Aaliyah had to fight back a laugh at his words, it seemed he too was fed up with these idiots. For once she was glade her mom made her pack things for emergacies, she had a fire starter in her bag along with a lighter. She took her time entering the woods studying the trees and ground for landmarkers incase they got a turned around.

He walked further into the forest, hands in his pockets, picking up sticks as he did. He soon picked up a large branch, turning back to look at her, "found anything good?" He asked her.

'A few fallen branches, and lots of trash. If I haven't said this before I'm saying it now People are idiots ." Aaliyah said as she bent down to pick of a small branch, she made sure it wasn't rotten before adding it to her small pile of twigs and branches. They just needed enough to keep a fire going for a few hours nothing crazy. " If we had an Axe I'd say lets chop up one of these logs, and make those idiots back at the bus come drag it up for fire wood." She said with a joking smirk.

He smiled, watching her bend over before snapping himself out of it and picking up some larger branches, flinching slightly as she mentioned an axe, a reminder of his past that he would never forget.

Aaliyah slowly stood up when she noticed that He had gone gone quiet , on top of that she had gathered pretty much all the sticks she could that weren't rotten or to green for the fire. She was gonna ask if he was okay when she heard what soundly like rattling. " Uhh by any chance are we in rattler country? " She asked feeling not so hopeful all of a sudden.

He turned to face her, standing up properly, "err yeah why?" He asked before hearing the the rattling. " shit..." he muttered taking a long branch from his pile and looking down, trying to find the snake.

" Is that really wise? I mean common sense to me says get away from where ever the snake is not try and find it. " Aaliyah said, she wasn't sure if she was really think straight at the moment, but she hated snakes...had ever since she could remember. Dogs, cats, fish, even some lizards she could handle no probably but when it came to snakes she wanted nothing more then to get as far away from them as possible.

Aaliyah let out a quiet sigh, Thank goodness they where getting out of here. She was also thankful they hadn't gone to far into the woods to where they would get lost. She could see clearly hear the idiots from the bus chatting among themselves ,probably declaring both her and drive as good as dead. She was honestly tempted to make them all stay way from the fire for she had a gut feeling no of then would lift a figure to help get it started.

Aaliyah sighed and set her pile of sticks next to the make shift pit, " Believe it or not, my mom actually made me pack a fire starter kit for just an occasion..., out of everything I packed I'm pretty sure I made sure to make my mom happy by packing her emergency supplies. I can go get the stuff if you like....' SHe offered hoping that she didn't look like to much of an idiot for her clear fear of snakes.

He nodded, "go get it, " he told her as he continued to build the fire. He then sat back watching the others talk. Some glance over to him every now and then but he didn't notice.

Aaliyah nodded before slipping back om to the bus and going to dig through her bags, she knew from her earlier search for snacks that she had indeed packed her emergency kit her mother threw together. It was now just a matter of going and figuring out where it was in her bag. After several minutes she began to growl in frustration things in her bags where not lining up...She knew how she had put things away and even when she had left to go collect firewood things had been neat in her bags...another thing was she could neither find her Ocarina or the emergency kit. " WHERE IS MY STUFF!" She found herself demanding as she stood up and got off the bus again. Her eyes scanning the crowd of idiots that had stayed behind. " Don't play dumb, I know what was in my bags! I want my Ocarina and my emergency kit both exactly how I had left them given to me NOW! " Aaliyah was done playing games with these idiots , " Unless you want to go meet my friend the rattle snake in the woods, Give me my stuff." She demanded yet again seeing no one move.

Aaliyah held the group in here glare until one idiot decided to come forward, much to her horror and hand her ,the pieces of her now broken ocarina. She swore she heard him say they where gona throw it in the fire. " You broke it...! so..Weres my kit?" she askes with narrowed eyes not letting on how devistaed she was over loosing her ocarina.
