- Name
Palestar, formally Palefang.

- Age
24 moons (2 years) old.

- Gender
Male.

- Orientation
Bisexual.

- Clan & Rank
ValleyClan | Leader.

- Allegiance Description
Palestar - A lean white tom with reddish-cream points, a freckled nose and deep blue eyes.

- Full Appearance
The son of a modern Siamese mother and a mixed tom, his features are not quite as extreme as a purebred, but his looks still prove rather unusual compared to the rest of his fellow warriors. He has a short, sleek white pelt just like his mother, his physical characteristics naturally graceful and regal. Light reddish-cream points with faint mackerel tabby striping can be found on his muzzle, the backs of his ears, his paws and tail.

Reddish fur also ticks his legs and flank, darkening with age. With a long, lean body, Palestar's slender form may cross some as delicate, but one shouldn't be fooled. He is extremely flexible and athletic, a decent amount of wiry muscle covering his narrow frame and his bones quite dense, making him much heavier than one would expect.

When rushing into battle against Palestar, you may think they are dealing with a ballerina only to be tackled by a football player. His almond-shaped eyes are a deep blue, like staring into a dark pool with unending depths. His nose is a soft pastel pink, freckled by dark spots. Palestar's left ear is split down the middle and ragged scarring mars his cheek on the same side. His tail is kinked.

- Personality
Strict and dour, Palestar is not an especially well-liked tom among his Clanmates, but he is a highly esteemed cat all the same. From practically the moment he earned his apprentice name Palestar has been all about upholding the warrior code and living the life of a model warrior; forever loyal, devoted, hardworking and rule-abiding. Born from presumably kittypet parents, the young tom had much to prove and it took many moons of tireless training and dedication to earn the respect of his peers. Any cat who has doubt Palestar would lay down his very life for any one of his Clanmates hasn't been paying attention.

Intelligent and highly observant, not much goes overlooked by the meticulous leader. He remembers every name and face he encounters, his memory just as sharp as his claws, and tends to notice immediately if someone is slacking off or not performing a task to the best of their ability. While not eternally grumpy despite popular belief, Palestar has a tendency for sarcasm and appears to lack a sense of humor almost entirely save for a rarely spoken joke every now and then, always delivered with a dry tone and deadpan expression.

Despite his rather severe personality, any hostility Palestar directs at another is expressed with solely words, never claws or teeth, unless he is defending the Clan or given no other option. Violence against a Clanmate is unacceptable and won't be tolerated. Overall, Palestar is a tom with good intentions and genuine care for ValleyClan, but has repressed most of his emotions and interests for the sake of ensuring he became the perfect warrior and can now serve as an exemplary leader.

- Backstory
Warning | Mentions of abuse from a parental figure.

Palestar has no memory of his birth mother or life outside of ValleyClan. From the moment he opened his eyes it was Cloverheart's mottled face that greeted him and for the first few moons of his life, the young tom lived in blissful ignorance, believing he was a fully Clanborn cat like the other kits in the nursery. Cloverheart would have liked to keep it that way, but some of the other warriors were quite displeased with little Palekit's very existence let alone his place in the Clan.

Once he was old enough to understand they made certain he overheard them discussing his origins. Palekit and his sister were found abandoned at ValleyClan's borders, no trace of the cat who left them there to be found. Upon confronting Cloverheart she admitted the truth. She had lost her own kits during a rough leaf-bare and when a patrol returned to camp one day with two bedraggled kittens she took them in without needing to be asked, her heart still full of love to give.

While Cloverheart may have adored her new brood, her mate Frostclaw was of a different opinion. Frostclaw and Cloverheart had a falling out once she discovered the white tom had a cruel side. He often took his frustrations out on Palekit and Shadekit in the form of harshly whispered words or a swipe from the paw hard enough to leave bruises beneath the fur, but never hard enough to cut or create a visible wound. Once caught in the act Cloverheart was furious and swore she would never raise a family beside him again, her sister Blossombreeze chasing him away from the kits with a warning there would be physical retributions if he ever harmed them again.

Desperate to prove his worth to his father and gain his love, Palepaw worked harder, earned his warrior name and continued to show he was nothing like a kittypet despite his heritage. Though Frostclaw continues to treat him as if he is little more than a flea in his pelt, Palestar still hopes to someday make the cold-hearted warrior proud of him, though the relationship they share is fairly antagonistic. It’s no secret Frostclaw is bitter he was chosen as deputy over himself, even more so now that Palestar is his leader.

Though young, Palestar is still old enough to remember the war. He experienced only one battle at nine moons old in which his ear was torn and the left side of his face permanently scarred. The leader before him, Falconstar, grew erratic and unpredictable as time went on after the peace treaty. The old tom knew nothing more than war and the absence of it left him feeling empty despite his initial agreement that the fighting must end. He lost his last life without choosing a replacement, the last deputy Pinefrost having passed from an illness only the day before, and Palefang was chosen by StarClan through a vision sent to the medicine cat. Some cats are still suspicious of the outcome. After all, why would StarClan choose a cat not born among them to lead their Clan?

- Kin
[ Bella ] • [ Biological Mother ] • [ Deceased ]
He never knew her and assumes she abandoned him. Sadly, he has no way of knowing this is far from the truth.

[ Maxwell ] • [ Biological Father ] • [ Status Unknown ]
Just as much of a mystery as his mother.

[ Frostclaw ] • [ Adoptive Father ] • [ OPEN ]
Their relationship is toxic and always has been. Frostclaw has never felt anything beyond resentment toward the kits who replaced his ill-fated first litter. Palestar is unimpressed with him in the present while simultaneously still desiring his love and approval.

[ Cloverheart ] • [ Adoptive Mother ] • [ OPEN ]
He'll always be grateful to her for taking him in and considers her his true mother, lack of blood relation disregarded entirely.

[ Shadewhisker ] • [ Litter Sister ] • [ OPEN ]
He gets on quite well with his only litter sibling.

[ Blossombreeze ] • [ Adoptive Aunt ] • [ Played by me ]
The gentle medicine cat has always proven kind to Palestar and his sister, even willing to brawl with their father to defend them if needed.

Breed: Siamese Mix, Flame Point.

• As with most Siamese-type cats, he's cross-eyed. It's subtle, but you can definitely tell if you stare at him for a while. Other than looking a bit peculiar it doesn't affect his vision or quilty of life.

• His Siamese heritage leaves him more susceptible to cancer, heart disease, and respiratory infections.

• His kinked tail is a result of, you guessed it, his Siamese heritage. He's had it since birth and it's a typical deformity found in the breed.

- Name
Blossombreeze.

- Age
69 moons (5 years, 9 months) old.

- Gender
Female.

- Orientation
Asexual | Panromantic.

- Clan & Rank
ValleyClan | Medicine Cat.

- Allegiance Description
Blossombreeze - Black and ginger tortoiseshell with dark golden eyes.

- Full Appearance

- Personality
Blossombreeze is a kindly she-cat with a rather laid-back disposition. She's a motherly figure to everyone she comes to know regardless of age but isn't prone to fussing or worrying without reason, trusting her Clanmates can handle themselves. Even Palestar and the deputy can expect a gentle lecture about neglecting their needs or requiring a good grooming from time to time though.

Despite what the above might imply, Blossombreeze is no pushover either. While she is a generally helpful cat who strives to do right by others, she will not allow herself to be manipulated or used. If a cat aims to do these things they are not deserving of attention from anyone in her eyes and she can prove shockingly unforgiving if she comes to find she has been purposefully deceived by someone she trusted or they have maliciously harmed others.

With that said, Blossombreeze is full of compassion for most cats, radiating warmth, and naturally protective of her Clanmates, especially the young. She's surprisingly spry for her age and never forgot her warrior training, keeping up with the tactics she was taught as an apprentice.

- Backstory
Blossombreeze was born during a particularly harsh leafbare, the only kit out of four to survive. She proved perceptive and thoughtful from a young age, but like most kits was keen on becoming a warrior as soon as possible. She took her training seriously, determined to make her parents proud, eager to impress her reclusive father especially, to the point of taking unnecessary risks. It's any wonder this dauntless she-cat made it to adulthood.

The war started when she was barely four moons old and it has consumed most of her life. While she had initially felt her destiny was to live the life of a warrior defending her Clan, she lost her taste for battle by the time she was twelve moons old, so many cats already left scarred or worse by her claws. When the medicine cat was on his last legs and still hadn't trained an apprentice Blossombreeze saw an opportunity and took it. Cranewing died before her training was completed, but it seemed Blossombreeze knew enough to keep ValleyClan going and has had plenty of moons to perfect her practice since.

- Kin
[ Fireflower ] • [ Mother ] • [ Elder/NPC ]
They shared a decent bond, but Blossombreeze wasn't practically close with either of her parents.

[ Nightwing ] • [ Father ] • [ Deceased ]
A distant, but not unkind father. He left most of Blossombreeze and Cloverheart's raising to their mother, but managed to bond with them as adults.

[ Cloverheart ] • [ Younger Sister ] • [ OPEN ]

- Name
Shadowfoot.

- Age
36 moons (3 years) old.

- Gender
Female.

- Orientation
Pansexual.

- Clan & Rank
ValleyClan | Warrior.

- Allegiance Description
Shadowfoot - Tall black she-cat with pale green eyes.

- Full Appearance

- Personality
Well-spoken and regal, it's clear from the moment you set eyes upon her this she-cat thinks highly of herself. Filled with quiet determination and a stubborn nature, Shadowfoot's mind is hard to change once she is focused on a goal, though this doesn't mean she's never open to suggestion. To those, she trusts Shadowfoot will reveal a more vulnerable side of herself, as she still often needs guidance regardless of her steadfast demeanor and intelligence.

Strangers will find themselves faced with a distant, yet not unkind warrior who's mere presence seems to demand respect even if she does not voice it so. As others come to know her they will find her gentle and kind, but also fierce and vengeful. She will not hesitate to dispose of a threat with her own claws and teeth if need be. She keeps a close eye on her two apprentice-age kits, fearful they will be snatched away like the other missing youngsters.

- Backstory
Born into the last litter of ValleyClan's previous leader, Shadowfoot was treated like royalty growing up, ridiculously favored by her father. Many suspected he would name her his deputy someday, so it was quite a shock for both the entire Clan and herself when Palestar was chosen instead, though the circumstances left no room for bias as he was, supposedly, StarClan's chosen. To say she was put off would be an understatement, but she chose not to hold it against him.

She was old enough to know war, but rarely saw the battlefield, Falconstar shielding her from the brutalities of combat. Her mother was killed in a border struggle when she was only 5 moons old and Falconstar was unwilling to risk his beloved daughter's life as well, despite her protests. She grew resentful, desiring to hone her skills and prove her worth to the Clan, but the war ended before she was ever truly given the chance. During the truce she befriended a former BridgeClan cat named Jaywhisper who had chosen to live life as a loner after the destruction of his Clan.

They remained close for many moons. When Shadowfoot discovered she was carrying his kits she implored Jaywhisper to join her, but the tom absolutely refused, claiming he would never join one of the Clans who destroyed his own, instead claiming she should become a loner with him instead. When Shadowfoot refused the two went their separate ways and she hasn't seen him since.

- Kin
[ Darkpool ] • [ Mother ] • [ Deceased ]
Shadowfoot is the spitting image of her mother. She knows. You don't have to remind her. Needless to say, she doesn't actually remember much about her mother and tries not to linger on the memories she does have.

