 PrologueYour eyes slowly flutter open and you awake from a pile of debris. You are in shock, the whole city of Chicago completely demolished right before your very eyes, you don't remember much from the attack, but you just remember the horrifying screams and cries of the people. Hearing a voice you see a TV store with an old and slightly broken TV in the window, it seems to be working and color static is switching back and forth from an anonymous face. "Hello! H-h-h-ellooo!" The voice is mostly covered in static, but still able to hear. Without hesitation you climb out of the pile of rubble and run over to it and the screen and voice suddenly becomes as clear as day, a polish teen with dark hair seems to be staring at you through the screen. "Hey you, yeah you! This country has fallen and we need your help! The terrorists won the war and there has been nothing but eternal chaos. Join The Rebellion and help anarchy rise today!" The teen seems to fade and it replays again, seeing anarchy symbols on the walls of certain buildings you follow them in hopes to find this army.  SettingAmerica has been destroyed by what is known as World War III and has put the country in a post apocalyptic state. You are in the city of Chicago which has recently been destroyed by several nuclear bombs containing radioactive waste, this city also happens to be the headquarters of The Rebellion, an army fighting to bring America to a different type of Anarchy and grow larger to send troops across the seas to spread their message. Rules1. No marysues/godmodding/powerplaying. 2. You cannot just be able to kill random police/swat/army NPCs. Also, I don't want to see anything like, "Guys! The dictator is my father! I can get us into the White House!" ._. 3. No automatic crushes or relationships. 4. You may not claim the second command rank, that is to be earned. 5. 3 Character limit. 6. 3 Sentences and up. 7. Even though the air is radioactive and the bombs are, you could never get super powers from toxic waste. That's make believe. If you get radioactive/toxic waste on you, you're character will immediately get cancer from the radiation or just flat out die. 8. Do not kill someone's player without permission.  RanksCommander The commander runs the show, participates in about every move that the Rebellion Army makes and is highly respected among the followers. -Reserved for me. Second In Command The Second In Command is exactly like the commander, but takes care of things that the commander may not be there for . -This rank is to be earned. Voices The voices are the protesters, they go out and make themselves heard in hopes to change the minds of civilians or make a change. -Unlimited The Musketeers The Musketeers are only needed in dire situations involving violence, if the police get hostile, they are called to the scene. -Unlimited Medics The army needs several medics due to all the dangers throughout Chicago, they often stay at the warehouse(Main base) or go out on the field. -Unlimited The Da Vinci's The Da Vinci's get their name after the famous artist, Leonardo Da Vinci. They run throughout the city and put meaningful graffiti on the buildings. -Unlimited Recruits The recruits are usually civilians who have recently decided to join The Rebellion, they help out whoever and wherever they can and decide their rank later on. -Unlimited Civilians Civilians are the innocent bystanders of the situation. Name: Stardust [Star] Oakley Age: 20 Gender: Female Appearance: Star is a fairly average looking person for the most part. She stands about 5'5 with a rather round face and a lean and agile frame, a bit thinner after all that's happened compared to how she use to look, built for speed and agility than strength. She has large, round, dark blue eyes that almost always show how she's feeling to anyone, something she hates, and long, straight, soft, dark purple hair that reaches just past her bum and is almost always styled in a way that it covers her left eye. Her hair is almost always kept down or up in a messy bun which is the only way people really see the ugly scar on the left side of her face. She has pale skin covered with random scrapes, scars and bruises and besides the one on her face, Star has a distinct scar going diagonal from her right side ribcage to her belly button from an accident that happened years ago. Because she often doesn't sleep much and never wears makeup, she often has dark circles under her eyes. Almost all of her outfits include a black, cat-ear hoodie, a pair of jeans, and black combat boots along with a backpack of sorts with medical supplies and things like that. She has long-sleeved shirts in a range of colors that she'll wear under her hoodie and rarely if it's hot she has a few pairs of shorts to wear. She also always wears her star pendant and never lets it out of her sight. If you take it from her, she will hunt you down and is willing to kill you to get it back. Rank: Medic? Personality: Despite what's happened, Star hasn't had a drastic change in her personality. She's still a generally very friendly, confident, optimistic person who probably seems a bit childish sometimes. Of course when she's doing something important she is plenty serious and capable of doing her job with no problem however. Star is also the type of person to at least try and hide any negative thoughts under being very cheerful and happy, only allowing herself to relax when she's along, and she will do almost anything it takes to not cry in front of anyone. She doesn't like looking at her reflection and is utterly terrified of being alone in the dark and not being able to see anything. If that happens she will flip out and basically can't function until she calms down. Star is also known for being sarcastic, blunt, irritable, and very opinionated as well as stubborn and hard headed and argumentative. Once she's set her mind about something, there's often very little chance you can change it and she's not afraid of 'authority' figures. If she has something to say she'll let you know, trying to keep her quiet will only make her angrier. She is also a giving person however and will help anyone who needs it. She's very trusting of those who seem to be nice to her and that can make her rather easy to manipulate until you break her trust. Star is the type of person to look past someone's flaws and see the good in everyone. In addition, she'll avoid hurting anyone if she can help it. She doesn't want to become a 'monster' like her older brother had. Besides all that, Star is a HUGE animal lover, loves all kinds of music, is a fairly talented cook, and had a rather motherly nature. She can almost always be seen humming a little tune as she does tasks and although it's not charged, she still has her old MP3 player with her. Star also sneaks her cat almost anywhere with her, feeding her kitty her own food too and if it's safe letting her run around/hunt for food. Crush/lover: None at the moment. Children: Nope. name:: David Thyme {dave} age:: Twenty Two gender:: Male appearance:: David stands at five feet and three inches or one hundred sixty two centimeters, and weighs just over ninety pounds. He is a bit on the thin side as he tends not to eat enough, but is still physically fit because of his Musketeer status, so he is stronger and appears more physically fit, despite his lack of definition. He has fair skin, nearly pale with a good dusting of freckles everywhere, he bears a small scar here and there, but the most noticeable one starts at the crook of his right elbow and wraps around to the back of his hand. His hair is half white half black, black on the right and white on the left, but this oddity includes all of his, not just the stuff on his head. As if to emphasize this, he has a short asymmetrical hair cut with the right side just able to touch his shoulder while the left is shaved down to an inch in length, though the change is gradual as it wraps around the back. Dave has a heart shaped face, and dark brown eyes. Off duty he normally wears a dark long sleeve shirt, on cold days a turtleneck, with a grey sleeveless zip up hoodie. His pants, often times red, are about the only color on him and are crisscrossed with belts and mostly useless zippers, with this he wears traditional black and white ankle high converse. He has a few accessories that he's rarely seen without are his black leather fingerless gloves, red upper arm band, which he wears over everything and an emergency gas mask. The arm band he has even on duty. rank:: Musketeer personality:: David is an over confident little arse with a strong opinion on just about everything, which despite knowing that there is probably not a single person who wants to hear what he has to say each and every time he opens his mouth, he goes ahead anyway. He acts very sure of himself, even if he is starting to doubt his decisions, he goes along with them anyway. What's done is done after all, to take action is better than to sit and watch. He's well informed and rather smart, though his cocky and sarcastic attitude gets him into a bit of trouble, as well as his curiosity. Her tongue can get her mostly out of any situation, but she is not afraid to use her hands and feet for back up.
