I was thinking that it could only be found in explore- so you would not be able to add it in November with piety point's.

Based on the Marozi marking but 'broken' to make it look more exotic (like a panther?)

My suggestion is for awesome looking NCL markings that are not just for event NCL's. These mark's could be quiet rare to make them valuable.
*unique NCL marking (like Clay points)
*comes in many recolors
*Hard to find? (to make them some what valuable)