[ Falconstar ] • [ Father ] • [ Deceased ]
Though she loved him dearly she found him entirely overbearing.

- Name
Robinpaw.

- Age
8 moons (8 months) old.

- Gender
Female.

- Orientation
Unsure | Questioning.

- Clan & Rank
BarnClan | Warrior Apprentice.

- Allegiance Description
Robinpaw - A ginger, gray-brown and white patched tabby she-cat with swirling black stripes and lemon yellow eyes.

- Full Appearance
A young she-cat of average height and weight for her age. Her build leans more on the petite side, but she will likely fill out a bit more as she grows. Her short coat is a patchwork of ginger, gray-brown and white fur, wide black stripes dancing across her pelt. Her round eyes are a bright lemon yellow, always holding a glint of mischief that gives away her intentions. Her muzzle is of moderate length, ending in a dark brown nose.

- Personality
Robinpaw is a social being, an extrovert in every way. She enjoys the company of her fellow apprentices and will purposefully seek them out. Boredom is toxic in her eyes and she rarely sits still for long, easily losing interest in anything that proves slow or unengaging. She is driven and goal oriented, a thrill seeker always on the lookout for a good challenge. Clever yet easily distracted, Robinpaw often finds it difficult to finish projects before moving on to another

She’s adaptable and will bounce back quickly from an upsetting or compromising situation. Nothing can keep this young cat tied down for long. Conversation fuels her and Robinpaw feels out of sorts if left alone for too long. She’s known to be playfully sarcastic, enjoying being called out or contradicted by others as it gives her a chance to shoot back with some wry, smart ass comment. Robinpaw is undeniably charming in her own way, if not a bit on the obnoxious side.

Confident and poised, she always appears so very sure of herself. Every now and then she's prone to depressive moods where her attitude will take an uncharacteristic turn from bubbly to snappish and she'll wander off by herself. Most cats have learned to leave her be. She usually returns to camp in a cheerier mood, though any cat with a good sense of empathy could tell her cheerfulness is forced.

- Backstory
There isn't much to Robinpaw's history quite yet. She was born after the treaty was made, fortunate enough to have never known war and only the tension shared between the surviving Clans. Her mother was killed a moon after she became an apprentice when a loose dog invaded their camp, fighting tooth and claw to protect her Clanmates.

While the incident was both traumatic and heartbreaking, she comforted herself with the thought that Newtfur would continue to watch over her from StarClan and died a hero. She was lucky enough to have only witnessed the aftermath rather than the fight itself as she was out training with her mentor during the attack. Robinpaw continued on with her warrior training even after being offered a break from her duties to grieve, preferring to distract herself with work.

- Kin
[Newtfur] • [Mother] • [Deceased]
Robinpaw misses her dearly, but is proud to say her mother was a hero and died serving her Clan.

Relationship determined upon adoption of the character.

- Name
Brokenstep.

- Age
30 moons (2 years, 6 months) old.

- Gender
Male.

- Orientation
Demisexual | Biromantic.

- Original Clan & Rank
BarnClan | Warrior.

- Allegiance Description
Brokenstep - Broad black and white patched tom with blue eyes. Walks with a heavy limp.

- Full Appearance
Brokenstep is a short black and white patched tom with no distinctive purebred heritage, though it is suspected he may have Siamese blood somewhere in his lineage due to the rarity of blue eyes outside of fully white cats. His hair is thin, but still manages to shed a great deal. He has a round face and almond-shaped, bright blue eyes. His whiskers are short and his tail is entirely black without even a speck of white. A small black dot can be found on the bridge of his muzzle and his chin.

His right hind leg is covered in scars, hair missing in clumps around the poorly healed wounds. He walks with a heavy limp as a result and was sentenced to the elder's den early in life. He came to the Clan bone thin and malnourished, but under the care of the medicine cat has filled out into a healthier cat. Despite his injury he takes it upon himself to still hunt and patrol the territory, even if not on an official patrol, and has built up a decent amount of muscle as a result.

- Personality
Outwardly volatile and unpleasant. He doesn’t trust easily and expects the worst out of everyone, preferring to be left alone rather than sought out for any sort of social interaction. He spends most of his days in the elder's den or elsewhere away from the Clan. General first impressions of Brokenstep would likely be he’s an extreme cynic with little to no regard for anyone else around him. This isn’t exactly true, while he will keep to himself given the chance and is infamous for his sharp tongue, he’s been known to intervene if someone needed help.

Seen as strange and too aggressive to approach outside of necessity, he doesn't have many friends to speak of. Brokenstep isn’t a cat particularly used to being treated nicely and views himself poorly. As such, he doesn't know how to deal with friendly cats and will still prove quite prickly even in the face of genuine kindness. An attitude like that rightfully tends to push others away, but should anyone prove persistent enough to stick around he’ll eventually grow less guarded around that particular cat.

- Backstory
Warning | Mention of abuse.

Brokenstep was once a promising warrior apprentice, born under the name Badgerkit to a ValleyClan queen and a passing loner. His Clan didn't question his mother's brief mate due to a desperate need for more kits. A loner was better than a BarnClan or BridgeClan sire. Despite being the runt of the litter and only half-Clan, it was undeniable he'd make a fine warrior one day, a determined and devoted youngster.

His career was cut short at only 10 moons old when he fell from a tree after battling an enemy warrior among the branches. Unable to continue fighting, he dragged himself under a thorn bush to escape his foe's claws. Once his mentor Pinefrost found him the older she-cat was furious with Badgerpaw for hiding despite the fact he likely would have been killed if he hadn't. To punish him she stepped on his injured leg and pressed down until she heard bones snap, essentially laming him before leaving him to die.

To her disbelief he managed to limp back to camp, but the leader at the time sent him away, having little use for a cat who couldn't fight or contribute to the Clan. He renamed the young tom Brokenstep as a final parting 'gift' before having him escorted to the border. Outraged and hurt by his Clan's betrayal, Brokenstep struggled to survive on his own with a permanent leg injury that hindered his hunting skills.

News of the war's end reached Brokestep's ears many moons later and against his better judgment he decided to check into the rumors. He, however, risked visiting with BarnClan instead of his own Clan, vowing to never set paw in ValleyClan territory again. Shocked to hear how he was treated, he was invited him to stay with them. He at first rejected the request, but returned only a few sunrises later. Inititally settled in as an elder, both his insistance he can contribute despite his injuries and the lack of able-bodied cats has seen him be reinstated as a warrior.

- Name
Adderstrike, formally Adderstar. Has renounced his leader name.

- Age
50 moons (4 years, 2 months) old.

- Gender
Male.

- Orientation
Homoflexible.

- Clan & Rank
Rogue | None.

- Allegiance Description
Adderstrike - A sleek chocolate brown tom with battle-scarred ears and jade green eyes.

- Full Appearance
Adderstrike is a lithe and slender tom with an unusual appearance compared to the average BridgeClan cat. His fur is short, sleek and a solid chocolate brown in color, unmarred by any other color or marking while his almond shaped eyes are a piercing jade green. He lacks the size and muscle his Clan was known for entirely, willowy and long-legged like a ValleyClan cat instead. His ears are large, wide-set and forward tilting, riddled with large tears.

He's all elegance and refinement with a smooth, graceful gait. Forever poised and expressionless. Adderstrike's face is long and angular, further adding to his distinguished appearance. His svelte build should not be taken for granted however. His thin body still holds a surprising amount of toned muscle and dense bone. Adderstrike is not a fragile cat in the least and he'll gladly show you how he earned his warrior name if you push him to violence. His muzzle bears the marks of many claws and both ears are shredded. This cat has not been left untouched by war.

- Personality
His mind is an analytical one, rational and relying on logic alone to make his decisions, a true stoic through and through. Perhaps the most emotionally detached leader BridgeClan had ever known. Even the madness of leaders of past expressed more emotion than this silent tom. He started out with well intentions, but his leadership was a dark time. A cat with so little thought for the mental and emotional well-being of the living as well as the physical ought not be left in power and that was surely his downfall.

Obsessed with the new power he possessed, consumed by war and then grieving the death of his beloved brother, he drove his Clan into the ground. Death and failure ensured Adderstar learned to recognize his flaws and admit his mistakes, but he feels more resentment than regret. His tongue is as sharp as his mind and his claws are even sharper. Sarcastic and frigid in demeanor, he has isolated himself from the surviving cats he once called his Clanmates, living alone in the destroyed camp.

- Backstory
Born beside a single brother, concealed among gorse bushes far from camp rather than inside the safety of a well-guarded nursery, Adderkit and Hawkkit were the result of a forbidden romance. Their ValleyClan mother perished only a moon after birthing them and their father returned to a tragic sight, his dear mate's body torn and half-eaten by the fox she died fighting. He dragged her corpse closer to the border for her Clanmates to find before gathering his offspring.

Hawkkit looked quite like him, large and thick-furred, the favored son. Adderkit resembled his mother so strongly Rattlefang feared bringing him home would reveal the truth and attempted to leave his second son behind to face whatever fate had in store for a kit too young to care for himself. Adderkit proved resilient and clever from the start it would seem, following his father's trail and arriving in camp by nightfall. Rattlefang's treachery could no longer be hidden, and though his leader allowed him to stay he lost the respect of his Clanmates.

Growing up, Hawkflight found more acceptance among the Clan than his strange, lean brother, perhaps being the only cat who defended him from the other kit's bullying or the warriors' scowls. Rattlefang was certainly in no hurry to remind anyone he had sired a half-Clanner. They grew from kit to apprentice to warrior. Always together, always watching out for one another. Adderstrike was swift and sure-footed, Hawkflight strong and sharp of claw. They were a team to be reckoned with and ended the lives of many enemies side by side.

Shortly after receiving his warrior name he caught his leader's eye, Owlstar's attitude toward the half-Clan warrior changing. Rumors soon spread concerning their relationship and it caused quite a bit of controversy, Owlstar being many moons Adderstrike's senior. It was frowned upon for sure, but none dared to speak out against it and most of their scorn was placed on Adderstrike rather than Owlstar. When the previous deputy was killed in battle Adderstrike unsurprisingly replaced him and only two moons later Owlstar lost his last life in raid from ValleyClan.

Adderstar's time as a leader marked the end of his Clan's legacy. It started out strong, his intelligence winning him many battles, but he cared little for his Clanmate's well-being, finding it difficult to be concerned for cats whose hatred and judgment he had been forced to endure his entire life. The death of his brother drove him into the deep end, his thirst for vengeance blinding him. Cats died at his paws or else fled, leaving him alone with nothing to show for his uncontained rage. He gave up on life, prepared to rot in the forest where Hawkflight took his last breath.

- Name
Smoke-eye.

- Age
28 moons (2 years, 4 months) old.

- Gender
Male.

- Orientation
Pansexual.

- Clan & Rank
BarnClan | Deputy.

- Allegiance Description
Smoke-eye - A large, longhaired blue-gray tom with hazel eyes. Partially blind in the left eye.

- Full Appearance
A large tom with a squared muzzle and tufted ears. He sports a thick blue-gray pelt, an impressive ruff surrounding his throat. His eyes are a light hazel, the left noticeably cloudy, his sight impaired. His massive paws are heavily furred, his build sturdy and muscular. Like most warriors who experienced the war, his muzzle bears some scars.

