I've never seen so many male characters in an RP, I made males because I thought that were gonna be lots of females, like in other RP's; but gawd. Wow.

I would get rid of my current characters and make female's instead, but I spent way too much time on them.

Species: Maned Wolf
Personality: Tikka is very bubbly and kind, to other canines. The humans know her to only be gentle in shows- she'll bite an arm off if they try to touch her. She also LOVES breaking rules, since they're very scared of her. It usually gets her starved of food though.
Description/Image: Tikka is a typical-looking maned wolf with big grey eyes. Her legs are unnaturally long and she has reddish orange fur with black markings. She is also considerably big- about 4.5 feet at the shoulder due to her long legs.
Bio: She was born in the facility, from a wild-caught mother. The mother was killed by another canine, but Tikka lived to see the day.
Job: She is ridden (with a saddle and bridle made for her specially) in a show. It is very humiliating.
Family/Offspring: Mother is dead. No offspring.

I'm sorry, red and black fur isn't realistic. It must be a realistic colour, for example just black. Unless you mean this.I also picked up on how you said she isn't punished too badly. No wolf / dog or any canidae for that matter is 'favoured'. If the humans fear them, they will find other ways of punishment. (For ex. sleep deprivation, less food etc.)

Personality: Raven always happens to search for a hint of the best in everyone, even in the worst being. Needless to say, she tends to look for ways to make things better. Guided by her principles, more often than logic, Raven more often than not finds herself in all sorts of trouble for aiding someone that needed help. When moving forward, she looks towards honor, beauty, virtue, and morality, leading herself by the purity of her intent, not for rewards or consequences, which has led her astray from the humans.
Image / Description: When it comes to pelt colors, Raven doesn't hold up to her name. At a first glance, her coat may appear white, but upon closer inspection, her guard hairs are a very light gray, giving her coat the appearance of a cream color. Despite the odd coloring, what makes it even more odd, is her eyes. With one very light blue eye, and the other a deep chocolate brown, her gaze can be rather disorientating to stare into.
About/Bio: Aero and Raven were born as pets, becoming Christmas presents for two young siblings before they were even able to open their eyes. From there, they were relatively happy, until the Circus came into play. The father of the household never really had a liking for dogs, and quickly got rid of them via the Circus. For awhile, Raven and Aero were unable to see each other, and in that time, each endured their own misery and pain.

Raven was trained to carry packs of first aid upon her back, and to always trust the humans. However, among her training, she watched her species die in cruel methods or tricks the humans thought they could train into them, making her quickly distrustful of the human beings. After her training was completed, she acted completely loyal, however, she was always secretly helping the ones the humans deemed a minor injury.
Job At The Zoo / Circus: She carries medicinal packs, which are strapped to her back. Her job is to be on alert for anyone needing assistance, and if finding someone, wait near them while a human comes to fetch the wounded animal.

Personality: Aero is rather brutal and cold, an unfortunate result of his training. He's quick to violence, being quite good at maiming. Being clever, he's learned more than a few tricks. However, the most dangerous thing about Aero, is his anger. His quick temper makes him more likely to attempt to kill or injury anyone that crosses him.
Image / Description: Aero's pelt happens to be darker than most of his breed. So dark that it almost appears to be an ebony color, however, it just happens to be a rather really dark brown. He's got quite the thick coat, which makes him appear like a feral wolf, however, he's not. His eyes are a somber brown, that seem to lighten or darken, depending on his mood.

Aero was brought in and trained to become violent. There were many other animals with him, yet the weak quickly died out. In the end, a few remained, and those few were pitted against each other, killing each other until only four survived. Accepted as official guard dogs, Aero among them, they were to patrol and keep order.
Job At The Zoo / Circus: He guards whatever the humans ask him to. Be it equipment, or an animal. He likes to enforce his authority with violence should anything attempt to escape from him, which more often than not, leads to major injuries.
