Physical description: One of her eyes is actually missing from a fight with another pirate captain, leaving her with a glass eye instead. She doesn't seem to care too Much, claiming that ‘It was an eye for an eye’. Her original eye color is that of dirt, a dark reddish/brown. Sometimes she wear glasses.
Her hair is a dark brown, almost a cocoa color. Her hair is usually held up by a crimson ribbon. When in a ribbon, it ends at her hip bones. If it's out of the ribbon, then it falls down to her thighs, and is a bit curly. It's a bit shiny. She have a ahoge on the top of their head that looks a lot like a heart. It's rather soft, but it comes at a price; It always gets tangled. She has a more darker color of skin. Darker than chocolate milk, but lighter than cocoa.
Her face is a V-Shape. She has scars over her left eye and right cheek. She also has very sharp canines.
Her clothing depends on what event, what day and simply fashion taste.
Her work clothes include a beige apron, a hair net, a white short-sleeved button up and a black pair of skinny jeans with high boots. If she's just being casual, it's a long sleeved white button up with black pants and white gloves. If she has to be formal, a cherry red Tuxedo with black dress shoes. If she's on her ship, its her red overcoat, red hat, eye patch, her beige shirt, a pink sash, brown shorts and black boots that go up to her knee. It's all dependent on what's going on.

Personality: Sero is a hard-worker that greets everyday with a smile. She's a very bubbly person and loves asking questions to advance her knowledge. She is rarely hostile to people, but when she is, she is far too stubborn to stop. Her stubbornness has cut off some friendships, but made a few in return. To those who deserve it, she is a loyal, brave and caring soul, to others, not so much. She enjoys relaxation, and will spend half a day doing nothing but sleeping, but she only rarely actually sleeps half a day, she keeps herself busy and usually overworks herself. Her smiles are contagious, and her laughs are to. She manages to light up a room if she tries hard enough. She also can dim a room pretty quick. She can be a bit of a jerk, and she knows it. Her anger can get the best of her and she can go ballistic. She can also be over protective of people, getting to the point of clinging to them, but she tries to not get that attached. She's a kind soul that sometimes does the wrong thing for the right reasons. She was the one to suggest the meeting, because she felt bad for those who don't get invited or don't want to go. Sero can be salty sometimes.



Disabilities?: Even though she is mostly mentally fit, her physical body breaks easily. It's not too bad, but its really annoying. She has ended up in a wheelchair above fifteen times. She also has an inability to completely relax her body, she's always tense, which makes her prone to a couple minutes of stiffness. She becomes unable to move, and if she does, she gets a painful feeling in her muscles. It also causes her mini panic. She, even though she denies it, suffers from a really bad fear of abandonment from her young colony years, and it actually gives her nightmares.

Physical Description: Tallis is lean and tall, a bit muscular due to getting a lot of daily exercises. He has long dirty blonde hair that's pulled back in thick dreads. He has a fair complexion, dark brown eyes, and small amounts of freckles from being out in the sun. He has a couple of scars on his body from a car crash which he actually lost his leg due to, most of them being down the front of him, clustering around his right hip mostly.
He usually wears a long sleeve shirt and some dark denim jeans, paired up with a cardigan and some sneakers. He'll wear a black button up and some dress pants if he needs to be formal. If it's warm enough out he'll wear a graphic-T and some shorts.

They are slightly bigger than normal, giving her a slightly eerie look. Her skin is fairly pale since she's usually inside taking care of government affairs. She stands at about 5' 8'' tall. She has long, black hair that is usually done up in a bun. She is of mid build, not chubby, but not skinny either. She typically wears very formal attire, but they're usually bright colors. Personality: Eliza is the kind of person to get work done first, play later. When there is work to be done, she does it. She doesn't like to shirk her responsibilities, and she certainly will not enjoy herself until all of her work is done. She is professional, responsible and reliable. But that doesn't mean that she doesn't know how to have fun. When she is not working, she is well known by Alfred to be incredibly playful and outgoing.

Backstory: Eliza was born on July 16, 1790. Like most countries and capital cities, she was parentless and didn't technically have a family. But this didn't stop her from having one of her own -she is considered to be one of Alfred's first children, despite her not sharing his blood. As far as he is concerned, she will always be one of his little girls, and they're incredibly close. She was named Sara Jones soon after she met Alfred, but her name did not stay the same for long.

Around the time when her body grew into that of an adult, Alfred brought her to a world meeting for the first time, and she loved it. Unlike America, she got along well with Britain, as she was much more patient than he was. She is also quite fond of France, and she gets along exceptionally well with Germany, as they're essentially cut from the same branch.

Just after attending her first world meeting, she began studying law. The reason she did so, was because she had been close to many a great politician and lawyer in years past. Alfred had encouraged Eliza to spend time with all the men he'd seen as heroes. Having known men such as Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, and Alexander Hamilton, Eliza became quite fond of law at a young age; from there, she became acquainted with women such as Elizabeth Schuyler Hamilton and her sisters, and after her death, Eliza even changed her name to Elizabeth in honor of one of her greatest feminine influences. Of all the Founding Fathers, however, Eliza was closest to Thomas Jefferson. She admired his eloquence and his dauntlessness and she picked up many of his traits. His death in 1926 truly crushed her.