- Personality
Known to be a tad clumsy and forgetful, the tom is otherwise rather well-meaning. He doesn't contain a mean bone in his body and his never-ending optimism tends to either endear him to others or cause quite a great deal of irritation. Warm-hearted and patient, some of his flaws include an overabundance of forgiveness and a tendency to make impulsive decisions. While far from unintelligent, Smoke-eye is a bleeding heart and everyone knows it. Skilled in combat, he can prove a surprisingly formidable opponent when nessacary, but it's clear Smoke-eye would prefer to avoid violence when other options are available. With time and some proper direction he could turn out to make a fine leader, but as is...some cats may wonder why Emberstar hadn't chosen an older, wise cat for the position when the last deputy retired. Or a BarnClan born cat for that matter.

- Backstory
Trigger warning | Mentions of threated violence/murder against a kitten.

Born in BridgeClan. By the time he was three moons old, it became clear his brother Rook-kit had a different father. Kits of the same litter not sharing the same sire were possible but considered an unspeakable sin among 'civilized cats', and his mother's crime only grew worse with the discovery Rook-kit's father was a ValleyClan cat. Despite being half ValleyClan himself, Adderstar lacked any compassion for Juniperfur or her litter, considering both her and Rookkit 'tainted' and ordering their deaths.

Regardless of the betrayal, many cats didn't agree with the sentencing and it was no surprise when Juniperfur and Rook-kit disappeared the night before their execution. Smokekit, however, was unfortunately left behind. As a full BridgeClan cat, he had no reason to flee and the warriors who allowed Juniperfur to flee insisted he stay. His father Goosepelt wanted little to do with him and he was raised by the other queens.

Forced onto the battlefield for the first time only two moons later, he was shocked to witness his mother battling against her former Clanmates, finding she had found refuge with BarnClan and was now repaying them by fighting alongside them. He made an attempt at reaching her but lost her in the chaos. Determined to be reunited with his mother and brother, Smokepaw began looking for opportunities in which he could sneak away. The chance finally arose shortly after turning eight moons. He made a break for it and reached the barn undetected by a BridgeClan patrol, never looking back.

While BarnClan's warriors were initially less than thrilled to be taking in another defector from the enemy Clan, they accepted Smokepaw could prove useful as he would clearly grow into a large cat and their own numbers were decreasing. Upon arriving, however, Smokepaw found life still had some surprises in store. Rookpaw had chosen to join his true father in ValleyClan. Apparently, his brother had never been the same since his near assassination, his behavior toward their mother volatile and his desire to join ValleyClan apparent from the start.

Whether or not he was accepted didn't become clear until they met in battle shortly after Smoke-eye earned his warrior name. While his reaction was to avoid fighting his own kin Rooktail had other ideas and deliberately targeted him, the following battle growing savage as Smoke-eye realized Rooktail was aiming to kill and his instincts kicked into survival mode. He proved the victor, his brother's bleeding body and shallow breaths haunting his dreams well into the present. He has not seen him since and is uncertain if he survived.

Emberstar named him her deputy only a moon ago, many suspecting she chose a BridgeClan cat to make amends for BarnClan's participation in the war and in an effort assure the survivors who joined them they had a place in the Clan.

Name
Skunk

Age
65 moons

Gender
Tom

Orientation
Pansexual

Clan & Rank
Rouge

Allegiance Description
A long furred black and white cat with a startlingly similar pattern to a skunk.

Full Appearance
With a full fluffy tail held aloft behind him and a white stripe from nose back, Skunk bares an incredible resemblance to his namesake. If you saw him snuffling through the undergrowth, you may very well expect him to be a stinky meal. Thankfully, most see his short muzzle, pointed ears, and bright green eyes give him away to other cats. His fur is thick and almost unmanageable but Skunk takes pride in keeping himself presentable. He's rarely seen with so much as a grass blade in his coat. Underneath his considerable fluff is a strong body, though few would think so. He's a balance of strength and agility.

Personality
Skunk is truly one of the most laid back cats around. He's usually found lounging around somewhere in the sun, pretending to keep an eye on the kits. His squinted eyes and soft snores say otherwise. Despite his inattentiveness, he does enjoy the company of younger cats. Most of their pranks are revealed to be orchestrated by his mastermind. The elaboration of his antics is one of the few times his intelligence is really seen. Skunk is notably lazy and comes across as slightly dim-witted, but anyone who saw the set up behind his hunting would be amazed.

Backstory
A wanderer. Skunk has rarely stayed in one place long. His parents were rouges, his mum hopping from clan to clan with his siblings and him. Once he was old enough to head out on his own, he did much the same. He'd spend a season or two with one clan before another (often rival) clan took his interest. He even spent some time as a kittypet before deciding he missed catching his food. He's a true nowhere man. His most recent adventures brought him to the old Bridgeclan territory. He's been sniffing around, intrigued by the two nearby clans.

Kin
Pounce - Daughter
He got a lotta kids. A lotta. Yknow those graphs about how one cat can have like 1049823509285028520 kittens in a few years? That's the embodiment of Skunk. Please someone neuter him. If you wanna play one of his kiddos go ahead just gimme a hoy about it.

Clan & Rank
Barnclan Leader

Allegiance Description
A fiery coloured tortoiseshell cat with bright amber eyes.

Full Appearance
Molten copper and obsidian poured into a cat-shaped mould. Her short fur is dark, a reddish tinge to the black base, and covered with the typical dappling that comes with being a tortoiseshell. Her coat has a tint to it, red and orange like fire, though it's only seen in the sunlight. A pair of amber eyes peer out from a kind face, with the kind of warmth you would expect from her name. Her body is slender, graceful, but with a certain strength and power that's seen in the way she walks and commands an area. Though Barnclan is known for diplomacy, it's clear that she would hold her own if it came to it.

Personality
Sweet and warm. She's never said a harmful word. Even her scorn and beratement is provided with concern rather than malice. She has a soft spot for kits, often watching and caring for them when not on duty. She enjoys knowing they're ok. Emberstar deals with her clan's conflict with a soft paw and gentle words. Even those who would deserve harm are rarely met with more than excommunication until they can prove their value to the clan again. She's a mitigator for every cat in the clan and even for some that aren't Barnclan. However, those that knew her during the clan wars know a different side to her. Fiercely protective. Amber eyes burning with vengeance. Teeth bared and bloodied. Those who truly gain her wrath have reason to fear it.

Backstory
Born into Barnclan in the midst of the war. She was raised to be another warrior, to fill the ranks on this vicious feud. She took her first life only a moon before becoming being apprenticed, a tom who had snuck into the Barnclan nursery with ill intent. Emberstar still sees that cat in her sleep, his face a mix of fury and desperation. Seeing a cat driven to such vile lengths drove her into the brutality of war. She threw herself into her warrior training, quickly becoming a cat of note among their ranks and a face to be feared on the battle field. When the previous deputy fell in battle, she took their place. And when their old leader, twisted and hardened by war, finally breathed his last, she took his place too. Now, in the quiet and peace of the aftermath, she wonders what her real devotion was. Was it to the clan, like everyone believed, like she always claimed? Or was it to the thrill of battle and the way it thundered her heart?

BarnClan

Ravenwind

(Image will be commissioned)

Ravenkit -> paw -> wind
Raven - for her sleek black fur
Wind - For her stealth and agility.

Age
35 Moons

Gender
Female

Orientation
Homoromantic, asexual (lesbian)

Original Clan & Rank
BarnClan/Warrior

Allegiance Description
Sleek black she-cat with a white underfur and white paws, light green eyes.

Full Appearance
Ravenwind is a raven black she-cat with short fur and her back paws are snowy white, she has a white spot just above her muzzle and deep emerald green eyes with hazel specks. She has lean and log legs that allow her to jump over her tall objects and balance herself. As a reminder of her very first fight as an apprentice, Ravenstar has a jagged scar slashing from the corner of her left eye down to her muzzle, followed by multiple other small scars.

Personality
Ravenwind is normally very polite towards her Clanmates and faces trouble head on, she is a quick thinker, but that isn't always a good thing. She's still learning to strategize her movements and plan ahead of time. She's very short-tempered and tends to snap, this allows her to put cats into their place whenever they slip up. Ravenwind has always been very commanding and takes charge of everything happening around camp. Unlike most leaders, Ravenwind makes sure to visit every litter that is born into the Clan and welcomes them to the world. She is calm and nonchalant around kits and allows them to climb all over her whenever she is not busy. She doesn't want them doing anything without their parents' permission, of course. With apprentices, she encourages them to work themselves to be the best warrior they can possibly be. She gets annoyed with the apprentices' kit-like behavior, though. During a fight, or a threat that is coming towards her Clan, Ravenwind isn't one who will talk things out. She takes pride in her Clan's pureblood. Beware, though, Ravenwind does enjoy getting revenge.

Backstory
[Kit]
Ravenkit was born into the last litter her mother would ever have, the she-cat had been very old and fragile, she would be retiring to a elder soon after the black kit started to eat raw meat. Ravenkit wasn't the only kit her mother had given birth to; she'd had a twin brother who caught greencough at three days old and passed away. Her mother wasn't exactly fazed, she mostly left Ravenkit to fend for herself. Due the fact she didn't have an overprotective mother and her father died before she was born, she got into loads of trouble and only started to be punished when a much younger she-cat moved into the nursery with an unborn litter. As she grew older, her mother became weaker and weaker, it had hurt the old she-cat to even breathe. So, to live out her remaining days, Ravenkit's mother was moved to the Elder's den when she was four moons old. At six months old, she was bumped up to an apprentice and was given a very strict mentor to straighten her out and bury her kit-like behavior.

[Apprentice]
Ravenpaw was trained every morning before the sun drifted through the barn and on into the afternoon, only when she matured did her training die down. Even though she'd always been a pawstep behind her denmates, she started to gradually move forward and could match their movements in a fight. One of her denmates gave up the hard life of a Clan-cat and chose to be a kittypet when she was seven moons old. After she'd lost her friend, Ravenpaw developed a deep hatred for cats outside her Clan and vowed never to hand her life over for the spoiled one that her friend had chosen. Why did he even want to become a kittypet? Those twolegs were disgusting, vile creatures with a patch of fur on their heads. They were hideous!

One of her other friends were killed by a falling tree during a severe thunderstorm, Ravenpaw had attempt to rescue her friend, but she had to get to safety and the tom lost his life. Ravenpaw took the grief and guilt she felt and used it to improve her fighting and stealth. She convinced her mentor to show her more of the territory and she taught herself to use her surroundings as shelter against the merciless storms.. As a challenge, she snuck out at night whenever it was raining and improved her stealth.

Due the fact she was training in secret with no cat around, she ventured too far one day and encountered a stray canine on the outskirts of their territory. Having little to no experience battling a dog, Ravenpaw was easily defeated and her life was only saved because of her mentor coming to the rescue. As a reminder never to leave camp without another cat, she earned scars that marred her face. Thankfully, the medicine cat could restore her eyesight, but the scar would never fade. Ravenpaw earned her warrior name that night.

[Warrior]
Ravenwind stood vigil the night she received her warrior name and she swears she could hear the voices of her fallen friends and mother congratulating her on her success. Her leader allowed her to sleep in the next day as she'd fought off a canine and stayed up all night in the same day, but when she awoke, she was sent off on a patrol almost immediately. Her former denmates had become jealous after Ravenwind earned her new name, they often pulled pranks on her saying one of them was in danger and ambushed her when she arrived at the scene. Needless to say, it took her old friends a while before they proved themselves worthy of carrying the warrior title. Ravenwind lost her trust in them the first time she was attacked by the apprentices.

