What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
No error messages. I got the raffle ended message with duplicate text in the same message saying this is the items/tickets you've received, but I look at my SB and items in hoard and was only given a portion of the tickets from the raffle. Unsure if any of my other raffles in the recent past have been affected :[

The message text:

"Here is what you earned from tickets:
1300 SB, 42x Broken Drone, 3x Dove Feast, 23x Medlar Fruit, 11x Lucky Foot, 3x Natural Glass, 4x Coconut, 2x Giant Tortoise, and 6x Toy Bundle Here is what you earned from tickets:
1005 SB, 19x Locust Wing, 21x Shard of Evil, 10x Flamingo Feather, 9x Fuchsia Flower, 46x Rainbow Stones, 4x Fermented Marula Fruit, 19x Lucky Foot, 4x Lion Skull, 2x Elephant Skull, 7x Murex Shells, and 3x Abandoned Nest"

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?
My hoard as-is (I didn't bury or move anything) and at the very least, my most recent raffle.

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
I hosted at least one raffle, the one that ended last night, that had not granted me all of the entered tickets for that raffle.
I logged in and checked the message, then looked that my hoard and noticed the discrepancy.
