Things seemed to fall apart when two regions joined at hip split in mind.
Johto and Kanto had always seemingly had the best relations, teaming up with each other to tackle issue after issue in either war or speech; whatever it may be, they took it hand-in-hand. Yet, only a few years prior had they split apart, the rip far from seamless, border jagged, imaginary barriers set up between the once-happy couple.
But... why?
Ardal.
It was him. The champion. Who has been the champion for a decade as of now, and who will continue to be for as long as he lives. The man tore them apart with his bare hands on only his fifth year, crumbling the relations the two regions once held and laughing in their faces when their legendaries simply... disappeared.
Can you see it? There's a storm brewing in the distance. A large, looming storm, blooming over the sea in plumes of smoke and sprays of whitecaps, engulfing three regions whole. But it's only the beginning... in fact, the first strike of lightning hasn't even struck. But you can see it, can't you? The arcing bolt reaching down to Sinnoh's shore, and a hurricane's wave at its peak, and the beginning of its fall.
You can see it, can't you?
But will you see the end?
Welcome, friends, to a roleplay like no other! Here we have a roleplay taking place 27 years in the past in the Kanto region of Pokemon, focusing heavily on the tensions between itself and Johto, along with a burgeoning alliance between Kanto and what seems to be Johto's worst enemy, Sinnoh. You can be whatever you'd like: league trainer, professor, criminal, breeder, coordinator, and more! There's so much diversity-- you're bound to find something you like!
Here, we use Pokemon Showdown for our important battles, and rolling for levels, giving a much more rpg-esque feel to the roleplay. There will be many events that take place during it, including gym battles, competitions, contests, and perhaps even a few more... perilous ones, too!
A story, one of political tension, missing legendaries, corruption, and a war just around the corner...

If you think so, then you're in luck! That's exactly what this roleplay is all about!
Many servers are tied with Storm on the Horizon, which you can find in the "affiliates" tab on the server. But, once you arrive, please read "rules-and-information" so you can know what to do! Then, once you've read that, you may proceed to "bios", where you can create your character! In the pinned messages are two forms, you can use either one you like.
