Now that we have all of these other crazy eyecolors, we need a change for the contacts sitting in the oasis. They were implemented in this newspost. If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's these little things.    from newspost "I know you guys very very much wanted those colours and I very very much didn't want them because mammals don't really have purple eyes, but... I thought, why not reach a middle ground somehow and make everyone happy?" The whole reason why they were not passable was because mammals don't have purple eyes, so all they have are fail colors. I'm proposing that we change that. Let them pass! Turn them into applicators instead. I want to be able to use Lavender on my future king, but I also want him to be able to pass it onto his offspring and make beautiful purple-eyed cubs. Now that we have colors like Amethyst, Tyrian, and a ton of other eye colors that don't occur in mammals able to pass down their color. Why not those? If you have any suggestions on what they could turn the contacts into, I'd love to hear them! They could be implemented as an applicator for the flood shop, or the gorilla enclave so they're still available year round... or be turned into a breed only like Jax said. Through already available studs or raffle lionesses. :)  0 players like this post! Like? |

and everyone who keeps making remarks about contacts passing irl, that's not what we're going for. :( I thought I made it clear in the post that we just want the colors to pass and turn them into applicators. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I get what you mean, and I supported, but the OP actually doesn't state that. It just says the contacts should be passable, and making it an app is a notable suggestion. (which gives the impression that it's an additional idea aside from what was written in the OP). The title doesn't help either, since it also gives the idea of "let contacts be genetic". I think that turning them into breed-only eyes isn't a great idea. While I agree that there aren't enough breed-only eyes in the game and I'd LOVE to see more of them, turning a previously applicable eye colour into a breed-only doesn't sound like a good idea to me. It would be unfair, I think. I think they should stay where they are and remain the same price and overall be as easily accessed as it was before. The only difference being that it's changed to an applicator and can pass onto cubs. That makes the most sense to me  0 players like this post! Like? |

Yes, event studs with purple eyes <3 But I don't think breed only would be the way to go on this, only because they're already existing on studs in the game. If they suddenly have breed only eyes I feel like it would be a bit bizarre? That's my personal opinion mind you, it just seems a little wrong. I absolutely think we need more breed only eyes, but making these contacts into them I don't think is the right way to go. 0 players like this post! Like? |

We could have the purple three still be applicable, but introduce more purples as breed only? I think that'd be a good way to go around that where everyone is happy (hopefully) I just want more purple x.x 0 players like this post! Like? |

Yeah, I was gonna suggest new breed only purples for February. Maybe have a little story for February, a lion god. Call him Eros, maybe he's a celestial lion? Make the events seem not so...seperate from each other.  His sons can have varying shades of purple, he himself can have Periwinkle. Maybe you get one breed from him and some users get it and some don't and Periwinkle has all the fails of the other purples, including lavender, indigo, ect. We'd need a new base for him tho. 0 players like this post! Like? |
