Hii! I'm new to the clan and have a few fanfictions published on wattpad but unfortunately dont get to update them as much as I like. Theres currently two published, one in drafts and a few ideas for original books Ive had for well over a year but have been hesitant to start.

(There's also over 10 books I wrote in the past and deleted because my writing at the time was no where near where it is now. I've improved greatly in the past two years but am still working on the emotional aspect of writing)

A sickening, sly grin crept unto the odd demons face; his cardinal red eyes glowing alluringly in the dim light of the closed-off room. His velvety, slim paws tapping against the concrete floor with every swift and brisk movement he made. With his three tails quickly trailing right behind him. Oliver; the poor, British man- had no idea what he had coming, in fact, he barely knew of this very demon that lurked in his own abode, his own home. It certainly was lurking- waiting for the man to put his guard down as its crimson teeth gnashed in anticipation.
Meanwhile; the oblivious, young man sat in his chair; eyes wandering to the open flame lying in the sturdy, brick firepit. His lips pursed in a frustrated matter as his hands clenched tightly against the mug of piping hot tea he had made just seconds before. With his foot tapping against the ground; a hardy sigh escaped his now parted lips.

' Bah, what's the point? They'll never listen to a young man like me anyways, '

He grumbled under the sound of a crackling flame; his gaze slowly wandering to the elegant, perfectly-made chandelier from above. The chair he lied in perfectly fit his frame- for he spent most of his long, boring days, lying in it. Pondering, pondering about many things- such as the rumors. And various other things the peasants had yelled at him.
Why; some even assumed he was the supposed 'monster' in the forest! How insulting was that? Him? A monster!
Maybe they just want to insult the rich for what they have- and what they do not; that's what Oliver thought. They're simply jealous lower-classmen who can't afford to even work, or to even fend for themselves out in the open towns of England.
He did not hear the creaking steps slowly near him; let along the shallow, ragged breathing that escaped the mouth of the damned beast. He was simply too lost in thought to notice such a thing- such a gruesome, gruley thing.
But perhaps, it was for the best that he didn't.
Maybe it was for the best that the old man never knew; that's up for one's own mind.
Maybe, just maybe, he was aware of the creature-
Or maybe, he was the creature himself.