Ravenwind's mentor moved to the Elder's den a moon after her ceremony, Ravenwind had been the fourth apprentice he'd trained and he said he could feel himself slipping away. Their medicine cat had no cure for the tom's illness, so the she-cat gave the tom poppy seeds and he drifted away in his sleep after his body had relaxed. Ravenwind thanked her mentor one last time before he had closed his eyes, only to be seen again in StarClan.

Not much happened during her moons as a warrior except Ravenwind receiving her first apprentice; a tom named Shallowpaw. She made sure to pass down to him the skills she'd picked up from her mentor and taught him what she'd learned on her own. She'd been proud when her apprentice finally received his warrior name. A few moons after Shallowflash had become a true BarnClanner, the young tom unfortunately lost his life

Kin
Blackleap - Mother (deceased - old age)
Ravenwind didn't love or dislike her mother, she didn't know her very well either. She was just another cat in the Clan.

Nightstrike - Father (deceased - killed in battle)
Ravenwind loved her father very much and looked up to him, she was devastated when she lost him to the war.

Hawkkit - Brother (deceased - greencough)
She does not remember her brother whatsoever.

Aspenheart

Aspenkit -> paw -> heart
Aspen - Named for the golden hue in her fur
Heart - For her dedication to her Clan

Age:
41 Moons

Rank:
Warrior

Gender:
She-Cat

Sexuality:
Heterosexual/Aromantic

Original Clan & Rank:
BridgeClan/Warrior (Current: BarnClan/Warrior)

Allegiance Description
Aspenheart is a short-haired tabby she-cat with a white chest and golden eyes.

Full Appearance-
She is a lean, petite she-cat with long legs and a long tail. Aspenheart has white sock-like markings on her paws and a white underbelly that leads up to her neck and stops at her chin. Without her white markings she would be a regular tabby, but she does have a golden hue to her fur and golden eyes with green speckles. Aspenheart has a jagged scar across her hip and a right ear notch.

Personality-
Aspenheart was almost never like a regular she-cat, she had no interest in growing up and finding a mate, and she didn't care for kits as much as the other mollies. She was always more of a tomboy and preferred to fight and wrestle than gossip over toms with the other apprentices. Even as a kit she was rough, finding the other she-kits to be weak and fragile. As a young warrior, she allowed herself to open up to the idea of having a mate, but she didn't allow herself to change just to find one. When her heart was won, she became overprotective and worrisome, which was a change she wasn't too fond of. After her mate and kits died, she closed herself off and rejects the idea of being in love. Despite the fact she seems cold and distant, she is truthfully very dedicated to her Clan and would do anything for them.

History-
[Kit]
Aspenkit was born as the only she-cat in her litter, she had three tom-kit siblings and there were very few she-kits in the nursery. She provided her mother with lots of trouble when she began to walk and often left the den without permission, only to be dragged back inside by her mother or a warrior of the Clan. She would also try to sneak out of her mother's eyesight during playtime, which never worked because the apprentices made sure she stayed close to the nursery. When told the stories of their Clan by their Elders, her demeanor changed tremendously and she had her heart set on becoming the best warrior she could possibly be. She no longer found an excuse to leave the den, she helped her denmates out the best she could and she even offered some assistance to the medicine cat and a few warriors. No kit was happier than she was when they received their apprentice rank.

[Apprentice]
The tom gossiping began when she was an apprentice, but she didn't care to stick around the other she-cats and swoon over the males of the Clan. She was always out wrestling and playing with them when they were not training, her mother said she would someday find them attractive and that she would one day want kits, but she was more focused on her training and helping out the Clan. She spent most of her time practicing battle techniques with her brother, Bramblepaw, and teaching them to Sandpaw - who was far behind the training after an injury he received.

Aspenpaw saw how big the Clans and the forest itself was during her first battle, and she made sure to protect her friends and family. While battling alongside Cedarpaw and Bramblepaw, she witnessed her mother fall to her defeat. After the fight, she and her brothers carried their mother's body back to camp and sat vigil. When they arrived back, it was announced that her mentor, a black tom named Ashsight, had been killed by one of the Clan deputies. She was given a new mentor a few days later, a she-cat called Harefoot.

Having watched her mother die, the tabby she-cat vowed she would become strong and revenge her mother and father.

[Warrior]
Aspenheart earned her name along with her brothers and one of their denmates when they were twelve moons old, she received hers after defending a BridgeClan apprentice and bringing her back to camp on her own. Sandstrike received his name for his bravery in battle and Bramblefang earned his new name for the same reason as Cedarclaw; their will to protect their Clan.

Aspenheart had noticed her Clanmates falling all around her and had often prayed the war would end. At one point, she no longer wanted to fight as she'd fallen in love with a cocky tom in her Clan - a Smokey grey tabby tom named Wolftalon and was expecting his kits. Before she was forced to move into the nursery, it was revealed Wolftalon had been working against them and was responsible for many of their Clanmates' lives. Regretfully, Aspenheart took her mate's life in front of their Clan to prove her loyalty. Ironically, she no longer felt anything for Wolftalon, but she did love her kits. A few days afterwards, she gave birth to four kits.

The entire time she was in the nursery, her claws itched to slice through pelts and end lives. She would have never used them against her kits, though. When her kits were two days old, they passed away in their sleep, leaving her devestated and heartbroken. She was given no time to grieve as her Clan needed warriors in battle urgently. That was the day her Clan had fallen, she and her brothers returned to camp to bury their dead and her kits.

Sandstrike informed them that they'd been offered sanctuary in the remaining Clans and that he had chosen to find a home as a kittypet. As much as Aspenheart and Cedarclaw had hoped he'd come with them to BarnClan, they accepted his decision. After burying her kits and Bramblefang, they joined BarnClan.

Whisper -> Whisperkit -> paw -> leaf
Whisper - For her ability to remain as silent as a whisper
Leaf - For her kind heart and gentle soul

Age:
28 Moons

Rank:
Warrior

Gender:
She-Cat

Sexuality:
Bisexual

Original Clan & Rank:
ValleyClan/Warrior

Allegiance Description
Small and slender calico she-cat with hazel-green eyes.

Full Appearance-
Whisperleaf is a slender she-cat with long legs and silky calico fur, she has perpetual hazelish green eyes and a long tail that helps her balance easier. Her fur is an usual pattern of patches and a few tabby stripes spotting her pelt. She has a lightning-bolt mark on her right ear. Her face is a little bit round with tufts of fur sticking out from her cheeks, she has a perfect pink nose and a white blaze covering her muzzle and her underbelly. Whisperleaf also has a spot resembling a diamond on the back of her neck.

Personality-
As an apprentice, Whisperleaf was the kindest she-cat you'd ever meet and she thoroughly enjoyed socializing with her fellow denmates. She easily made friends in her Clan, but it was also easy to upset her. Although she seemed like a nice cat who'd befriend absolutely anyone, she isn't too fond of animals outside her Clan, she tries to offer assistance to anyone she can when she is off duty and when her help is not needed, she settles herself at the base of camp and watches the sky above. Whisperleaf also falls in love easily as her heart is easily won.

History-
[Kit]
Whisperleaf was born as "Whisper" inside a newly built twoleg home along with three younger siblings; she was only calico out of the entire litter as her littermates had all been charcoal black. She grew up quickly, her mother favoring her over her sister and brothers simply because she was the smallest. Her siblings caught an illness before they opened their eyes and passed away peacefully in their sleep, her mother, known as "Yuzuki" mourned greatly over the death of her first kits and she began to exclude herself from her only living offspring. A full day passed without the grieving she-cat interacting with her daughter and the twolegs began to raise the young kit on a bottle. When Whisper was barely a week old, the kit's mother passed away due a broken heart. The twolegs became more protective of Whisper and would never let her out of their sight.

How she came to be a Clan cat? More twolegs made themselves at home in her nest and would always let her outside to explore, she was brought back in every time her owner noticed she wasn't inside. One day, the new twolegs let her out during the night when she was five months old. Whisper was chased out of her territory by a stray dog and into the forest where she was picked up by a patrolling ValleyClanner.

[Apprentice]
Whisperkit spent one moon in the nursery being cared by an elderly queen who had lost her last litter of kits, she came to see the female as her mother and felt welcome in the Clan. Whisperkit had been taught the way of the Clan a few days after she joined the Clan, and due her kitty-pet life, her training as an apprentice took longer than most. She received the most patient mentor in the Clan to help her bulk herself up, her training took quite a few moons before she could master the first battle technique she was taught. Thankfully, Whisperpaw caught on quickly.

Any other battle move came naturally to her as she apparently had Clan blood running through her from her father. She finished with flying colors, but only after the rest of her denmates received their warrior names. Whisperpaw didn't earn hers until she was just over twelve moons; she had been sent out to patrol with her mentor and had come across abandoned and dying kits. Her mentor reported back to the Clan while Whisperpaw provided the freezing kits with warmth during their last few moments of life; moved by the sight, she received her warrior name "Whisperleaf" after the little ones passed comfortably in their slumber.

[Warrior]
Not much has happened during her warriorship, but she looks forward to serving her Clan as a proud ValleyClanner.

Blizzardbreeze

Blizzardkit -> paw -> breeze
Blizzard - For his white fur.
Breeze - For his agility.

Age:
56 Moons (4.6 years)

Rank:
Warrior

Gender:
Tom

Sexuality:
Heterosexual

Original Clan & Rank:
ValleyClan/Warrior

Allegiance Description
Medium-sized fluffy white and black tom.

Full Appearance-
Blizzardbreeze is significantly smaller than most toms in the Clan. Blizzardbreeze has a long and unruly pelt that never appears to be groomed, this causing him to look more beefy than he actually is. He has a faint scar across the bridge of his nose followed by tiny scratches, he has more scars hidden under all of his fur. Although he appears to be a decent weight, Blizzardbreeze has a hard time putting on weight.

Personality-
Blizzardbreeze is a very confident young tom whose ability is underestimated, he gives off the impression that he's happy go-lucky and believes the world is glitter and rainbows. Those who get to know him will soon find out that he is insecure and paranoid, suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. He tries his best to avoid battle and refuses to consult the medicine cat about it; he fears he may lose his rank as a warrior if his disorder was revealed for all to know. Blizzardbreeze has a lot of love to give and is searching for a mate, but he's too shy to have a proper conversation with the she-cats. He tries to get advice from the paired toms in his Clan, or those with a braver personality than himself.

History-
[Kit]
Blizzardkit was born to two loving parents whom had been trying for a kit for moons, his mother was a white she-cat with golden eyes and his father was a long-haired black and white tom. They had been hoping for two or three offspring, but they didn't dare to complain that they only had one. He was their gift from StarClan, according to his parents. When he first opened his eyes, he seen their smiling faces looking down at him, their eyes shining with love and affection. His father liked to play rough with him while his mother was worrisome and frantic over her only kit. Sageclaw, his father, made sure to squeeze in time for his son even with the war going on and his other duties to the Clan.

Once he was completely weaned, his mother, Whitepelt, was sent out of the nursery to aid in the war. This was something Blizzardkit didn't quite understand, but he was happy when his parents came to visit him, no matter how exhausted they were. Even as a kit, Blizzardkit was caring and gentle towards his denmates. He was aware of his actions while playing and tried his best to avoid potentially injuring his friends. As time went on, he began to be bullied due his small size compared to the other tom-kits. His parents always reassured him that he would become stronger than his bullies, which he believed.

