The dark colored wolf leaped over a thorny vine and squeezed through some underbrush at the side of the clearing, shaking out his pelt as he slowed down. This male remains collected the majority of the time, always watching and calculating his surroundings, thinking his way through situations. While he is also very intelligent, his mind works in a much different way than his sister, Katherines'. Everything is simple calculations in his mind, and he nearly never explains how he’s decided things to others, which often leads to misunderstandings in communication. This is a young man who will fail to admit when he’s wrong, and who can be very stubborn in his opinions. When challenged under any circumstance, the male becomes aggravated and moody and will often turn on whoever or whatever it is without much provocation, especially if he's doing something he deems important. He has a sharp tongue and cold demeanor, but if you manage to gain his trust, you become highly respected and trustworthy in his eyes. However, in terms of his sister, he’s very attentive, and almost always willing to hear her out, despite her being of a different house- much less the one he's supposed to have a rivalry with. Significant Other: N/A Crush: N/A Appearance: Eve is 5’4” with wavy brown hair, and clear green eyes along with an olive complexion due to her mom’s side of the family’s Italian ancestry. She also just started puberty so she has an awkward, lanky build and skin riddled with acne (which is something she’s very self conscious about). Because of puberty, she’s not exactly attractive enough to catch the eye of anyone just yet, but honestly, she prefers it that way. Eve enjoys wearing jeans and shirts with sassy sayings on the front under her school robes, but likes staying in her pajamas if she has nothing planned for that day. She also likes to wear her hair in different hairstyles, depending on her mood, but usually keeps it down since she actually likes her hair as it is. Weaknesses: * Despite the fact that she reads so much, Eve is a bit skittish around animals that aren’t her cat (and, of course, those animals can tell). * Because of the above, she’s not very good at Care of Magical Creatures (which she’s starting this year) even though she thought she would be because she doesn't like not being good at anything. * Also because she reads books so much, she tends to be shy around new people and therefore doesn’t know how to really make friends unless they approach her first and are genuinely interested in her. Played By: Aurielle, #22994 Other: As the middle child, Eve tends to be the wallflower in her family because none of them really understand what it’s like to go to Hogwarts, and Elena always seems to have this big event going on in her life that takes up the majority of her parents’ patience, time, and attention, which is one of the reasons she turned to books in the first place—to feel like she had a place somewhere. Eve didn’t quite know how she was supposed to feel right now, there were so many things going on around her. From the lingering smell of butterbeer all around her to the bright colors other magical people were wearing as they traveled to and fro—rather quickly, she noticed—between the differently decorated shops lining the street. It was then that she noticed the fact that all three of them were standing smack dab in the center, blocking the people that had followed in right after them from passing. Murmuring a quick apology, her mum immediately went into overprotective mode and grabbed her hand, Eve’s dad following suit and taking her other one. Feeling like she was 5 instead of 11, Eve reluctantly followed along behind the two of them, desperately trying to hide her face. She knew she was supposed to be pleased they were showing her attention, for they rarely showed it enough with Elena around to hog up all the attention and Oliver simply being the baby of the family, but she was so used to being the easy-to-handle child that this brand-new one-on-one attention actually kind of annoyed her. Just because she turned out to be magical didn’t mean she needed their eyes on her at every passing moment, she wanted to tell them. Eventually, after looking through the windows of several shops that they passed, she extracted her hands from theirs and wandered off in a random direction, leaving them no choice but to follow her. The first shop she entered, for some reason, was the Magical Menagerie, a quaint little store that smelled like a cross between a petting zoo and the pet shops back home. Eve wasn’t exactly the most calm and collected around animals, so as she strolled around the little store, she tried hard not to make a face at the strange animal… things they were selling. The toads freaked her out the most, weirdly enough, but the blazing red-orange, shelled creatures crawling around in the cage labeled “Fire crab” also caught her off guard. When she saw the blessedly normal-looking kitten section in the far back corner, though, she knew she was a goner. Because sitting right by the glass-enclosed wall was a calico kitten with enormous blue-green eyes, staring at her, its head tilted to the side. After a quick glance at her parents, who noticed the look in her eyes, smiled, and nodded, Eve clapped her hands and went over to the enclosure, picking up her new friend before the other customers in the shop could snatch her up for themselves.
