Brownheart

Brownkit's arrival was a surprise to the entire Clan. At least, to everyone except Olivescar, who knew she was pregnant, but refused to tell anyone. When she was in labor, she left the camp so she could deliver in peace. She had only Brownkit, and brought her to the Clan saying she was an abandoned cub she found while out for a walk. Brownkit herself doesn't know who her parents are, and knows only Sandnose as the one who took her in and protected her.
Now an Apprentice, Brownpaw is eager to start training. She's been assigned Olivescar as her mentor. Brownpaw can't help but think that Olivescar seems familiar to her. She shook off the odd feeling as it just being her seeing Olivescar in camp every now and then, but it still lingers in the back of her mind.
On the day she was to become a warrior, she wanted to tell Olivescar how proud she was that she was her mentor. There was a fond gaze in Olivescar's eyes that was certainly motherly. Having had enough of the guessing game, Brownpaw asked her about it, and she finally learned the truth about her parents. Knowing her mother was the one who has trained and kept an eye on her the whole time, even if she was angry about never being told sooner, she was happy to finally know that she had somebody. She earned the name Brownheart, and Olivescar was the one who cheered it the loudest.
