SwiftClaw crouched down and stalked forward she was so focused on the prey she had been tracking she hadn't even realized that night was setting upon her, but hey she thought the darker the better. The wind was blowing towards her keeping her prey completely oblivious her eyes dilated, her claws unsheathed as the white and black cat got ready to strike. Silence crept over the forest not even a cricket dared to make a noise. " Is some cat there?" SwiftClaw's ears twitched as the figure spoke, and without a moments hesitation the warrior lunged. The figure that had spoken before wasn't even able to react as SwiftClaw's sharp claws dug into its neck and back slamming it hard against the ground. A loud thud was heard along with struggling and hissing but just as it had started it ended quickly with a bite to the neck. Silence fell upon the two forms one was still and the other had a wicked smile plastered in its face. SwiftClaw dropped the dead animal from her jaws licking the blood it had left behind on her muzzle, " What a waste of my time." She hissed turning around and kicking dirt onto the animals body she walked away disappearing into the forest leaving a dead cat covered in dust and blood to rot in the open. It's small body was sprawled out as blooded oozed from its neck SwiftClaw looked back once more at the pitiful thing, " Clan cats are getting weaker and weaker." she spat shaking her head and stalking back to her home.

Angelpaw

angelpaw sniffled as kits started climbing over her. She let a soft smile creep over her face. She laughed weakly at the kits attempts at humor and her mood lightened well. She meowed in pain as one stumbled onto her neck, but she simply nudged the kit off, smiling kindly.

Thornkit and Ashkit started batting at the she-cat's tail.
Their fluff had grown in, looking like their mother's fluffy fur.
They possibly got it because they were maine-coons.
But cat breeds don't exist in the clans.

"You're pretty" Thornkit meowed gently.
His frosted eyes focused on the she-cat's tail, pouncing on it and licking it.
He did the same with his mother's when they played.
Lilykit toppled over her brother, messing up his fur.
"Hey! That's not fair, I wasn't watching!" He wailed.

"You weren't watching me, I just took the chance" Lilykit laughed.
Her dusty brown and brown calico pelt ruffled up.

The quiet soothed Rippleheart. He felt Rosepetal licking his head and he blinked at her affectionately. He felt death coming upon him, but he knew that his work here was not done get. He looked at Rosepetal. "Could you get NIghtstar for me please? I really need to talk to her about something important." He notices that Pantherheart was nowhere to be found but then he remembered that he was out. He lay back down, wondering what he was going to tell his leader about what he saw. He then deducted that it would be best if he told her the same thing he had told Pantherheart. He felt nervous at the news that was going to be given to the entire clan but he knew that it was for the best.

Rosepetal nodded hurrying to Nightstar's den.
"Nightstar, Rippleheart wants to talk with you" She meowed anxiously.
She was hoping and praying to Starclan.
She needed Rippleheart to live!

SwiftClaw padded into camp a large rabbit dangled from her jaws she went over and dropped the thing on top of the other prey. She walked toward the warriors den passing AngelPaw on her way. She stopped and looked her a scowl passed over her face. " Weaklings like you are a burden to this clan" She hissed shaking her head what has Starclan let this clan come to! She thought bitterly the tip of her tail disappearing in the den.

Rippleheart felt the dark pulling at his bones. He knew that he had to stay awake for a little while longer though. Just until Nightstar came. He smelled his sisters scent close by, but he did not give into the warm and dizzying feeling at the back of his mind. Just a little while longer Rippleheart, then you can fall asleep, Rippleheart thought to himself.

Thornkit hissed.
"Like you haven't been hurt before!" He yowled to the she-cat.
"She-cats like her are a burden to society" he grumbled hissing under his breath.
Ashkit glared after the she-cat.
He hissed. When he was a warrior, he would eventually do something about it.
Until now, he would be silent.

Rippleheart looked out the entrance to the nusery, seeing the look on Swiftclaws face. He frowned at the she cat, knowing that she had a very fowl future ahead of her. "Swiftclaw, you need to respect your clanmates. Angelpaw almost gave her life for her clan, and meanwhile where were you?" Rippleheart narrowed his eyes as he waited to see what the she cat would say next. The she cat was only a couple of moons younger than him, and he remembered when she was just a little kit.

SwiftClaw gave the kit and hard look before a smile appeared on her face, it looked out of place on the she cats usually venomous looking cat, she bent down a whispered something truly frightening into the kits ear. The white and black cat than whipped her head around towards RippleHeart, " I was out hunting so weak cats like you can eat" Her tone was dark and cruel her eyes were blank and in caring. She shrugged " I've gotten into plenty of fights, ones that were way more serious than yours and came out just fine" she mewed uninterested.
