PRIDE STORY RAHHHH
+ Lorelei stretched on top of the her little group of rocks and coves she had claimed a her own, the sun glistening off of the shells around her neck. She jumped off her sunning rock and walked over to other one, where a smaller black lion was sitting. +
+"Hello Nyx, who goes the daily affairs?" She asked smoothly. Nyx looked up, the starry smoke coming from their spine mingled with their star speckled wings. Lorelei usually left some tasks for her heir to complete, to prep them for when it was their time to take over the pride. Also so Lorelei could get her allotted sun time in. but she would never admit that. +
- "Its been fine." they stated, intent of leaving the conversation there, but as Lorelei kept her gaze on the younger lion firm, they kept speaking. "I just got back from a patrol, and made sure to tell Mara to start up another one. before that i checked on the cubs and sifted through the hoard for any rotting food, which there was none." They finished, looking up at Lorelei, hoping that would satisfy her, -
+ Lorelei nodded, and looked out at the pride, her gaze locking on the only other adult male. Void, Gaiseric's, the former leaders favorite, she scoffed. when Lorelei had first dethroned the frankly incompetent leader, he had flocked to her side, trying to suck up to her like he had to Gaiseric. Lorelei had slashed him across the face quickly. now he actually had a reason to wear his mane over his eye. "Next time," she began, making Nyx flinch up, "make Void go. he should get off his whiny ass." Nyx nodded but didn't say anything. that was fine. Nyx could stay neutral for now, as Lorelei wasn't thinking about stepping down soon, but eventually, she'd have to sort that out. +


PAST RULERS:

Gaiseric:
= Gaiseric looked upon his pride, most of whom did not remember the kindhearted leader before him, Crackmane. that thought always made his day, and he chuckled to himself from high upon his rock. =
= The other two males in his pride were going about their usual activities, Milky Way mingling with the pride, encouraging them and keeping up with the daily news. while Void sat near the bottom of Gaiseric's rock, bickering and bragging to whoever started talking to him. out of the two he much preferred the latter, as Void could be a bit of a suck up to him, which Gaiseric didn't particularly complain about. If he HAD to pick an heir between the two it would be Void. not like he would be stepping down anytime soon. Ahh.. he just knew if Crackmane could see him now, he would be furious, which was exactly what he wanted. =
= These were HIS lions, HIS pride, HIS kingdom. and he was their sole king. =

+ Down far below the leaders rock, a lioness watched her king, sitting all high and mighty as the primal loomed over the rest of the pride. her teeth curled into a small snarl as she glared up at him, analyzing his figure. Yes... soon his reign would come to and end indeed.. she would make sure of that. +
