So apparently, after being bought and traded, ugh, I’ve ended up here. The others in my Cavern keeping giving me weird glances, murmuring about Her. Who in the world is that?

I can see Her in my dreams. But I can never tell what She looks like. Trying to remember makes my head hurt, but I do recall roses. Maybe She is a rosette? I tried to bring it up with the others, but Sandstorm gave me a weird look. I won’t make that mistake again.

I always knew I was different from the others, but why did they have to act like I’m a freak? Just because I’m a Leopon doesn’t mean that I am that different…. Does it?

I had another dream about Her, and about my mom. Don’t remember much, just my mom’s nervous purr and soft eyes. But then they, I mean we, we’re all running away for no darn reason. Then I fall into a mossy cave and two eyes are staring back at me. Who was that? Her? But why was that cave so familiar?

Today Tessa, a broodmother from another Cavern, retired. I think she came as a chased from Out There, she had been here a long while. I wasn’t going to say farewell with the others, cause I never knew her, but my whiskers were tingling and something just felt off, so I went in.
Apparently they have a cave that stores our dynasty, however there were very few records. In fact only one other lioness was stored. When I asked the king, All-Father Kronos, he said her name was Bright Star, a Leopon from long ago, who was a MR. Was this Her, the one who has been haunting my dreams since forever? Anyhow, I spotted this bundle of spots by her records, yet when I asked Sandstorm, she scoffed and told me I was imagining things. Then suddenly, It, the bundle, looked up at me, then disappeared. What just happened?

Last night, It was in my dreams. This small scraggly Leopon I found in the cave WILL NOT LEAVE ME ALONE!! It follows me everywhere, but is it only me who sees It? I don’t think I’m imagining this, but there is no one like me, a Leopon, to share this with.

It was a dark and stormy night. The flood rose higher and higher, carrying with it millions of bodies, including lions. Cubs cried out as they clung to trees, as I raced along the hill to safety. I collapse into soft sand, hoping this could just disappear, when suddenly, I am sinking while I struggle. All the while It stares back at me, not hearing my plea….
