A world meeting has begun!

But that's not what this is about. A meeting; separate from the World Meeting has been scheduled to begin. Shocker, right? Who would start a meeting at the same time a note important meeting was supposed to begin? Why even do it? I'll tell you why. This is a meeting for all those who haven't been to the meetings, or those have rarely gone. For those who the other nations forgot to include. From nations, to empires, to cities and even micronations, no one is denied from the meeting! These nations, these empires… They will discuss more important things! Probably scream and fight to! The meeting is being held in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad. The trip is paid for, and you already have a place to stay; for free! It's a surprise, no doubt, but how Will you react? Will you accept the invitation and go to the meeting? Will you meet the writers of the mysterious letter? Will you go meet the personification, and maybe even make new friends? Well, we'll see what happens, no?

Hello everyone, this is an Hetalia Roleplay! You can choose an Oc or a Canon character! I will, however, not allow nations that have never existed, apologies. Nyos and 2p!Talia allowed.

Max of three characters.
Harassment will result in banishment.
Hate the character(s), not the player.
No one liners.
No extreme violence. Do not be descriptive with it either.
At least 4 sentences with no ‘text talk’.
NSFW is not allowed.
LGBTQ+ Friendly.
No mary-sues/gary-stus or anti-sues, basically any character made for the sole purpose of gaining attention. It's not that fun.
Do not describe your character as ‘The prettiest’ ‘Most handsome’ ‘The best’ or anything of the sort. This relates back to the previous rule about Mary-Sues.
No instant hits. You can attempt a hit but it can be blocked. This also brings up another thing. You can not always dodge. Two Dodges in a row without injury.

Facilities:

Each room is like a mini house; it includes a king sized bed, an open kitchen, a living room and a bathroom connected to the room. Each room has a balcony.

The main kitchen has three ovens, with stove tops, two fridges, two freezers and hundreds of cupboards.

The meeting room has two water coolers, three coffee pots, two hundred chairs, a projector, a whiteboard, six pencil sharpeners, one large table and a door to the kitchen.

The tennis room has ten courts, sixty rackets, thirty birdies and a shower room.

The ballroom has a piano, a stage, sixty-six chairs and a bathroom.

The garden has rows and rows of flowers, each row has the National of each nation. There is apple trees, peach trees and small oak trees.
