Riley felt herself turn on her feel, glaring daggers at Daniel. "Oh don't you dare say this was my fault!" She snapped. "It's not like I wanted to be there. I don't know how I didn't realize before that it was you, but man am I glad I did. To think I was starting to like you!?" She says shaking her head. "You are right. It is my fault. My bad." Then Riley turns, walking into the bathroom and walking out into the quiet night to jump into the ocean to wash up. She was in there about twenty minutes , wiping Daniel off her mind before washing her hair and getting out , both hands on the towel surrounding her body though there was towel in her hair as well. Then she walked into the master bedroom, looking at all the romantic stuff and signing. There was no way she was sleeping in her tonight. Then she gasped, realizing all of her clothes were still in the in the living area.

(Just as a point of reference for the future I don't think they have showers, electricity, and only a maybe on running water and they certainly don't have cars. This is a fairly primitive society and you keep making it more and more modern. Also I'm having trouble finding a way for them to connect)

(I think I did when I first told you about the idea but it's fine. It's been a while ^^ I can do that and as long as she's at least starting to not hate him I can work with it.)

Daniel huffed and went around, cleaning up after the meal. Once he was finished he looked around, getting their things from the carriage and took hers to the suite but left his on the couch. Then he looked out the window, spotting her swimming in the ocean, figuring out she didn't have anything clean to wear. He grabbed a dress randomly from her bag he went out to give it to her.

Riley sighed. The last thing she wanted to do was walk into that house entirely naked. But she had no more time to think about it, as the door to the house opened, and Daniel walked out. He has a simple pink dress with him that belonged to her, and though she didn't want to wear that to sleep, it was the thought that counted. Maybe he wasn't as bad as she made him out to be. "Thank you," she tells him, blushing a bit before looking into his eyes, wondering if he was planning to stay or not.

Daniel nodded and turned away so she could dress, he'd never admit it but he was actually kinda shy. He calmed himself down before addressing her, "I took your belongings to the suite, you may sleep there. I will sleep on the couch. Whether or not we wanted this is no longer relevant, it has happened and cannot be changed. So, things will be more civilized if we don't fight constantly. I will not force interaction, you may decide when you are comfortable with it."

Riley rolled her eyes, shaking his head. The way he talked was so weird and almost foreign to her. It was as if he were a robot. "Stop," she says getting out of the ocean and putting on the simple dress. "Stop talking like that. As if a person fed words to you, and you say them. Its unnatural," she says before shaking her head. "And I don't know you to sleep on that God awful couch. It's so uncomfortable," she tells him not really realizing what she was entailing.

Daniel turned and raised a brow, "My manner is formal yes, but it is how I speak. I always have, it is how I was trained." He looked to the house and frowned, knowing the couch would be uncomfortable and he'd probably be sore in the morning. Not to mention tired and listless. "As for sleeping on the couch, I will deal with it if you don't want to deal with sharing a bed."

"I never Said that." Her voice is low and soft, almost too quiet to hear, but she knows he did. It was true. She never had said she didn't want him to sleep with her and taking another look at that couch just made her want to stand her ground more. It looked nice, but she knew it wasn't comfortable to sleep on. That was a fact. She looked into his eyes, her showing pure innocence. "The bed is huge isn't it? Can't we both sleep in it without touching each other?"

He looked at her carefully, gauging her reaction. Then he lightly nodded, "I suppose it is. If it doesn't bother you then I will sleep in the bed. There is plenty of room." He turned, "I have a few things to do yet before it's time to sleep. You are welcome to change the bedroom."

Riley nods, deciding not to say anything else before walking into the master bedroom to change. She looks throught the bag she had brought that contained all the necessities she would need. She ran a brush though her hair before brushing her teeth and then getting a light blue nightgown that barely touched her thigh out. She put it on before getting into the bed.

A short time later Daniel returned to the house and went into the bedroom, "The nights get cold here so we'll need a fire." He set the wood in it's place by the fireplace and knelt down to set the kindling. Once he'd finished starting the fire and secured the fireplace he went to the bathroom and changed into pj pants, brushed his teeth and finally went to bed, climbing under the blankets.

Riley woke up, and she felt way too hot. She drowsily opened her eyes to find her hand on a hard chest, her head as well, as her hair laid out splayed across the chest. She shrieked, jumping off the bed, looking at Daniel. How had she gotten so close to him?! She covered her mouth, hoping she hadn't woken him before sliding on a silky jacket that went with the nightgown and then walking into the kitchen, deciding she would make some bacon and eggs for breakfast for the two of them.

Daniel woke with a start, looking around for the source of the scream. When he saw nothing he got up and went through the house to find who had screamed, coming to the kitchen and spotting Riley. "Was it you that screamed? What happened?"

"I'm so sorry," she quickly apologizes before shaking her head and focusing on the bacon she was cooking in front of her. "And it was nothing. Me being stupid," she says softly before shaking her head. "Like I said, nothing." Riley got our a skillet before beginning to make some eggs, hoping he likes scramble.
