What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I usually use Vine Snake on both accounts, today I noticed that it was locked on my side.

I played it yesterday with no issue so am a bit confused. I know that it should unlock again when I reach 2000 steps with my new king but it's a bit odd that I was able to use it for the past couple of Rollovers without issue.

I can't recall having this issue previously.
Though, it's possible I used a different skin. I'm not sure the last time I retired a king, to be honest.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

I'm not sure if I did anything different. I noticed today that I was unable to use Vine Snake.

I retired my old king a few days ago but was able to use the skin fine until this Rollover.

I'm assuming it's meant to stay unlocked as the Wiki says 'Take 2000 steps in explore with one pride leader' but then again the actually page says 'Take 2000 steps in explore with your main lion.' so I'm unsure if this is actually a bug, now that I think about it.

I'll post this nonetheless, as it's confusing me a bit.
