Welcome to the Nursery!! Now that your main male has gained some followers it’s high time for puppies! Here you can breed your adoptables, whether it be studding to someone else’s dog or breeding two of your own, puppies are always a blast to have!

~ Canines can no longer breed after age 18.
~ Females have a breeding cooldown of 3 days after they give birth. Males can only breed twice a day.
~ Pups / Kits grow into adolescents at age one, and adults at age 2.
~ Canines can start breeding at age 2 years and 6 months.
~You cannot breed two canines if you don’t own at least one of them.
~You must have territory slots in order to breed your dogs. One territory slot can hold 3 litters of puppies.
~All canines must be adults in order to breed
~If you do not have two canines to breed or just want to do it this way, you may stud or brood to someone else’s canine for a certain price.
~Litters always belong to the original requester when born, unless you had made preparations before on who would take the litter
~The requester, person requesting to stud or brood to someone else's canine, must always be the one to pay for studding or brooding to someone's cainine, the person accepting the request does not have to.
~There are items in the Marketplace that can increase the chance of mutations/ chance for twins/ ect.
~Once you have made all the plans for your breeding, the requester must post on this thread stating what female and what male, What items used (if any), and confirming that you paid the stud or brood price if breeding with someone else's canine.
~Studs can only stud twice a day
~Pregnant dogs will give birth at most a week (usually 2 days) after becoming pregnant

Hi! I hope you enjoy my lil' blurbs as much as Never's! If you have personalities set for your doggos, I'll try to show them in the story, even though these aren't cannon. I'll try to post the next few in groups so they don't take up as much space~

Clove X Dallas

Clove padded through the territory, the sun dappling her red fur and filling her with warmth. Dallas trotted at her side, and the two enjoyed a peaceful walk. Or, at least, they were. As she was enjoying the sunlight and scenery, Clove accidentally stepped on a snake who seemed to be doing the same. She quickly leapt back, and the snake's jaws snapped shut barely a hair's breadth away from her. Fear thundered through Clove's heart, freezing her limbs and dominating her mind. The snake coiled up, flicking its forked tongue at the pair and judging them with its beady eyes. Clove screamed at herself to run, to get away before the snake struck, but she couldn't. Her limbs wouldn't obey her. She clenched her eyes shut, waiting, when a ferocious growl sounded beside her. Clove reopened her eyes to find that Dallas had leapt onto the snake and killed it, and he now stood triumphantly over the scaly creature with fire in his eyes. He looked back at Clove, and his gaze immediately softened. After they both made sure the other was unharmed, they made their way back to camp, startled at how easily a peaceful day almost proved to be fatal. When it came time to go into their own desperate dens to sleep, Clove was still shaken over the snake incident. Noticing this, Dallas offered for her to sleep in his den for the night. Clove accepted. One thing lead to another, and now Clove is expecting Dallas' puppies!

Congrats, Clove is now pregnant!

May I ask when mine will be done? I requested before Chicken Nugget and I sent the SB for the item i used on the 28th. I don't mind waiting, I'd just like an estimate of when it's going to happen.

Hey Forever, you should make an item that allows you to have one of your puppies the EXACT same as one of the parents (the requester's choice) I know I'd use it.

@Absol, Oh yes I'm sorry I forgot to mention this one the thread earlier! You can Have as many mushrooms as you please =3 (But only one set of red berries, I don't think I'm up for doing 20 pups a litter sadly xD) As of custom, I would like to get caught up with all the litters, main males, and decors before I add those, I'm not positive how much I'll be asking for them either.

@Astul, You only need to buy 3 in order to get a 100% chance! xD And everyone keep in mind, if and when you use more than one mushroom (I'm adding this because i'm quickly realizing that this could lead to there being ONLY mutated dogs xD) that percentage is only tested on one or two puppies, depending on the size of the litter. This is not the case if only one mushroom is used.

Divine really shouldn't have gone so far. She saw the ominous thunderclouds, yet still went to try and find something for her pack to eat before the rain. Well, as it turns out, most animals had decided that they should stay inside, and Divine had no luck finding anything. To make things worse, she had traveled too far, and was now huddled in unfamiliar territory, crouched in a cave and attempting to wait out the rain. Her long fur was wet and uncomfortable, and the same could be said for the cave she was hiding in. A clap of thunder seemed to shake the sky itself, and Divine winced. A small, hushed whine cut through the night, causing Divine's ears to perk up. Cautiously, she poked her head out of the cave, blinking as raindrops spattered her elegant snout. Through the grey sheet of rain Divine could make out the lanky figure of a dog. Or...was it a wolf? Wolves had stockier legs, though... Regardless of what it was, nothing deserved to stuck in this storm. Divine barked softly to catch the creatures attention, and the lanky red creature hurriedly trotted into the cave. They traded names and stories, and after Divine shyly asked, Roux explained that he was a creature called a Maned Wolf. The two huddled together for warmth, and waited the night out with her newfound friend.

Fina pushed through the snow, wind shoving at her from all sides and trying to push her over. She couldn't open her eyes very wide against the chill of the wind, and she doubted there was much to see through all the snow. A patch of black fur leaps up from the snow, catching Fina by surprise. A small, black dog hopped in front of her face, barking questions like why she was out here still. It was freezing! Fina was too cold to answer. She numbly felt him grasp her ear in her teeth and lead her somewhere. Eventually, her paws touched soft hide. The black dog gruffly told her to lay down and try to get warm, and Fina did just that, too tired to care where she was at the moment. Something plopped in front of her paws, rousing Fina. At first, she thought it was a pile of snow, but after a moment of confusion, Fina recognized it as a snow hare. The black dog stood before her, prompting her to eat. Fina took a few bites, relishing the warmth, then invited the black dog to eat with her. They settled down beside each other for warmth, sharing the rabbit and a few stories. They spent the frigid night together, and soon after, Fina was expecting Mac's puppies!
