” in which when I press yes it just gets out of the pop-up no matter how many times I try it just doesn’t go through

Users have also been having trouble being able to actually mute players.

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
1. I muted 3 users
2. I unmuted them all
3. Minutes later I remuted all users
4. It will no longer let me unmute.
