Chat Noir's Den
This pride is a female inheritance pride.
The king is always an unrelated male to the queen.
A king will remain in the pride until the queen retires or dies.
If a king is still young when this occurs, and the new queen is not his offspring, he may remain.
If a king dies or retires to become a grandpaw while a queen is old, she may retire as queen early.
The Queen's heir must be her descendant, and also the descendant of the last king. If the king is still around, a less direct heir who is not the king's descendant can instead be picked.
All other females in the pride fall under three catagories.
-Outsider females
-Prideborn females
-Royalborn females
Outsiders are females unrelated to the existing pridemembers, who are brought in to add skills or genetic variety to the pride.
Prideborn are any female born from lines other than the Queen's bloodline, so are paternally related to eachother and the royalborn, but not maternally.
Royalborn are all maternal descendants of the first queen. Any royalborn is eligible to become the Queen's heir, but closer relatives are usually favoured.
Female cubs will not always be guaranteed to gain pride membership. The steadily raising standards as the pride becomes more powerful will result in cubs failing to gain entrance. Regular pride culls will result in females of all categories leaving the pride to reduce the overall number of females.
Royalborn cubs may not be strictly held to these standards if there are too few heir candidates at the time.

Exceptions for Non Royal Prideborn:
Each non prideborn female line is entitled to at least one prideborn daughter remaining even if she does not forfull the current standards fully. The following are acceptable for a female prideborn cub to stay until a better heir for the line is produced.
180+ stat and 3+ mark
150+ stat and 4+ mark
220+ stat and 2+ mark
250+ stat and 1+ mark
New Male Heir Selection
When a male is getting on the older side, a new heir must be selected ahead of time.
The new male heir should as unrelated to the Queen and her heir as possible, have stats at least 100 points higher than the queen and queen heir, and have at least 6 markings.
