Perhaps this only has a rare chance of happening to cubs with a low survival chance? (So there's a rare chance of the cub accident if the bar is low enough, resulting in blindness, assuming they don't die beforehand). I don't know how I feel about an adult lioness losing her eyesight due to random chance from an interaction, since I wouldn't want a higher level lioness of mine to suddenly lose her eyesight and not be able to hunt anymore, even if it is rare. (I don't support or not support)

I think this should only happen to cubs with a low survival chance because blind lions can't become kings/hunt/patrol/et cetera. Say that you have an heir and he goes blind from an interaction and your king is on death's door; I would absolutely hate having to go back and try to find another high-stat lion that could be my new king. And if you have a sub male or a female who is great at hunting or patrolling and they go blind of old age or some other cause, BOOM, they're out of action and your pride is that much worse off. Nevertheless I suppost this!!
