I can tell you when he was first born was around 250GB and that was two years ago, before 3k became easy to get.
Currently, there are two kings that will guarantee 3k+ cubs (at 20GB and 65GB stud fees, and both with passable mutations)

Now, looking at under 5 males only (easier than sex changing) with 3k+ stats for sale (no mutation) is only 10-50GB (3.5-4.2k)
None for sale with mutation.
Female under 2 years (because sex changes are easy and cheap) with 3k+ go for 10-20GB. 3.4k-4.4k stats
2 with mutation under 2 with 3k+ (3.4-4.3k) 15-25GB but not passable mutations.

I'm assuming you're keeping your current heir's sunset looks which would make you the ONLY active mosaic piebald sunset in the game in the first place, not even counting stats if you bought him btw (just for fun)

So.... How about 100-150GB value maybe?
Assuming you trained him up to 16k stats before even kinging him, you'd pop out guaranteed 2k cubs ^-^
2k stats under 5 years go for about 20-25GB a pop if you began shelling out your own babies~