[Apprentice]
Blizzardpaw received his apprentice status a moon after his denmates due the fact he was younger than all the kits in the nursery. He was trained for battle the day he became an apprentice, and his mentor wasn't exactly the gentlest. The tom would have bruises underneath his pelt for days at a time, some of them so bad he couldn't move in the mornings due the severe pain. When inquired why he seemed stiff and uncomfortable by his mother, he informed her that his mentor was treating him roughly and that he had to become strong enough to handle a hard blow. He was sent to the medicine cat's den by his father when he was told of what was happening, it was soon revealed to him that his mentor was in love with his mother.

Blizzardpaw was being used as punishment towards his mother, and this wasn't acceptable. He was given a new mentor the next day, and from there on he continued to improve on his skills. His mentor was soon banished from the Clan after injuring one of the kits, and Blizzardpaw didn't care in the slightest. He was glad seeing the tom leave the Clan.

[Warrior]
While out on patrol one night, Blizzardpaw heard a loud yowl coming from the east border and had raced to examine the scene. When arrived, he arrived in the middle of a fight. His former mentor, Brownclaw, fighting against a pack of wild dogs. He still remembers watching the tom be torn apart before his eyes clearly, he also remembers the sight of snapping fangs right in front of him and the feeling of pain thundering through him.

To this day, he visually remembers his dear death experience and the bloodied, torn corpse of Brownclaw laying at his paws.

Clan & Rank
Barn Clan Warrior

Allegiance Description
Pantherclaw - Sleek black she-cat with piercing yellow eyes

Full Appearance
Pantherclaw's name is well suited for this feisty she-cat. At an average height and weight, Pantherclaw sports dashingly attractive black fur, soft from the root to the tip. Her eyes are a pure yellow hue, looking almost intoxicatingly venomous, with pupils nearly always constricted and fixed to slits, as if to state she is watching, and on alert, even if the most calm moments of the day. Her claws are more hooked than usual, some say even overgrown, which is how she received her warrior name. Her infamous claws are fantastic for scaling trees, and catching onto prey or onto the fur of her competitor. Though the sharpness does not exceed that of any other cat, they are extremely useful and cherished for their aid in every day activities.
Pantherclaw does not have any noticeable imperfections such as scars or scratches. If there were any, they would be easily concealed beneath her black pelt.
Her paw-pads and nose are of cinder colour.

Personality
Pantherclaw can known to be quite frivolous at times. Out-spoken and flirtatious, this she-cat has no filter and more often than not, those around her will know exactly what she is thinking. Although this can get her in trouble at times, her honesty is most appreciated. This warrior describes herself as bi-curious, as in, she is interested in pursuing cats of any sort. To put it frank, if Pantherclaw is attracted towards another cat, then it is as simple as that.
Born with a sharp tongue and a knack for conversation, this she-cat also knows how to relax. You can find her sunbathing during her time off, gingerly grooming herself and sleeping the day away if time allows. She loves to mellow out and enjoy herself when she is not out on hunting or scouting patrols. In these moments is when she is most calm, and her intelligence and wisdom can shine through while she is not occupied and high-strung.
Enthusiastic, loving, fierce, and honest are the best adjectives to describe this warrior.

Backstory
Pantherclaw has had a generic upbringing where she was born in the clan, and raised with the warrior code. Her father was a rogue, presumed to have ties with Bridge Clan, but he is no longer in the picture. Her mother entered Barn Clan alone and pregnant, with Pantherclaw as the surviving kit. At birth, the warrior was named Pantherkit due to her black fur. She was not told old clan stories by her mother, possibly due to the fact that Pantherclaw's father caused her a tremendous amount of trouble; if Pantherclaw could be brought up with her focus on Barn Clan, that would be the best fit for her.
Working and training hard, Pantherclaw received her warrior name after an impressive hunting session involving a flock of birds. She is an expert bird hunter thanks to her hooked claws, and the leader at the time grew quite admirable of them. Her mentor taught her well and put her claws to good use, giving her her place within the clan as a well respected warrior.

"Whats an adventure without a little challenge?"

Name
Pounce

Age
12 moons

Gender
She-cat

Orientation
-

Clan & Rank
Rogue

Allegiance Description
Pounce- A lean, pale calico she-cat with soft plumy fur and pale green eyes.

Full Appearance
At first glance, Pounce may look like a kitty-pet who got loose. With a long plumy coat and a well fed appearance, she looks far to put together to be traversing the wild. Despite her un-marred pelt and almost kitten-like face, she walks with her tail held high and a confident strut when she moves and there is a glint of something fierce in her round eyes.

Personality
Pounce is a confident she-cat, and always has a witty come-back or sharp jab, her tongue more dangerous than her claws. Though much of her life has spent in comfort and has a naivete when it comes to two-legs and other such creatures, she isn't a stranger to the dangers of the outdoors. she just likes to call her lack of awareness 'confidence' when she gets called out. She is strong in her opinions and doesn't see the need to change herself because of the opinions of other cats.

Pounce is highly against water, and all things dirty, a trait she may have inherited from her father. She would rather walk a mile to go around water than set foot in a river or pond, and the thought of submerging her fur makes her shudder. If she gets dirty, she cannot focus until she cleans. This means half her time is spent grooming, as the outdoors are not friendly to a long furred cat. Thankfully, most of her poof is contained to her neck and chest, making her job slightly easier.

While previously a kitty-pet, she has been determined to find out about her father, and once her mind is set on a task she goes for it all out. This has led her to the Clan lands, following clues about her wayward kin, and her own curiosities about the idea of cats living together without two-legs.

Backstory
Born to a mother who had a tryst with a rogue, she was brought up with two-legs, and three siblings. While she enjoyed her life, she was never content with the pet life, always feeling a sense of wanderlust, for her history, for what lay beyond their walls. While their two-legs often let them wander, she always returned home until she was 10 moons. When she caught wind of signs of her father from a passing rogue, she couldn't resist. She bid her kin farewell, and set off.
For the past two-moons shes spent her time figuring out how to become self sufficient, and has met a handful of cats. Her small world has expanded, and while she has yet to face many of the dangers the wild has to offer, she seems to face them with an ever growing excitement.
Recently, she has drawn close to the Clan territories, feeling like she is getting close to answers, but not necessarily the ones she was seeking.

"Hmmm."

Name
Echopaw

Age
11 moons

Gender
Tom

Orientation
-

Clan & Rank
Barnclan Medicine-cat Apprentice

Allegiance Description
Echopaw- A small silver tabby with faint tan marks and startlingly bright green and blue eyes.

Full Appearance
Echopaw is small for a tom, even for his age. He has slim features and is almost dainty in his movements, each motion graceful and thought out. Having been down the medicine-cat path since he was apprenticed, he has a strangely unmarred coat, unusual for a clan-cat. The only scar that is noticeable is a small one on his nose, from an incident with a thorn bush when he was younger.
With his odd looks, smooth movements and unblinking eyes, its not unusual for Echopaw to give other cats a rather off putting vibe. Despite this and his air of mystery, he has a kind voice and mannerisms.

Personality
Echopaw is at his very core, a mysterious cat. He does not seem to be phased my the goings on of the clan life, keeping himself busy with herbs and learning. A bit of a loner, he either has trouble making friends, or has no interest in them as he is often found alone, quietly observing. Gentle in speech, he does not raise his voice, in fact he seems to talk at a whisper more often than not, speaking in tones that are calming and almost enrapturing to the unprepared.
Emotionally, he is extremely passive, not showing what he feels, seeming to regard outbursts and displays of intense emotion more of a confusion or curiosity. Despite his lack of displaying emotions however, he does seem to care greatly about the well-being of his clan-mates. While he may not understand their anger, he will do his best to make peace. While hurt may go over his head, he will make sure to ease their troubles. It seems he is just content to serve his place in the clan, and he does just that.

Backstory
Echopaw was born the only surviving kit in his litter, after the destruction of Bridgeclan. While his early kithood was normal, it was clear as he started to grow that he was different. He was quiet, not one for trying to play-fight. Instead, he was always found among plants, seeming to find more joy in walking among the foliage than using his claws. Even as he neared the age to become an apprentice, this attitude did not change. He never pestered the older apprentices for tips or stories, and it was this reason, and their medicine-cats lack of an apprentice, that led to his appointment to his current rank.
He took to the medicine-cat ways quickly, seeming far more at ease in the den with its earthy scents than he was among his fellow clan-mates.

"I'll prove myself, one way or another."

Name
Batpaw

Age
10 moons

Gender
Tom

Orientation
-

Clan & Rank
Valleyclan Apprentice

Allegiance Description
Batpaw- A tall black tom with a faintly brown tail and bright yellow eyes.

Full Appearance
Batpaw is a tall tom though not without muscle. With a rich dark pelt, his yellow gaze is the one bright contrast. With eyes that are usually glaring, Batpaw gives off a rather haughty exterior, often looking down his nose at other cats. Though still young, he has managed to get a scar that runs down his left shoulder, and a nick in his right ear. He seems to carry these marks like a badge of honor however. His tail is usually carried proudly behind him, and is a few shades lighter than the rest of his dark coat. It kinks ever so slightly at the tip.

Personality
Batpaw is proud, a hard worker who seems to want only one thing, approval from those cats he thinks matter most. While he can be cold and distant when cats try to get close, he isn't against making friends with his fellow clan-mates. He seems to like those who praise and look up to him most however. When it comes to the leader and deputy of his clan, he goes out of his way to try and prove himself to them, working extra hard when they are within viewing distance, making sure to always try and be around whey they are in patrols or hunting. When it comes to his mother however, his frosty exterior is more pronounced. He shrugs off her overbearing nature, and seems to want to have little to do with her.
He is fiercely devoted to their way of life, which is perhaps why he has problems with his heritage. The fact that he does not know his father, and that he isn't a cat of Valleyclan does not sit well with Batpaw, and he makes that clear to his mother. The only cat he seems to show a flicker of extra compassion to is his sister, the she-cat managing to get past his carefully crafted prickly exterior.

"Home is where the heart is, right?"

Name
Snowdapple

Age
25 moons

Gender
She-cat

Orientation
-

Clan & Rank
Valleyclan Warrior

Allegiance Description
Snowdapple- A sturdy she-cat with an unusual black pelt dappled with increasing white spots and pale gold eyes.

Full Appearance
Snowdapple is a sturdy cat, muscular and built for strength with a coat that is a mix of short and long. Though she was born with a relatively solid black pelt, as she neared her first year white dapples began to form, giving her a unique appearance. As she has aged, they have increased as if she is slowly becoming a different cat.
Due to fighting in the great battle, her body has many scars, some small and hidden under her fur with others more lingering, memories of the past. Most distinctively is a scar that runs from the back of her neck around and down her chest, a wound that had almost killed her. Her eyes carry a heaviness within them of ghosts she can't quite forget, and are guarded against opening her true feelings to her new clan.

Personality
Determined is the best way to describe Snowdapple. She was a born survivor. Born in Leaf-bare she survived the difficulty of a cold kittenhood. As an apprentice, she survived Adderstars ambitions, and the battle that scattered her clan. Then, as a warrior she survived the difficulty of starting a new life, and changing her perception on how she saw her life ending up.
Despite a slightly fractured mental state, Snowdapple is friendly enough, always polite to those who interact with her. She likes to think before she acts, and while she isn't afraid to raise her claws there is a faint hesitation when the sounds of fighting meet her ears.

