About the Axolotter:

An Axolotter is a fusion of an axolotl and an otter, it's features are heavily referenced from both animals. The Pygmy Axolotter is the smallest of it's species, growing no larger than 3.7 ft. The females are usually larger than the males. Axolotters have strong webbed feet, they move by sculling their tail and paddling their hind limbs. For diving and rapid swimming they use up-and-down undulations of the body. Axolotters can reach speeds of 5.9 mph underwater. Their diet consists of mainly fish and small mammals and birds. Axolotters are playful by nature and are often playing with their pups. It's most noticeable characteristic is it's ability to regenerate limbs.
