Aztec Knight Zieger

No one is quite sure why Zieger came out the way he did, not looking like either of his parents. Some pride members believe he could be a throwback cub, seeing as no one knows what Queen Winani's parents or even grandpaws looked like. Others just want to believe that he is a gift sent from the ancestors. Regardless, all welcome their new prince with open hearts, each one wondering what Prince Zieger's reign will be like.

Zieger noticed that, as the years grew on, so too did his father's age. And that meant that, despite the King's strong reputation, if any outsider dared to take Fenris on, there was an increasing chance that that outsider could defeat the King. So the Prince decided to take on some of the lesser regal duties around the kingdom. He never expected for his father to return home from a particularly long patrol and to announce his retirement. Although surprised, Zieger accepted what was to happen and, come the next morning, he announced to all the kingdom that he was the new King.

Of course, Zeiger still managed to get himself into trouble when he somehow aged himself. No even he knows how he did it, but there were thoughts going around the pride that he had been playing with some form of magic without realising what he was doing. Regardless, Zeiger took it as a very important life lesson. Although he does approach things a little more cautiously than he used to.
