What gameplay feature is this bug affecting? Can't pick up items at the tree What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible. The Giving Tree is not letting me pick up items and saying that I've already grabbed from this rotation, but my user log shows that I haven't. Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion? Any screenshots you can provide us with? Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible: Just grabbing any random item from the Giving Tree, doesn't seem to be attached to any particular thing  1 player likes this post! Like? |

Like I haven't taken anything from the tree on my side. On my main, i haven't taken anything since 8 in the am , lioden time. Based on user logs 0 players like this post! Like? |

Having the same issue too, it started happening at 8:00 PM LDT. My side account can pick up things just fine though 0 players like this post! Like? |

The Tree has also been giving me a "You've already taken an item from this rotation! You need to wait a while before you can claim another!" multiple times despite knowing I my last snatch was from a few rotations ago. Aside from that, I've applied the Roasted Lamb at (logged) 14:04:11 (over 4 hours ago from this current comment) and it says I still have 8 hours of use left - which I think is also related to my lion/the game somehow not logging the time correctly. 0 players like this post! Like? |
