The Ring

Everyone has their story. Their life. This is your life. Your home. Your everything. Dream or not, something is keeping you here. Maybe it's your ambition, or maybe someone else just keeps luring you back in. The business isn't always a kind one, coaches pressuring their fighters into training too intense for their level is common. Injury is also common. Bruises, cracked or broken bones, chipped teeth, pulled muscles. One thing was for sure, nobody told you this was going to be easy. If they did, maybe you'd have changed your mind and never took up the opportunity to become an underground kickboxer.

The Plot

Nobody knows when it all started, but the sudden surge in popularity occurred 6 - 7 years ago. An unknown wealthy man pitted poor or failed kickboxers against each other for his own amusement. He attends each and every single show, watching from a VIP box in the shadows. Nobody has ever met the mysterious man, and he's been given the nickname "The Boss".

To this day, he has his closest personnel work on bringing more fighters to the underground matches. He hires them to find coaches to lure in young naive children, or he'll also have them find boxers that are down on their luck and swept under the rug after failing at their chance to glory.

Everything happens at night, after 12 AM. It also happens underground - literally. Using his wealth to his advantage, The Boss made a small setup underground with at least 10 rows of seats along with the main attraction in the middle: the ring. Fights don't end until someone hits the ground and doesn't get up. How severe the beating is depends on the referee and the fighters.

Rules

1.) Common RP rules guys, no PP, GM, be respectful, etc.
2.) Follow all lioden RP rules
3.) I know this is about fighting but nothing too graphic please
4.) Cursing, drinking, smoking etc are all allowed.
5.) If you do not own the picture you must credit it.
6.) Semi-lit to lit. At least 3 sentences with proper grammar and spelling.
7.) Try to be active. If you haven't posted in 3 days I'll give you a warning. If you still haven't posted (without a reason) then you will be removed for the time being.
8.) Fighters must be 16+ Anyone lower will be rejected unless it's your character's child.
9.) Male on Female fights are allowed, permitted they follow the same weight classes.
10.) To ensure me you read all of the rules + the plot and you agree to follow them, put 'Epic' under the 'Key' section of your application.