Backstory
Snowdapple was a previous Bridgeclan cat, as clear from her distinctly different body, which is smaller and more muscular than her current clan-mates. She trained among the trees, and was just as strong and proud as her clan was described to be, fighting in the Great Battle as an apprentice, one of the few of her clan who managed to survive the slaughter.
With her friends and family destroyed, Snowdapple almost decided to take up the life of a rogue, not seeing how she could join one of the clans who had the blood of so many of her friends on their paws. Still, she could not find it within herself to leave the territory, and after acknowledging the clans saw the grave error they had made, had made the decision to finish her training, and join Valleyclan.
Spending the rest of her training in the other clan, Snowdapple grew to form a grudging respect for the cats within her new clan. Though she still had trouble calling them family, she knew they had been doing what their leader ordered, and she could not fault them for that. Eventually, she grew more comfortable among the strangers, and has even grown to consider some of them friends. She has dedicated herself to the clan, but there is always a faraway look in her eye when she gazes at her old territory, and its uncertain if she would remain in Valleyclan, or go back to her old life if Bridgeclan ever managed to resurrect.
[Other notes]
She has yet to take a mate, not showing outright disdain for the toms of Valleyclan, but clearly uninterested in mixing her blood quite yet with the cats who had caused so much destruction.

2-Year-Old_Tortoiseshell_cat.jpg
Name
Creekkit | Creekpaw | [Creekleaf]
{Creek - her blue-grey and ginger pelt, like the shallow water and sandy bottom of her namesake | leaf - in honour of her mother, and also because of her collected nature}

Age
20 moons

Gender
Physically Female | She/Her

Orientation
Bisexual

Original Clan & Rank
BarnClan | Warrior
Formerly of BridgeClan

Allegiance Description
Creekleaf - A medium-furred dilute tortoiseshell she-cat with yellow-green eyes and a scar over the bridge of her muzzle.

Full Appearance
A well-muscled she-cat with medium length fur, Creekleaf certainly isn’t lacking in terms of a hardy warrior appearance. A dark blue-grey ripples across her pelt, intermixing irregularly with a sandy ginger, this colour most concentrated around her chest. The dilute tortoiseshell markings create a unique splattering of hues, though the colours are rather dull. Her frame is stocky, the she-cat being fairly lanky nonetheless, though she is slightly below average, albeit with a long, sleek tail and nicely proportioned paws. Her face is primarily dark, along with her tail tip and left shoulder. Perked, alert audits with rounded bases hang slightly from her cranium, the inner rim a dark grey before turning into soft salmon pink. This is a heavy difference to her nose, which is a flat ebony. However, in contrast to her tenebrous features, Creekleaf boasts a delicate, yet somehow piercing daffodil yellow gaze, fading into olive around the almost permanently slightly slitted pupil. In addition, a thin pink scar curls over the bridge of her muzzle, a small reminder of her brawl with a fox just before she earned her warrior name.

Personality
Generally a calm, collected feline, Creekleaf often thinks carefully before speaking or making rash decisions. Sometimes she can come off as serious or solemn, even cold if caught in the wrong mood. She is hard to infuriate, but when she is, she tends to keep it inside. However, a sure-fire way to ascertain if she is angered, is she will often become rather quiet, and speak curtly. Usually the she-cat is polite and silently hard-working. Despite being a trusted member within the Clan, she always seems to be inclined to try and prove herself. As a result, Creekleaf has an unhealthy tendency to overwork herself and become sluggish. Somewhat stubborn, she has been known to hide her exhaustion with sassy retorts and seemingly energetic grins. When in a bad mood, she prefers to go solo hunting, taking her frustrations and sorrows out on her prey. During these times, she can either be oddly successful, or very clumsy, usually able to clear her mind during her moments alone, or becoming overwhelmed with thoughts to the point where she doesn’t pay attention to her surroundings.

Alert and organised, she is always ready to go on patrols. However, she often finds it difficult to form close bonds with other cats, causing her to act like more of an outsider. Despite her distrusting nature, she is fiercely loyal to her Clan, ever grateful for them taking her in.

Backstory
Born in BridgeClan to a pair of warriors who were fast drifting apart, Creekkit and Juniperkit witnessed the harsh end to the war, bringing with it BridgeClan’s destruction. Her mother had died near the tapering finish of the vicious battles, leaving her father cold and distant. Juniperkit, disgusted by the Clans, despite being so young, forgot all Clan-life with her father, Beetleblaze, taking the name Juniper and leaving to become a kittypet. Creekkit, however, couldn’t bear to completely leave her heritage behind. It felt as if, by entirely fleeing the Clans, she was abandoning the last remnants she had left of her mother.

Instead, she resolved to join BarnClan, being almost apprentice age. Creekkit was named Creekpaw and began her training, drowning her loss out with hard work. Eventually, she moved on from her grieving, striving to prove herself to her new Clan-mates. Some treated her with suspicion, but it was soon forgotten. Besides, she was only young, how could she have any ill intentions?

Creekpaw earned her warrior name after helping chase off a fox that had attempted to attack her patrol. With memories flitting before her eyes, the she-cat requested her suffix be in honour of her fallen mother. Perhaps it was sympathy for the orphaned youngster that allowed her leader to grant Creekpaw’s wish. She became Creekleaf.

7 moons

Gender

Orientation
Homosexual

Original Clan & Rank
ValleyClan | Apprentice

Allegiance Description
Minkpaw - A sleek golden and white tabby tom with deep hazel eyes.

Golden_tabby_and_white_kitten_n01.jpg
Full Appearance
As an apprentice, Minkpaw is rather slim, though retains some kitten fluff (he loses is a bit later than normal). His pelt is lustrous, golden and white adorned with barely visible darker ginger tabby stripes. They streak in a rib-like pattern down his flanks, forming more noticeable bands around his tail. There is almost a border of the darker ginger around the golden saddle splashes coating his frame. A soft alabaster paints his limbs, underbelly and chest, forming a collar-like ring around his neck. The white reaches up and peeks over his chin, covering his muzzle and spraying up and out onto his cheeks and forehead. Delicate pink audits like stretched triangles perch above his cranium, constantly swivelling, movement matched with a twitching pink nose. Optics of deep hazel are set like bright gems in his pale cranium. Small pink scars lace over his back, a couple strays marks littered about the main site, clearly only a minor injury which he gained from accidentally falling back onto a rock.

As the tom grows, his frame becomes leaner, with lanky legs and dainty paws, equipped with a long, waving tail. However, he becomes one of the shortest of his littermates, only slightly smaller, though. With age, his base fur hue darkens only ever-so-slightly, tabby stripes also becoming more prominent against his pelt. A nicked left audit is gained in his apprenticeship, courtesy of training gone awry.

Personality
Outwardly, Minkpaw appears jovial, sweet, maybe even charismatic. However, at times he seems to fall into a pit, a ditch, if you will. These moments expose his vulnerability, the sheer terrors of his mind swarming him. The abandonment of his mother created a heavy fear that others could just as easily up and vanish. When he is feeling upset, he prefers to isolate himself instead of risking lashing out and consequently driving those he loves away from him, the prospect of what is left of his family leaving him haunts him, constricting him. However, to diverge these depressive thoughts, Minkpaw presents a playful, sometimes slightly reckless demeanour. He is adventurous and bold, which has gotten him into some sticky situations. Due to his youth, the tom can become overexcited rather easily, and can quickly get boisterous. Though, he works to restrain that, and surely understands that at times he must stay silent. In serious times, Minkpaw acknowledges he must be somber.

In his heart is a hard fury, and although he would never admit it, he holds a grudge towards the kittypet scum that stole his mother away. Furthermore, it creates an ‘us and them’ mentality, the kittypets are mother-stealing pellet eaters - the bad guys, and the Clan-cats are the noble, loyal felines whom lead lives of vigour and community - the good guys. Perhaps in time his trauma-induced belief will change. However, he is fiercely loyal to his Clan, but shies away from acts of affection. Although Minkpaw is silently worrisome and protective of his Clan and particularly his brother, he also tries to protect himself from forging deep bonds, lest something… bad happen.

Backstory
Two kits were born to a loving pair of loyal warriors… or well, so it seemed. Their mother, Sootbriar, chose a lowly kittypet tom over her kits and mate. At such a young age, Minkkit began to harbour a festering anger. He didn’t let it get to him, though, not too much. Instead, he busied himself with ensuring his littermate and father didn’t allow themselves to stumble into disarray. Perhaps he simply feared if he didn’t keep them close, they would leave him, too.

The young tom-kit earned his minuscule scars in an overzealous tussle, where he stumbled and tumbled away, only to slam his back onto a rock. Luckily it didn’t damage him severely, but he now boasts a mark. He likes to say it was from a ferocious battle against a badger to this day.

After becoming an apprentice, Minkpaw’s misgivings about his family abandoning him began to fade, but they still linger in the back of his mind like a plague.

Clan & Rank
Barnclan ~ Warrior

Allegiance Description
Cattleleap ~ A slender ginger tabby tomcat with chimera and green eyes.

Full Appearance
Cattleleap is a young tomcat that has soft green hues for eyes, and a light pink nose. He’s a ginger tabby, his stripes dark and visible to the eye. He’s slender, lithe, and willowy. His pelt is velvety and sleek, shining in the sunlight. He’s light-footed and graceful, his movements agile. He has dark, ink-colored patches mostly on his chest and rear. He’s two-faced, with half of his face being chimeric and the other half a ginger tabby color.

Personality
Cattleleap is a kind-hearted tom. He tries to help when a fellow clanmate is down, and mostly succeeds in finding a way to put a grin on their face. He’s calm under pressure, and tries to find a way to calm down panicky cats. He’s agreeable and very open about his concerns or wants. He’s very cooperative to work with, and dedicated to his job.

Backstory
Cattlekit was born to a kittypet and a rogue. The kittypet, his mother, found out what twolegs would do when he was old enough to be weaned: they’d take her son away from her. So, she escaped her household and shortly after gave birth to one kitten: a tomkit. This tomkit was soon to be known as Cattleleap. Why, his name, you ask? Because he was born near a farm of grazing cattle of cows. As soon as he was weaned, the kittypet took him to the entrance of Barnclan’s densite- an abandoned barn. The mother abandoned the kit there, for the cats to take in- and they did. Since then, Cattleleap has been raised within BarnClan.

Name
Shadewhisper

Age
24 moons (2 years)

Gender
Female

Orientation
Bi-curious

Clan & Rank
Self-explanatory.

Allegiance Description
A thin white molly with black and tortoiseshell seal points and a missing ear.
Full Appearance
Shadewhisper is a very thin female. Her coat, being mainly white, is short and sleek. It is soft to the touch. She has black and tortoiseshell seal points. Her eyes are a bright blue color. She has a very very light tortoiseshell overlay on her entire body except her pure white stomach. The markings are much more noticeable in her seal points.

Her left ear is just a clump of flesh and fur, being completely clawed off. Her face is a long triangle shape, her eyes being slightly lower on her head than normal. Her nose is a light pink color with parts of it being black. Her teeth are unusually dull and she has scars along her cheek bones. Her tail is long and bouncy and can usually be found curled around her paws or flicking in annoyance.

Personality
Shadewhisper is a very loyal cat. Her obsession with proving how loyal she is to her clan usually blinds her judgment. She usually just chooses whatever will benefit her clan the best. She is one of the most chattiest cats on the planet and will talk to you about almost anything and everything. If you’re feeling down she will always be there to bring you back up, but do to events from her past she gets spooked easily.

