DON'T FORGET TO AMP CHECK YOUR ADOL MALE GROUPIES! They can be OG claws or OG teeth. If they are maneless, it will show right when you claim as it appears first at the adol stage. :3

Need energy?;
- Daily Gorilla Enclave Quest
- Bone Marrow
- Redeem 50 lioness quest (can be found every other day) at 0% energy
- Candid personality (+3% per successful NCL claim) or Hyperactive (+30% per day if under 70% energy) are great for that!
- Roasted Lambs/Red Bull (use at TOP of the hour i.e. 08:00. As soon as it rolls over to 09:00, it will be 7 hours, even if you used it at 08:59:59 instead of 08:00:00)
- Fermented Marula Fruit - use at 0% energy! It can drain some energy too
- CELESTIAL EXPLORING at 0% energy for July - even though it takes no energy to actually explore, fighting an enemy still drains 10% normal energy
