TOS

- Must have a clean, digital reference. I may be willing to work with a traditional/worded description but its unlikely.
- I encourage you to ask about your commission as i am forgetful, HOWEVER it is not necessary to ask every hour about it. Twice a day at max is alright.
- I don't give refunds willingly, unless there is a problem on my end which means i wouldn't be able to finish it within two weeks.
- My general turnaround is around a few days rarely does it go over a week from start to finish, however this does depend on personal life and your communication.
- I require the full payment after you agree on a sketch/thumbnail. If i do thumbnails, ill usually draw a few out, let you choose from them and then add more form and such when sketching. After this sketching process is when i require the payment.
- I always ask if any changes are needed after each step, if you say no, then change your mind later (unless your character goes through a small design change) I will offer the change for a small charge, usually around 5-10% of the original price. If you say yes to the changes on that step it is usually free UNLESS i have to redo that step completely to implement the change.
- Paypal only when paying with USD and let it change to GBP. Much more interested in USD than anything else, however I am taking GB, breeding items and SB
- 1 USD = 2 GB = 2600 SB