Sudden loud noises and overly large toms cause her to panic. She will usually flee from the scene and hide behind her older and taller brother, Palestar. She is extremely close to her brother and goes to him immediately if she has a serious problem on her paws. She hates Frostclaw and in no way will she ever accept any apology from him if he can ever see past his overly-large ego.

This brings us to the dark part of Shadewhisper. She is plotting her revenge against Frostclaw every single day. She is gonna make his life a living he**. She comes up with many sly ways to get back at him. Small things, like slipping yarrow into his meal when he isn’t looking, ‘accidentally’ bumping into him, stuff like that.

Backstory
WARNING: Mentions of abuse from a parental figure
Shadekit knows nothing of her real mother and father. Despite this she doesn’t resent them for it. She likes to think that maybe there was a good reason that her mother gave her up. She is plenty content with Cloverheart, the queen having lost her litter.

As a smaller kit her life was happy and she was content with her small family, letting her brother claim that he is older. Then she grew a few moons and the abuse began. Cloverheart’s ex-mate and father of her lost litter, Frostclaw, decided to show her and Palekit what he really thought. He dropped hints of malice in his words to them and soon began to break them down mentally.

It soon increased to minor bruises beneath their fur, not enough to cut. But once Blossombreeze, Cloverhearts sister, found out she freaked. She told the male that if he ever dare lay a claw on the kits again she will rip is throat out. Shadekit immediately loved the fierce cat. She grew close to Blossomheart.

As an apprentice she worked hard to become the best she could but her mental health got in the way. She managed to push through and become a warrior along with her brother and watched him climb the ranks with glee.

Though she was small she remembers a few battles in the war. One of them ended in her lost ear. She had to retrain because of her loss of hearing in that ear.

Name
Duskpelt

Age
36 moons (3 years)

Gender
Male

Orientation
Pansexual (in the closet)

Clan & Rank
BarnClan | Deputy

Allegiance Description
Duskpelt – a classic tabby tom with a stocky build and warm yellow eyes.

Full Appearance
An adult tom that looks like he might have eaten one mouse too many, but is really just built with a bigger body. (If Robinpaw starts gaining weight as she ages, it’s likely because of him, either from genetics or from making sure she eats more than enough.) He sports a short coat of fur that comes in black, swirling stripes and brown, with what pretty much looks like a white goatee on his muzzle. His nose is a reddish-pink color with an almost black outline around it, and the dark markings around his eyes encourage others to maintain eye contact when he speaks with them.

Personality
Despite the conflict that has happened recently, Duskpelt keeps his general demeanor: he does his best to be kind and generous to all, looking for ways to solve problems with words before claws. There have certainly been cats that have called him a coward or weak, though he is anything but. He simply does not see the need to shed blood over nothing, and hopes that his daughter will learn from his actions and become a strong but intelligent warrior. It is likely she got her love of being social from her father, as whenever he’s not busy or checking up on her, he’s conversing with the other cats of the Clan to see if they have any issues with the way things are being run, or any concerns.

Duskpelt lives by a simple code, an extension to the Warrior Code, if you will. He stands by this code even at the risk of gaining the anger and hisses of his Clanmates. If he is able to provide aid, he will not refuse it. He does not shy away from the sick and injured, walking among them and giving them encouraging words. His clan will be fed before he is, no matter what, and even when the prey is plentiful he will not overindulge and become a glutton. Each night he stares up at the sky and thanks StarClan for another day, regardless of the weather. Then he returns to the warrior’s den to sleep.

He loves his daughter, Robinpaw, dearly. When possible he goes on patrols with her, or watches over her training. Duskpelt wants nothing more than for his child to be happy and healthy. But he has his fears. The Clans have always been stubborn, and with the new problems arising, he worries that another war will break out. He remembers the destruction of BridgeClan, and is not ready to watch cats die again.

Backstory
Duskpelt was born in the middle of the conflict between the three Clans, constantly being told as a kit and apprentice that the other Clans were bad and must be kept back. As a kit, he would play with the others in the nursery, pretending to be the fierce leaders of the different Clans. They would tussle and eventually mess up the moss in the nursery enough that their parents would shoo them into the camp, where they were supposed to play quietly and out of the way—but rarely did.

During his apprenticeship, he saw his share of injured and bloody cats. Duskpaw and Newtpaw had become friends as kits, and now as apprentices, they practiced together and swore to beat up the cats that hurt their family and friends. But this oath did not last, for once upon the battlefield, surrounded by the yowls of angry and dying cats, Duskpaw began to realize how savage things had become… and he wasn’t even sure what they were fighting for. As their leader called for them to return to camp, Duskpaw practically tripped over an apprentice from the opposite Clan. They were small, obviously newly apprenticed, and barely breathing. Alarmed, he tried to get the apprentice on his back to carry them to the medicine cat, but the moment the current deputy saw him try, they ended the life of the poor cat. Duskpaw stared up at them, mouthing, Why?, and the deputy scowled at him before hurrying away to walk next to Emberstar.

Duskpaw’s compassion only grew, much to the annoyance of the deputy. They kept trying to get Emberstar to punish Duskpaw, but instead she silently watched, observing. It would still be many moons before the death of the deputy by the fangs of a fox, but at that time, Emberstar came forward and appointed him deputy. He was surprised, but she explained that he had shown himself to be similar to her, and that she would like another cat with similar values to be her new deputy. Though he was not completely sure of himself at the time, he agreed, and Duskpelt became the new deputy. He is still getting used to it, only being in the role for six moons now, but he hopes that he will help bring the Clan into an era of peace.

Relationships
[Newtfur] • [Mate] • [Deceased]
He often still dreams of her, and wonders if she approves of how he’s raising their daughter.

[Robinpaw] • [Daughter] • [Played by Vespertine]
He is protective of her and wants the best for her, but tries not to be a thorn in her paw.

Open to siblings, cousins, and a former (or current) apprentice.

Name
Sleekstep

Age
30 moons

Gender
Cis Female

Orientation
Homoromantic Bisexual

Clan & Rank
Valleyclan Deputy

Allegiance Description
Sleekstep - A russet-colored she-cat with bright green eyes

Full Appearance
Sleekstep is a typical valleyclan cat. She is lithe, athletic, and has long legs built to run and leap. Her fur is a mix of brown and red, helping her blend in to the grass in her home. The only break in this coloration is the paler cream marking on her muzzle, and a cream tip on the very end of her tail. Her fur is relatively short and lies tightly against her body, giving her a shine that inspired her name, even as a kit.

Personality
Sleekstep is fiercely protective and loyal. She is exceptional at reading situations, and tends to try to manipulate a situation in her favor before ever even confronting it. She is confident and trusts her own abilities, a trait any good deputy would need. While she enjoys manipulating situations, she dislikes manipulating cats themselves, and will only do it to an extent. To some, her morals and methods might seem a bit questionable, but she lives by her own rules well.

Backstory
Sleekstep was born within the clan, her sister having been stillborn from being born at the beginning of leaf-bare. She never knew who her father was, as her mother, Clearwind, chose to keep it a secret. Regardless, she figured by process of elimination that it was either Sparrowheart-- one of the older warriors, or a cat outside the clan. Regardless, she was glad for the uncertainty, as Sparrowheart had a mate, and it was not her mother. Still, her mother raised her well to be a well-rounded, loyal member of the clan. Her trust and belief in starclan was taught to her by her mother, and she stands firm in her beliefs.

Her apprenticeship was as usual, and she managed to befriend Palepaw, though they were never all that close then, she saw his potential when others saw his flaws. Still, she focused more on her own training than on any clan drama, quickly becoming one of the clan's best by the time she earned her warrior name.

She was always an ambitious cat, though not so far as to do something immoral to get what she wanted. When starclan named their replacement for Falconstar, she was a bit gruffed that it wasn't her. However, she accepted Starclan's will, being one of the first to genuinely congratulate Palefang and defend him when others in the clan tried to question his newfound leadership. Perhaps that is why later that same day, she was named as his deputy. She takes pride in the responsibility she now has to her clan, and takes her duties seriously. Over time, she learned more about Palestar, now easily considering him as a close friend. She holds a great amount of respect for the tom for overcoming adversity the way he did.

Kin
Clearwind: Mother - Adoptable!
Sparrowheart: Father???? - Adoptable!

Other Relationships
Palestar: A good friend and her leader. She respects him highly.

Batpaw: Her apprentice. She is a playful, yet hard to please mentor. She expects the best work her apprentice can give on a given day, but recognizes that it's better to have a bit of fun with training rather than being serious all the time. She uses a mix of punishment and rewards in order to teach her apprentices and urge them to their full potential. Batpaw is no exception to this, but she does feel a connection to him she didn't share with her first apprentice, as they have 'no father' as a common tie. She hopes to teach him that lineage doesn't always have to be known in order to be an honorable warrior.

Name
Honeygecko

Age
21 moons

Gender
Female

Orientation
Bisexual

Clan & Rank
ValleyClan, warrior

Allegiance Description
Honeygecko - a small, long tailed tan she with a brown marbled pattern and a cream underbelly, one evergreen eye, the other honey golden

Full Appearance
Her tail is long and extremely fluffy, and though smaller than the average cat by a bit, she is no more special than that. Her fur is a honey-tan, and her back and flanks are covered in a dark chocolate like brown color. Her face is fox shaped, and her nose is a light grey, along with her paw pads. Her eyes are doe like, the left being a deep jungle/pine green and the right a honey gold. She has large paws and dark brown inner ears. Though she appears harmless she is lethal in battle, being fast and small like a bullet, she shoots around others and confuses them.

Personality
Her personality is firery. She is bright and always was, cunning and sly. She has her way with words. But she is also caring and loving, a gentle person. ‘The calm before the storm’ her mother refers to it as. But she will not let someone use her as a doormat. If there is injustice towards anyone she will lash out. She will a,so fight if needed, though her appearance makes her look prissy and stuck up, she holds her head high with pride; yes, but she also is down to earth and takes her family and others into picture when thinking. Sometimes though, she will attack someone without thinking of consequences, as those thoughts are for situations where things can take their time without having to have immediate actions.

Backstory
Her mother at father were generally kind and caring to her and her older sister, Black-kit, but often paid more attention to Black-kit. Her mother tried to make her happy, but Honeykit struggled to feel she was equal to her sister. She decided that, rather than continuing to live in her sister’s shadow, she would make a show of herself. She tried sneaking up and attacking a badger set, and almost died when Black-kit found her, bleeding, and ran for help. Honeykit was scolded and Black-Kit was praised, and her envy and sadness grew. Struggling to top her sister was impossible it seemed.

Honeypaw was observant and intelligent as an apprentice, but she disliked fighting and hunting. She hated spilling blood, but eventually exceeded at both. Tunnelcry, her father, died in a battle between the clan and some rogues. That was the one time Honeypaw felt the want for revenge. Once her mother had Opalkit and Ferretkit, she announced the news that she was taking on a new mate (Stormtail) and that she would remain a queen even after her current litter became apprentices. Stormtail was cruel to Honeypaw, but was very kind and loving to the rest of his family. Feeling slightly broken, she often was silent and didn’t have many friends. To this day Stormtail still pesters her and hurts her (verbally).

