The members online list is always randomized, even when "ordered" is selected. Sometimes the same members show up multiple times.

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
Click on the members online link, click ordered. Note that "ordered" does not order the members correctly. If #1 was online, it does not show #1 first as it should. It is completely randomized.
