The powerful white Pegasus hybrid crunched through the snow of Frost-bit Forest, her wings tucked tightly by her sides. She ducked her head to avoid a low hanging branch, her breath billowing out in crystal clouds. Her spiraling horn barely brushed the tip of the branch, and it shattered and warped as if gripped in the harshest of Frost's grasp. She trotted across a frozen river to a small cave set in a clearing, where she retired for the night. Xar'zith, ruler of the Frost-bit Forest, was a weary beast.

Aithali mantled her wings, lowering her head in the downpour. Raising her head again as thunder cracked, the pegasus mare shook herself, tossing her sodden mane out of the way of her eyes. Then folding her wings in to keep the easily-soaked ventral feathers safe, Aithali turned away from the open plains she was in, moving to the forest, as the damp ground squelched beneath her hooves. The mare raised her eyes as the long branches and thick leaves of the trees blocked some of the rainfall.

Within the shelter of her cave den, Xar'zith found she could not rest. She gazed out of the entrance at the raging blizzard, knowing it paid no heed to her silently plee. She may rule the forest, but she didn't rule the weather, for only the wind minded her voice. The sound of trickling water from further in the cave reminding her of her thirst, and she turned away from the entrance, following the sloping path down, the dull echo of her hooves leading her into a trance-like state. plink, plink, pa-plink.. The drip continued it's mournful song, and she paused by the water's edge to take a sip. The moss coating the walls gleamed with slimey water and algae, reflecting her silver sheen. She looked up at the drip that fell from the ceiling, and a tiny glittering pinpoint smiled down at her.

She moved, near-silent despite her bulk, through the forest until she came upon a cave. A quick breath told Aithali that nothing was inside, as there were no fresh scents she could detect. Even though she wasn't a predator, she had a fairly good sense of smell. She entered the cave, and after a brief survey to make sure there was nothing inside, just in case, and ensuring the cave was big enough, she opened her wings, shaking them out. Unable to extend them fully in the cave, Aithali tucked them back to her sides, turning her gaze to the opening of the cave.

Zmella soared in the sky taking the rain and thunder and lightning by her stride her element coloured wings adjusted to their full length as she glided taking in the scenery.
She lowered to the ground and with a few flaps she landed tucking her feathered wings neatly away either side she needed to find shelter and fast even her element powers couldn't stop this storm,she wandered around and walked into a frost covered are with a major blizzard going on,her golden fire coloured eye and her other eye which was ice roamed the area and spotted a cave she snorted loudly to see if anything was there nothing came out so zmella went in

The mare lowered herself down on her forelegs, settling into a laying position. She rarely laid down, as her legs would begin to go numb after awhile, and she couldn't easily take off or fight if need be. But with the pounding rain outside, she had the liberty of laying down. She shook herself, shaking out her still-damp fur, and quietly watched the outside of the cave.

Unsure of what to expect from the intruder in her cave, Xar'zith used her innate ability to teleport, vanishing instantly and silently. Not out of fear, simply shyness.
She materialized in the back of a warmer cave, behind an ashen mare. She didn't want to scare the young Pegasus, but her shyness prevented her from making a sound. Her bravery, on the other hand, made her take a loud step forward, making a sharp clack!

Aithali scrabbled to her feet, rather quickly despite being laying down. Maybe it was because the noise came from behind her. She swiveled, her wings mantling and the slightly water-slicked feathers puffing up like an angry cat's fur. Her sooty gray ears were pinned flat back, but Aithali's guard quickly lowered, seeing as it wasn't a predator behind her, but another equine that bore traits of a pegasus and of a unicorn. Though she remained somewhat guarded, the feathers on her wings smoothed back down and her ears came back forward.

Aithali's wings folded to her sides as the pegasus let out a breath. As though taking a moment to recuperate her wits, Aithali looked to the side, deep brown eyes narrowing slightly, before turning her gaze back to the other. Offhandedly, the pegasus mare commented, "You could've been a little more careful. I nearly had a heart attack."

Zmella wandered around the beautiful ice cave,finding nothing and no one she lay down and rested her Nacre base and element wings standing out in the blinding white and blueness of the frost covered cave feeling her legs go numb Zmella transformed into her Phoenix form to create a fire,once she did she transformed back into her horse body and lay down to sleep
