November Event This month, a bunch of nomadic lion shamans arrived from far away lands to provide their services and trade herbs. Not only humans believe that ancestors are linked spiritually to the living. Some lions believe they can talk to the spirits of those who passed, becoming shamans. You can gain your Piety for Ancestors by doing deeds for lion shamans, and in return you will be granted spiritual rewards. Your Piety might unlock something special, so respect the spirits and they will provide. Alongside, you can gather a lot of herbs in Explore you don’t need for quests and visit shamans to exchange those into sacred beetles and trade those for various things. Visit the Shamans Here you can pay a visit to three shamans. Each is a bit different and will provide quests for you, daily. You can fulfil up to 3 deeds daily for them, and in return, gain piety. The Ancestors of lions who passed will reward lions who live and show piousness. You can exchange Piety points for mind & body enhancements. We believe the rewards will make all players happy, no matter what part of lion's body they strive to make better. Visit the Shop In the shop you can trade in herbs you find and are useless to you for time being. You will receive Scarab Beetles (SCB) in return and will be able to trade for fancy items from the shop. The more Tiers you unlock in bar, the more fun stuff will appear! Piety Bar Piety bar counts total piety gained in Lioden lands. It unlocks tiers that provide lions with awesome stuff for the shop and the Shaman Pit. Shaman Pit This mysterious pit is being prepared by shamans. The more piety lions show, the better the ritual's effect will become! Explore During exploring, you might notice herbs to collect or encounters to interact with. Some are specific for quests, but won't do much if you're not on that particular quest. If you meet a Tsavo lion and defeat it, nothing besides a battle will happen. If you're on a quest to defeat a Tsavo Lion, though, and you win, the Quest will be fulfilled and you can return to the Shamans to complete the deed.      You might have noticed you can turn your food into rawhide again - it is required for some quests. We strongly believe this time around, trading among players will rise to exchange herbs needed for quests - remember to advertise in proper places like Sales Chat and stockpile forum only. Please do not advertise in your names or Main/RP chat. Enjoy yourselves, lions, connect with ancestors and enjoy the truly tribal feeling of this month's event!  0 players like this post! Like? This is quite cool, but I'm having a problem with one of the quests. The Quest: Visit an Animal Graveyard and protect a lone lion's skull from gathering hyenas. The spirit of the Great Elephant Killer will be grateful. I found the skull, but it still says. "You have not completed the task I have asked of you." I have been stuck on the same quest sense yesturday on my side account its the save the lone lion skull from the hyenas one and I ran I to it on this account but I have had zero luck every time I go out to explore to get it on my othrr account. Im also having the same issue on this account I have the find the humans type one and I have had no luck senses yesterday as well and its rather annoying I cant seem to run into the quest I need but I can find each quest I dont need a few times. 0 players like this post! Ajres, click on "News" on the top right =) Tbh I think the events are way too rare to complete the quests in a timely manner. Some players got stuck on their first quest on day 1 and still didn't encounter the right event. It's also quite unfortunate that the shaman wants 10 rawhides period, regardless of the number of uses they have. It's exactly like Mocki says. I am still stuck with my very first quest from the very first day... I was at least hoping, that the quest would reset at the beginning of a new day in lioden. I've been here for a while and this is the worst event I've ever done.... You can't get anything you need. I get threw maybe one quest a day if that. Something needs to be changed or something cause this isn't fun at all it's just frustrating. Specially since there are stuff that I really want. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I wish what you need to encounter on a quest would always be in the area of the event when you come upon it (if you're on the quest) rather than it being a random chance of what you need being there such as the hyenas in the graveyard or a lion skull on a mountain of rocks. If they don't reset daily either I'm going to be stuck on this dang quest forever. :I 0 players like this post! Like? |

I'm loving the idea behind this quest-based event... but like many people, I have been trying to complete the FIRST question I took on both my accounts... but have not succeeded. It seems like the event happenings (finding things you need for a quest) are not cropping up nearly as often as they need to. I spent 100% energy and only had three 'event' things happen- none of which were related to my needs for this quest... 0 players like this post! Like? |
