This would be a cool base coat, considering where I live it rains very often and I love the smell after, and it just sounds cool in general because I like the Maltese base... and blue is my favorite color.

But, I was going to let you know, Xylax has previously mentioned that there weren't going to be any more blue base coats in the game. But, if you're lucky, you might can actually get this base coat to come true!

I respect what Xylax wants and all, but this base would just be awesome. I really, really want it now, haha! Good luck. c:
