Kagune and it's appearance:
Hisoka's kagune is Rinkaku, it's appearance is long yet thick and has a fur like texture when touched. It is colored black at the base where they sprout from at the back around the waist while as it goes along it smoothly gradients into a dark crimson red then at the tips a medium colored blue. The blue then flows back down to the base in a spider web design. Hisoka has six Rinkaku though the ones in the middle are a little smaller. Due to being a Rinkaku wielder he has powerful regenerative abilities and can survive some of the most critical of damage. When he is powerful enough he can manipulate his kagune into having them flow down his arms to shape into long large claws.

Hisoka is a loner but works for a small café business as a barista.

Appearance:

Hisoka is a muscular yet slender male with quite the amount of muscle. He is tall, standing around 6 feet and 1 inches in height. He has dark brown almost black bangs with only a hint of a normal brown at the roots that hang in his left eye covering his ghoul eye and is messy, while the rest of his dark brown hair is normally long and all over the place. He also has a few streaks of red throughout his bangs and hair. His eyes are default to look intimidating yet looking as if he is always focused and sometimes you will spot a small mischievous glimmer to shine in them at times. They are a light piercing sea foam green with spots of light turquoise and silver. His skin is pale though it has a sort of tanned tone to it, small scraps and scars litter his rough yet smooth skin from various fights and things, one very noticeable scar lies on his top and bottom lip due to them getting cut in a fight. He also has a few good long scars on his chest and right shoulder. He has a deep voice with a light and seductive tone to it and when Hisoka is angered by someone/something his voice will become deeper and more animalistic and growly (sort of like Smaug's voice from the Hobbit). He has a black snake bite piercing on his bottom lip and has both his ear pierced, he also has two high piercings on his left ear and one high on his right ear. Source

His usual everyday clothing consists of either a long-sleeved shirt, T-shirt, or a large hoodie, most of his clothing is baggy or oversized it is rare to see him in tight clothing, and jeans with a choice of sneakers, cowboy boots, or combat boots and with a choice of different accessories. During his hunting, his choice of clothing are mostly dark clothing in order to not stand out. A various choice in dark colored T-shirt's or button up's with a metal chain wrapped around his sides and across his torso and right shoulder. He wears a black hoodie with dark grey trimming under the choice of under shirt, he had cut and sewn ear pockets for his mask so he can pull it up and over his head without complication. He also wears black gloves with black metal claws sewn to them so he could have another defense against attacks besides his kagune and weaponry. For bottoms he wears dark blue or black jeans usually raggedy ones that have a few sewn up tears in them. While for shoes he has your normal dark colored combat boots. Hisoka was given two long and curved daggers by Shiro when he was training, Shiro stating that he shouldn't always relay on his kagune in a fight. They are kept sheathed in various amounts of belts that wrap around his waist, he will sometimes use the chain as a weapon as well.

His kagune and the way he kills his victims is what had the CCG nickname him "The Devil's Heir." He has made a small reputation with the CCG due to his choice of victim and number of kills.

Personality:
Positive:
+ Charismatic, it depends on how you would describe what he calls "charismatic".
+ Caring, he doesn't always show that he cares, he has many personalities and will rarely show any type of positive emotions unless he is comfortable with who is around him. He feels very vulnerable when he does show any type of positive emotion.
+ Intelligent/Strategic, He has high intelligence in various amounts of combat due to being a slight adrenaline junky and is very strategic with his attacks.
+ Observant, Hisoka likes to be silent most of time only speaking if he has something on his mind, other than that he has the habit of observing others; calculating and figuring them out as he goes.
+ Mischievous, Hisoka is quite the sly creature and will cause any type of mischief if you allow him to get his "hands" dirty.
+ Determined, Hisoka can be very determined once he sets his mind to something he will get the job done in anyway of shape or form.
+ Loyal, he is loyal to anyone who shows that they can be trusted and shows him that they are worthy of earning his loyalty and trust back.
+ Persuasive
+ Sometimes caring and merciful, he rarely shows his merciful and caring side but he does have his morals and will go by them if he feels that you are worthy of his mercy and care.
Negative:
- Overly-confident, Hisoka wouldn't be classified as arrogant but he can be a little overly confident in himself.
- Rebellious at times, though he still stays loyal even if he has a slip up here and there.
- Malicious, He can get quite malicious when he fights or kills.
- Sadistic and dark sense of humor.
- He is known to be flirtious but he doesn't flaunt it around all the time, he usually acts flirtious as a joke.
- Possessive, he can become possessive of his things or others close to him, take his things you haven't asked to borrow first and he will get really aggressive.

- Manipulative, he can be very manipulative and persuasive with his words a sliver tongue if you will, it can be both a weakness and a strength depending on how you look at it.

History:
Hisoka Kaage was born a One Eyed Ghoul and lived with both his mother and father, His father being a full blooded Ghoul while his mother was human. He was raised by his blooded parents until he was five years old, it was a normal day for the family until they found themselves being follow by CCG investigators. His father did everything he could to try and get the CCG off their trail but it was no use. They were cornered in a alleyway and his father didn't want to release his kagune due to not wanting any harm to come to his wife and child. After a lot of arguing with the head investigator, his father finally released his kagune and acted as a shield to protect both his wife and son. After many critical hit from the investigators Quinque his father eventually fell dead, both his mother and himself watching in horror with his mother shielding him from view. His mother was able to escape when the CCG were occupied with his father's body, she was able to hide Hisoka in another alleyway behind some random debris before getting spotted and killed by the CCG due to being mistaken for also being a ghoul. Hisoka was left to starve, the CCG leader thinking that it wasn't worth it killing a small child even if he was a ghoul and so they left him to starve or get cannibalized by some other ghoul. After about three weeks of wandering, Hisoka was suddenly taken in by a human women who wasn't able to have her own children and was single. Through time he was treated like her own son and raised by her even though she knew he was a ghoul. There were many times that accidents would happen and she would end up injured a little but she still loved and cared for him none the less. She was able gain help from some other ghouls with supplying Hisoka with food and care as long as she helped with their small café business. She was also a sickly woman, always getting small colds or having to stay bed ridden for a few days. The owner grew to becoming close friends with his adopted mother and Hisoka and would help Hisoka when he was younger when she became ill and he was to young to know what to do to help her. The owner became a trusted friend and trainer to Hisoka, when he was thirteen the owner started training Hisoka to defend himself and different things ghouls needed to do in order to survive in battle and just in normal life.Yet again tragedy struck and she became gravely ill when he was 18, he did everything he could to help but no later that year did she die. Hisoka now lives on his own and surprisingly his adopted mother gave him her money, house, furniture, and pretty much everything she had to Hisoka in her will. He sold the house, some of the furniture, and her old car, he keeps a lot of the money in his savings and had bought himself a descent sized apartment with a nice sized balcony and garden. He still works for the Ryu café business but when he isn't working at the café he goes off into the alleyways and places that have the most human crime rate, killing criminals for food supply since the police are so focused on the problem of ghouls to ever really care more about the crimes humans are committing.
