Hey guys! I was thinking maybe I will reopen commissions o: I'm just really sure what price my art at tho since I feel like my old commission prices are outdated ;^; My dA Gallery If I do offer, it will be two different things: Pixels and Lines. Pixel Examples Lined Examples All characters belong to their owners! Do not use this art (unless it's a piece I did for you)! I typically do my drawings on a 500x500 canvas but I usually do smaller pixels than that (lowest I'm willing to go currently is 100x100). I charged different prices for different sized canvases (options were 50, 100 and 300 with 300 being the most and 50 being the least). So how much are you guys willing to pay for my art? How much would you want for like shading, a background, etc.? 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 07/09/15 by Lieutenant Stabby | IO | LdT | (#35974) |

I'd say 50-100sb for the pixels, 300-500sb for a lined without backround, and maybe you can go up to 1GB for complex pieces with lineart, background, shading, etc. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 07/09/15 by Seiden (#31503) |

For the pixel-animated icon, i would price something like that anywhere from 5GB to 8GB. Not sure what to price on the other styled pieces, however. Don't undersell yourself. It's better to overprice your work and sell less than underprice it and work your butt off for nothing. Selling stuff for 500SB is like selling your artwork for 15cents. Your time and talents are worth more than that~ 0 players like this post! Like? |

I think all go for Gb, Prices can be valuated in 2Gb to 10 Gb, because it's art and more animated or more complex you high the price. Little ones you can go for 2 to 5 gb, big ones with bg can go up to 10gb. It's what I think, and What I see in threads, I might be worng but yeah. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Animation: 100sb each Shading: 300sb Additional characters: 1-3GB (Depending on complexity!) -Backgrounds- Simple: 2GB Complex: 5GB -100 pixel- Simple: 2GB Complex: 4GB -200 pixel- Simple: 4GB Complex: 6GB -300 pixel- Simple: 6GB Complex: 8GB -Lines- Simple: 6GB Complex: 8GB Does that look alright or should I lower some a bit? Yo the prices you came up with are perfectly reasonable- anyone who says otherwise is probably full of it lol. Don't underprice your art so much! It's very good 0 players like this post! Like? |

Yeah what Swaggie said, your prices are completely reasonable as you should be pricing yourself on how long it takes you to do the commission and the hard work you put into it not on someone's opinion of your art skill! You're a learning artist and you're doing wonderful so far, so don't let dickish people tell you to underprice yourself! Focus on working at a price you're comfortable with, instead. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Not what others are implying. But thanks for understanding :) I didn't mean to undervalue your or anything, just giving my opinion according to the prices I usually see on the forums as I buy art a lot. 0 players like this post! Like? |
