Trading Post - Manage Trades

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I set up a private trade a few days ago for some items and currency in exchange for a lion, I sent it privately to a user and the trade was completed but for whatever reason it still shows up in my trading post when I click “manage trades.”

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
I went to the user’s profile, clicked “create trade,” added the items and currency and then sent it their way. They accepted, the trade went through but it still is showing up when I’m in the “‘manage trades” section of the trading post.