At first, Honeygecko felt disconnected and independent from the rest of the clan. SHe was still under her sister, until Blackwhisker was revealed as keeping a mate across borders secret. Her sister and her kits were shamed, yet instead of feeling happy, she felt a twinge of guilt. She held her sister close and protected her, telling her of all things she had kept bottled up since Tunnelcry died. Honeygecko is like a second mother to the kits, protecting them.

|Name|
Dapplewing
[Dapple for her appearance - Wing for her agility and carefree attitude]

|Age|
18 Moons

|Gender|
She-cat

|Orientation|
Unsure | Confused

|Clan & Rank|
Warrior of ValleyClan

|Allegiance Description|
Dapplewing - Delicate looking white and sepia dappled she-cat with soft baby blue eyes

|Full Appearance|
At first look, Dapplewing looks unassuming and easy to overthrow. Her body strikes one as very petite and light, but a sharp eye can easily make out the trained muscles shifting beneath her flowing pelt. She possesses the ValleyClan trademark for long limbs made for quick movement.

It’s very easy to see that from her pelt, Dapplewing is not a full blooded Valley cat. Her fur, though not downy or overly fluffy, is long and flowing. It’s sleek and easy to care for. It swirls at her chest and gives her tail a feathery appearance and her cheek tufts droop with weight. The texture is soft and it always appears glossy due to a healthy diet.

Her pelt contains soft creamy whites and soft sepia brown. The majority of her fur is the soft sepia. Most of her torso is white, along with three of her legs, and less than half of her face. The sepia takes over the right side of her face and all of her hindquarters. A darker sepia shade is present on top of the base sepia, creating soft rosettes and compact bands that take over all of her tail. The sepia color on her face has the same darker hue, only with stripes instead of dappling and bands.

The overall appearance of Dapplewing is that she appears fragile and those that don’t know her tend to sell her short because of her seemingly lack of physical strength. Even so, she has proven her strength many times over, and will do so again. Aside from her physique, she holds a certain amount of grace to her because of her petite appearance. It helps her move quickly and quietly, as light as a feather. But there’s something about her that seems sweet and endearing, despite the glimmer of eccentricity her eyes hold. Perhaps it’s her round baby blues, or the way she seems to glide along a path, or bounding like a doe to keep up with her Clanmates.

|Personality|
Dapplewing is very kind and eccentric. She’s known for her vivid storytelling and her wildness. Her eccentricity is a charming thing, and more times than not, helps her figure out new tactics, no matter how crude and strange they may be. (Flicking rocks behind prey to draw them closer, chirping like a bird to gain their interest...) She loves helping other people on their “quests” and is very reliable, if not a little bit odd in her approach and methods. She absolutely adores seeing her Clanmates happy.
Although her kindness is what many revere and love her for, she does tend to have a darker side to her. If anyone had to think of someone who had a tough time finding any moral high ground (or any morals at all), it would be Dapple. She seems to have a “if it needs to be done, then so be it” attitude. No matter the consequences or downfall of herself, she will do what is beneficial to herself and the Clan. She doesn’t seem to understand the gravity of that way of thinking and her associated actions. And though she doesn’t possess the vainness most of her Clanmates share, her highly territorial nature has not dwindled and instead has increased in many situations, even mixing with her nest in the warriors den, leading to some small squabbles that ultimately end up with her getting what she wants. She also has a tendency to be rather obsessive and impulsive. She’s not one to quit, and often obsesses over what is bothering her, be it a simple task, or a difficult one.

|Backstory|
Dapplewing was born to a natural-born ValleyClan mollie with a rogue, assumed to be a wandering cat from BridgeClan, or one within BarnClan. Her mother would never reveal, however. Not even to Dapple, saying it was “none of her business”. Either way, Dapplewing grew up happy within the Clan, despite the jarring looks she received for her demeanor and her mysterious sire. The relationship with her mother was strange, never going above what most would label as “professional”. It was very obvious Maplefang only saw Dapplewing as a sort of experiment, or some kind of product of her success.

Despite the strain and strictness Maplefang put on Dapplewing, she was often known for her wildness in her kit and apprentice years. She never seemed to lose her zest for life and continued to try new things, even if those things weren’t traditionally ValleyClan. She loved taking risks and enjoyed the rush she got from them. Her growing personality strained her relationship with her mother further and Maplefang gained a violent edge to her discipline.

Her mother practically begged the leader for someone who would straighten out her daughter in her apprentice stage. The leader complied reluctantly, choosing a mollie by the name of Amberpelt, who was known to be abrasive, stone-faced, and uncompromising in her approach. She was strict and worked Dapplewing without mercy. Do this, do that, climb this, catch that. Whatever she didn’t do right, she had to do ten times. Dapplewing took advantage of this, though, using this to strengthen her mind and body, all while driving her mentor up a cliff by doing as she asked, but not in the way she expected. Finally, her first mentor resigned into the elder’s den 2 seasons early, much to her mother’s embarrassment, and to Dapplewing’s amusement.

Her second mentor, Petalfrost, was more accepting of Dapplewing and her quirks, encouraging her to use her unpredictability to her advantage. She graduated from ‘paw status with flying colors, despite what everyone was prepared for. Now she’s a warrior and is ready for life’s new adventure, and perhaps a better purpose.

{Palestar} - A nice looking tom with an equally nice looking pelt. Despite his strictness and strange humor (or lack there of), she still finds him to be quite the character. She enjoys just speaking with the tom, finding his reactions to be amusing to her. She likes to think she can try and get him to smile.

{Sleekstep} - A pretty mollie with really intense eyes. Dapplewing has no problems with her and respects her greatly for her dedication to the Clan and her ability to turn a situation into her favor. She hopes to make friends with the mollie.

{Maplefang} - Her mother is a strange one who, in Dapple’s opinion, holds no love for anything. She’s apathetic and is so obsessed with legacy and having a high place in society that she might as well be planning the downfall of their leader at any time. She hurt Dapple more than anyone else in her life, and she would do anything to never talk to her again.

Spiderpaw

Age
10 Moons

Gender
Male

Orientation
Demisexual

Clan & Rank
Valleyclan Medicine Cat Apprentice

Allegiance Description
A young tom with vivid green eyes, a charcoal brown pelt, and deep brown striping.

Full Appearance
Spiderpaw is a young little man with short legs, medium length fur, and quite the large head for a cat of his size and age. The majority of his body is covered in a striking shade of faded brown accented by dark brown stripes, some cream undertones around his underbelly and muzzle finished off by a pure white marking on his chest. This clan cat has very large eyes that give off a very light green vivd glow.

Personality
Spiderpaw is a bit of a clutz, his short legs always getting him into trouble as he isn't quite as talented in the balance part of being a cat as his fellow clan apprentices seem to be. Depite this rather annoying, or in somecases 'cute', side of him Spiderpaw always tries his very best to help his fellow clanmates...even if he can go on and on and on with describing what certain herbs can do to help you health. Additionally, it must be noted that this young cat abhors being dirty...in fact, he is quite the clean freak and will at times offer to groom your coat for the saftey of yourself and others if he thinks that you might be an outbreak of greencough waiting to happen. It must also be noted that this male does not do well in dangerous settings...and quite honestly it's a fifty fifty chance between him running for his life or trying to save a clan member.

Backstory
Spiderpaw is a descendant of a strong line of Valleyclan cat's that stretches far into the past, he and his siblings were born without any fault or drama...and, for the most part, his life has been rather average. The only reason he became a medicine cat apprentice was because it was obvious that he was challenged when it came to staying on his feet...luckily he quickly learned to love his future profession and has become quite passionate on the subject!

Kin
Stripefin - Mother - Open

Oaknose - Father - Open

Squirrelpaw -Sister-Open
Squirrelpaw is the calming force of the four siblings, always there to listen to one's troubles and offer strangely wise advice to her fellow brothers when they end up in trouble.

Fernpaw-Brother-Open
The largest and most intimidating of the four siblings, Fernpaw has always been one to make joking and sometimes hurtful remarks about Spiderpaw's short legs and large head...however he never means it to be hurtful and one would have no doubt that he would put his life on the line for his siblings.

Thornpaw -Brother-Open
A sneaky and devilishly charming young tom, Thornpaw is the sibling who is always able to talk his way out of a pickle (which he usually gets himself into) and come out on top thanks to his silvertongue. This apprentice gets a hoot out of playing pranks on other clan cats (especially other apprentices) and has little regaurd for many clan rules.

Other Relationships
Blossombreeze- Mentor - Spiderpaw absolutley idolizes this she-cat and freezes up whenever she is around...the result being almost no verbal communication other than stutters. Oh what she must think of him, especially since he isn't newly named as medicine cat apprentice.

Extras
Not that I can think of.

Name
Applekit | Applepaw | Appleflower

Age
36 moons.

Gender
Cis Male.

Orientation
Homoflexible.

Clan & Rank
Barnclan|Medicine Cat

Allegiance Description
Appleflower- A small orange tom with streaks of white spotting who perpetually looks nervous.

Full Appearance
Appleflower, to his chagrin, is quite a small tom in stature, with a slender build that gives the appearance he's not a tom made for fighting. Despite being from a separate litter, he resembles Robinpaw in many different ways, from the yellow hues of his eyes, and the taper of his muzzle. Although, his ears are quite rounded and rather broad for his small size.
Appleshade’s coat is of medium length, proving to have more tufts around his ears, and is classic tabby in nature.
White interrupts the golden shade along his coat. His white paws are dainty with pink pads, claws oft always retracted unless he needs them. Appleflower carries an air of nervousness, looking perpetually anxious. His tail is held low, in a slight curl, although, there are times he holds it high, usually when he is practicing medicine and fiddling with herbs.

Personality
While his prefix refers to the shade of his coat, his suffix matches that of his character. Delicate and gentle, Appleflower is a bit of a timid tom, well, a bit, all in all, would be something of an understatement. Suffering from seemingly endless anxiety, he oft worries and frets over the smallest things, and this also tends to make him rather morose and taut. However, it does induce particular diligence he offers to his clan as their Medicine Cat. Stammering is not unusual for Appleflower, tripping and fumbling on his words despite wishing to hold a presence more exuding of confidence.
Beyond that, Appleflower is a bit of a gloomy cat, bogged down by the memories that linger from his past.

Appleflower, however, is a softy despite his morose demeanor, especially towards kits and nursing mollies.

Appleflower has a complicated relationship with the idea of life after death and furthermore, the ideology of ancestors looking down upon the tribe.
Therefore, he sees Starclan in a convoluted viewpoint, in denial, but on the fence.
The philosophies gnaw away at him, and he often ponders his purpose.

Overall, Appleflower is a cat dragged down by guilt over his ideologies, often morose.
However, he attempts to keep to stoicism around his fellow clanmates, so they have not the inkling of the depression he suppresses.

Backstory
Appleflower was born to Newtfur and Duskpelt during war times, leaving him to have a childhood fraught with a particular tautness only war can bring. This, in part, contributed to his current anxieties.
Regardless,

Kin
Newtfur|Mother|Deceased
Robinpaw misses her dearly but is proud to say her mother was a hero and died serving her Clan.

Duskpelt|Father|Open
TBD.

Robinpaw|Sister|Played by Vesp.
Appleflower worries excessively over his sister, fraught with adoration. Her current moods have him in a state of perpetual nervousness, yet, he knows not what to do.

Other Relationships

Appleflower doubts his ability to be a mentor, but he tries, whether or not Echopaw sees him as someone worthy, he does not know.

Extras
Appleflower mostly doesn't believe in Starclan after the turmoil of the war, a war that tested his faith.

Appleflower is polydactyl with an extra toe on each paw.
