Welcome to We are the Foxes! This is a role play about, well, foxes. As you might have guessed.

Here's a bit of a run down of the contents of this thread:

What This Rp is About

It is the year 2712. You are one of the last foxes on the earth. Some foxes have developed mutations. You live in a huge fox reserve. There are so many futuristic things there. Fully automated coat washers and groomers, bark activated fetch machines, anything you desire or imagine! You live among many other fox sub-species. Some may be the same species as you, some may not be. This "fox reserve" is an extremely large, clear, dome. Unfortunately the walls are impenetrable. You may either choose to accept this or... or not. There is a big laboratory attached to this reserve and the only way in is with a special key card. You are let out of your "living quarters" every morning and have to go back into them at night. All the living quarters are separated by a thick sheet of glass so you may speak with and see your fellow foxes. The only other animals in the reserve are small rodents as you are fed every morning, mid day and night. (I think that should do it.)

Rules and Sign Ups

Rules:

1. Please be respectful of each other! Lioden rules apply.
2. Please use correct grammar and and punctuation. If you misspell something that's ok.
3. Yes it is in the future but no, we are not super smart foxes. We can't just immediately figure out how to get into the laboratory. We might have to be sneaky about getting into it. We are smarter then normal foxes though.
4. Yeah I get that it's exciting to be adventurous and all but please, don't immediately just try and get into the lab. Remember, maybe you like it in this reserve.
5. No god modding or power playing please.
6. Please don't harm another character without that person's permission. You may however harm humans but please, no killing a human.
7. If you want a mutation please only have a real or realistic mutation. Do be mindful of what mutations others have because if the have done research and found a really cool mutation and you just looked at it and thought it was cool then they might get a bit annoyed. Not saying you can't use another person's mutation. Just be mindful.
8. (Don't worry we're getting there!) Yes, mental mutations are allowed but again, no "major" mutations like OMG THE SCREAMS IN MY HEAD OMG! Just minor mental mutations are allowed.
9. You don't have to fade to black when birthing, just mating.
10. No instant mates.
11. If not role playing please put a bracket on either side of what you're saying.

14. Even though foxes are nocturnal we will Rp in the day time because well, it's just easier. There will be no "night" because all the foxes will be sleeping.

16. Post 3+ sentences. Put (Short) at the end if it's short.

I honestly don't need this bit but I figured the rules were getting a bit long so, here we are. The weather will change with the seasons. If you want there to be a light breeze, just Rp that. If you want strong wind, Rp that as well. I don't care!
