Hey guys and welcome to the Cawhowler adoption center! Here I will be posting hatchlings of this species and update on their growth progress. There are three stages to them: Hatchling, Adolescent, and Adult.

A little information on them are that they are made up of wolves, variations of avians, serpents, and a variety of horned beasts. They are related to their distant cousins that are known as gryphons and chimeras and tend to be extremely loyal to their owner. Their coats tend to be more natural and earth-like shades and hues and the vibrant and more colorful they get, the rarer the type of Cawhowler is. They also have a variety of different markings that can range from spots and patches to stripes and swirls which can be many different colors.

Hatchlings have messy feathers and have no horns when they first hatch. As they progress to their adolescent stage, their horns start to come in and curl, and their feathers start to straighten out. By the time they are an adult, their horns are fully developed, their feathers are straight, and any markings that they may have finally thoroughly show, though there are faint signs of them during their adolescent stage. It takes three days for them to age to their next stage, so after after six days, they then become a full grown adult.

Cawhowlers are able to start breeding once they are adults and while the females can breed up to five times, the males have up to nine times to be able to breed. Egg hatching takes about three days and their egg clutches can range from just one egg and up to five.

There are mutations that come from this species that can range from having no tail to having two heads. Thanks to their distant chimera blood, they are able to survive having more than one head and as of this moment, there are no lethal mutation known to harm them. Some mutations aren't seen until they are adults, though mutations aren't too common.

(You may not alter them in any way or resell them as your own.)

Here is where you can do your breeding.

UPDATE: Due to my schedule picking up, the Cawhowlers wont be able to age up in real life time. This is only temporary and I will change it back to aging over time, but to help me keep track on real life and working on these, this is the only thing I can currently think of to help me. To currently age up each Cawhowler to their next stage, it'll only be 200Sb.

I usually save the info of each Cawhowler on my DeviantArt sta.sh page, that way I can always use it for future reference once they start breeding, though i'll need to go through and update some of them lol

Lol, yeah, that can be pretty rough. Though I dont have as many lions, i've had most of mine run off a few times, so I can feel the pain. Its a good thing that you got them all back though and got some extra cash in the process lol

Oh yeah, that's really gotta be rough to have all them and your dwarves and Wenet run. I've had a few of my pies, two of my dwarves, and my melanistic all run and I made them my main focus lol. Then I had my newest dwarf cub die today, even though I really feel like I had it protected/survival bar never went below 60%, so i'm still not sure how she died, but i'm just hoping my last dwarf's heat will give me another one to make up for it lol

ah yeah idk maybe express some sadness in the chat people would at least say sorry to hear that and hey since i got my dwarves back maybe once february is over if i get more than one dwarf from each of my dwarfs i could let you have one since its horrible to loose little dwarves i haven't lost any yet due to death but its getting close my oldest is like 11 years 4 months old and i got 3 around the same time my oldest one i got for buying a raffle ticket with a lion scrot and 2 more from a reverse breed then one of the 2 i got had a dwarf cub which is still cute though she wasn't the one i personally wanted to have a dwarf i wanted her sister to since she looks prettier like a tiger

I froze my first dwarf so I can keep her as a sort of trophy to mark that I actually got one, and then a couple of mine passed, though I ran out of space and was only able to save one of their info, which happens to be the mother of the dwarf I have now. She's 12 years old now and I have 12 more days until she goes into heat again, so i'm keeping my fingers crossed! I'm bummed about losing the cub since she was a real cutie, but im going to try and stud her to the friend that I had her studded to before in hopes that I get a similar looking beauty. It had a red medium countershaded base as well, so I was going to use her for my sunset project. Just my luck lol

I'm a sucker for the color red, so I tend to be fond of most of the red bases lol
