Basically, an idea for scars based off some prey animals.

Hippo:
A scar caused by a hippo taking a bite out of your lion. Something like this?



Rhino along the same lines but on the side of the lion. A mammalogist friend of mine mentioned that rhinos use their horn to protect themselves and their young.

Hoofprint:
Either from a zebra, giraffe or whatever. This one is pretty self explanatory in that the animal left an impression on your lion.
