Calling of Stars, more often known as simply "Star", was born in another pride. A lioness who had climbed to the top when all that surrounded her was doubt. Here is her story.

Calling of Stars was born in Silver Rain Pride. Her father, the king, was a tyrant who ruled with an iron fist. Her mother was a kind hearted lioness who fell for a cruel king. Her life started out like any other, nothing out of the ordinary. But it soon came clear her father wanted a male heir, not a cub who could only become a huntress. Over time, Star, at that time called Flame, was becoming a skilled adolescent. She was beautiful, the most beautiful some would say.
As Star was almost an adult, here mother died misteriously. Her body was found at the edge of the territory, trampled and bloody. Star's father claimed it was an accident, blaming the other lionesses who were supposed to be with her, but the lie was almost too obvious.
Star knew her father killed the only lioness who mattered to her, and there was no way she was staying in his pride. The adolescent knew if she stayed, she would meet the same fate, perhaps worse. The only way out was to leave, and leave she did.
