He wasn't in the mood to talk to anybody if anything mischief was the only thing on his mind. He saw a couple being all lovey dovey near the pond. Out of nowhere they started arguing and being loud, the man pouring his drink on the woman's head and she in return slammed her ice-cream in his face. He gave a small unamused sigh before looking back at the others, his eyes shown nothing but boredom. *Man can I use a drink right about now.* He thought to himself as looked back at the arguing couple, he thought making them argue would bring him some amusement. 0 players like this post! No point feeling awkward about that. Sitting up to listen to the others, Eli nodded along for all of...oh. OH. How did he forget about food? Stomach growling, Eli tuned out everything everyone else was saying, eyes fixed on Giovanni. Correction. Eyes fixed on the hot dog Giovanni was stuffing his mouth with. Perhaps if Eli was paying attention to things beyond his stomach, he would have seen the look of trouble on Giovanni's face. Instead, he gave Lorelai one last look, before sneaking up to William and tugging on his sleeve to get his attention. Being one of the last there, surely he knew where that hot dog had come from. This way, he wouldn't interrupt the other's intense eating while gaining this vital piece of information. He'd be quick. Get a snack before Moon or the others even noticed. And he definitely needed to take someone with him to order from the hot dog vendor. Maybe William? Lorelai? Was anyone else hungry? Forget suspicious existential questions. Food was essential for maintaining form. Food, on a deeper level, was life. 0 players like this post! Like? |

He wasn't completely sure what he wanted though this lead to awkward staring between the three of then until it finally dawned on him where did he get it he got it at a stand back there I saw him get it when I walked up he said gesturing over to the stand in the distance covered with an umbrella currently serving a woman and a child. this was about the time that Giovanni had went back over to the stand to he called out to him saying " hey could you grab another one i believe Eli wants one " 0 players like this post! Maybe he should've wandered about to find the hotdogs himself and worked out a solution with the vendor via charades. The last thing he wanted was to bring attention to himself in a group full of almost humans. However, the first thing he currently wanted was a damn hotdog. Glancing at Giovanni's retreating form, he huffed. Well, regardless of whether he heard William or not, he'd be damned if he found himself owing the redhead any money for the simple exchange. With an inward groan, he dug out a five from his wallet, taking a moment to note that the money he'd been supplied wouldn't last forever. Giving William a slightly sardonic 'thanks' expression and waving to the others to signal he'd be just a moment, Eli resigned himself to his hunger and dared to trek after the firecracker in the pursuit of a meal, shoulders stiff and hands pointedly in his pockets. Maybe it'd discourage conversation if he was lucky. He still hadn't figured out what that game of his had been about earlier, but he was ready to deliver one good, nasty shock if needed. Though, given Giovanni's reaction earlier, confrontation might just end in one of them fried and the other an ice cube. Civility seemed the best course of action. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Luckily though, one had been an idiot and splashed six in the face, causing six to storm off and dump her onto the ground.
